After an exhaustive search for countertops and bath hardware, I found a one stop shop. More than competitive pricing and superior customer service, they were able to meet all the kitchen and bath needs.When you leave the showroom, all your accessories, countertops, wet areas, shower enclosures etc, are a good price and installation is A+.

I ordered a special order shower pan. They were fast on getting it delivered. The problem is, I paid $120.00 for installation and they dropped it off without installing. When I talked to Chris at Majestic he said they don’t install, they just deliver and I need to call the salesman. I had planned to purchase my shower door there as well, but that won’t happen. As a side note, I was also told I would get a 10% military discount and that didn’t happen either.

I love my new countertops from Majestic. Rick was great to work with and helped so much in the selection process. He was very quick to respond to my questions and made the whole process pleasant. I will definitely recommend Majestic to my friends!!

Just had Silestone countertops provided by Majestic installed in my new kitchen yesterday---the installers, Gustavo and Cyrus, were outstanding! I could not be more pleased with the job they did and with the Silestone product. Kudos all around for my beautiful new kitchen!

It wasnt easy building a house from 6 hours away but Majestic made the countertops fairly simple. They made time for us when we were in town and we’re very satisfied!!

Been awhile but I was a Customer of Majestic and they were amazing. Fast, Reliable, open communication, and great selection. I just read someone else poor review and it is a total lie...I feel he was seeking to get something for free or to smear the company from his mistakes. Do not pay attention to any negative troll review.... This is a Top notch company, with Great Service and Great customer Care!. I wanted to update my kitchen counters. I didnt think I could afford granite. I am so glad I went to Majestic kitchens.They had so much to choose from. They were very helpful in helping me pick the color and the finish. It wasnt as expensive as I thought. We made an appointment for them to measure and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Next we made an appointment for installation. The counter were ready before original date and we were able to get them in early. My counters are beautiful. Its one of the best decisions concerning my house Ive have ever made

I bought a home from HH Homes and they use Majestic. I signed up for the warranty. I noticed my countertop always seemed dirty but it wasn’t, the granite countertops are like sand paper. We called to see if something could be done but of course they would not help. Don’t put anything on them as they stain easily. They even sent out a service tech he even said it looked bad. We had a countertop expert and he said it was a low grade granite. Majestic is supposed to warranty it and instead calls HH Homes what is the sense of having a warranty if you don’t stand behind it.

They just installed a countertop in our kitchen. First thing, phone system in the Wilmington office is terrible. The owner needs to call the published number and find out what a mess it is. That said, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the countertop and especially the work the two installers did installing the counter. They had to do some fabrication and were at our house for 5 hours and did a great job. Unfortunately, it is rare to hear this but the work was done perfectly.

We LOVE our new granite countertops! We were able to pick the slab and utilizing their digital overlay pick the cuts on the slabs we preferred. In addition, the seams also look great. So excited to cook in our new kitchen!

Would not recommend anyone buy for the Wilmington location of this company. Once they got our money up front, we waited weeks to get them to measure our project and weeks for the final install. Granite measured wrong and re cut with a grinder onsite. Uneven and chipped seams, worst I have ever seen. No communication at all and when you call you just get a recording and than no return call. Bobby Medlin will lie to your face even when the truth would be better. This was the worst experience of the total remodel of our home.

LOVE this company and its staff. Professional, knowledgeable, top knotch customer service! Our kitchen is so beautiful, the countertops and sink have taken it up to a 10! The process was so simple. I can not speak highly enough about them!

I just wanted to share a terrible experience I had with Majestic Kitchen and Bath Creations in Wilmington. I purchased New Caledonia granite countertops from Majestic for a property in Wilmington that I am flipping. The customer service I received was absolutely terrible. The granite that they installed in my house had a large black imperfection(approximately 7 inch x 3 inch) in the middle of the countertop. It was such a terrible eye soar that I was genuinely concerned about being able to sell the house. After several calls and a trip to their showroom they finally agreed to send someone out to inspect the granite. After their inspection I was told that the integrity of the granite was good and the imperfection was just my opinion so they wouldnt do anything about it. I even offered them to make an additional seam and just cut out the imperfection. I was repeatedly told that my opinion was not important so long as the granites integrity was sound. This was after they failed to give me an opportunity to inspect the granite prior to them cutting it for my countertops. So much for customer satisfaction!! Finally I told them that I was disputing the charge and they could deal with the credit card company. Ultimately after I was credited the full amount from my credit card company they came and removed the countertops. I never write reviews and have never disputed a charge in my life. This has set me back weeks in my project and caused much unneeded stress. Customer beware of Majestic Kitchen and Bath Creations!!!

Hands down the worst experience we have ever had, from the customer service all the way to the install. Extremely high priced for poor quality of work. Please stay away from this company.
