Our experience with West Shore was excellent from beginning to end. The woman that called me to schedule an estimator to visit our home was lovely and accommodating. Our estimator/sales rep Ben Fleming was very personable and precise with his presentation and information regarding West Shores products and services. Finally, our walk-in shower installers Erik and Will were extremely professional and knowledgeable and showed great care and concern for our home during the installation. Whenever a commitment was made by West Shore and its team members, it was carried through. It was so refreshing to deal with a home remodeler that truly demonstrated how much it values its customer. We met with Chris K. from West Shore Homes - Wilmington on Monday night for a consultation and decided to purchase a walk-in shower remodel. He explained it might be 8 to 12 weeks before they could get to the remodel according to availability of materials. What a surprise to receive a call the next day from a nice young lady who told me they had everything I had ordered in their warehouse and would it be ok for them tocome out the following day to do the installation. On Wednesday morning Dylan P., Evan C., and Bruce R. arrived to work. They were very professional and polite explaining exactly what they were going to do and making sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. As they worked throughout the day, they made sure I knew what was going on. When they finished up at the end of the work day I had a brand new walk in shower that replaced a tub and shower that was over 60 years old. They cleaned up everything where they had worked inside and outside. If it were possible I would gladly give these nice young men a10 star rating. I just had 28 windows installed, what a difference it makes! The installers, Mike S, Curt S, MJ, Jeff, Blake, Freddy, James and Steve (hope I am not forgetting anyone) worked non-stop the entire time they were at our house. We needed to convert our bathtub shower combo to a walk in shower that would be much easier for my mother who lives with us. From the initial call to the appointment with Brett H., design consultant, everything seemed to be going well. We were not only able to get this appointment within a week of the call but were able to get the shower installed the following week. I have never had any construction work moved that quickly.The install was just as amazing. Chris P and Chris B were very friendly and professional. They worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. Upon completion of the job, they not only cleaned the entire work area, but also made sure to clean all areas they traveled inside and outside my house to be sure everything was left neat and clean. They then proceeded to review the entire job, the warranty information, the best and most acceptable cleaning measures, and when we could use our shower and when we would be able to clean the shower.I would definitely recommend West Shore Homes to anyone and would also use them again if the need presents itself. I will admit, the price seemed high, but after the service I received, the quality of the product and the fact the I have a life time warranty, I feel it was definitely worth every penny.

The one area in my home that needed desperate attention was my bathroom. After getting a free consultation with West Shore Home, I opted to have them help with my bathroom renovation with a bathtub installation. I feel that the value was as good as anything else I could find (It was pricey, but no more so than competitors), and they have multiple financing options, which can be a godsend for this sort of project.The timeframe for the project was relatively short (From setting up the project to the actual installation, I waited only about two and a half weeks (And it could have been sooner, had my schedule allowed)) and the installers were great. My installers, Brad Q. & TJ, arrived around 0900 and were finished by about 1630. They were both professional and personable -- definitely a plus when youre going to be dealing with someone you dont know in your own home for hours on end.I highly recommend West Shore Home, and should I have need of their services again, I would not hesitate to contact them. They are definitely worth looking into!

They were kind and considerate of my 89 year old mother while they removed her old tub/shower combination and installed a beautiful, safe walk-in shower. - in just 1 day!! I wanted to replace a tub and a shower. I thought it would take two days, a day for each one. They came out with two crews and got both jobs done in one day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful if I had a question. Bradley and Paul went the extra mile. After everyone else had left, they stayed to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. The minute I woke up, and looked out the window, I saw Earl Vereen, preparing the materials and work space to install my shower in the master bath. Earl was here from about 7:30am to 9:40pm, to get it all done the same day. Earl did a great job! Earl was very professional, neat and efficient. Earl had to climb two flights of stairs (36 steps) to complete the job. During the major steps of installing the shower, Earl asked us where we wanted the shelves and grab bar. It was a pleasure to have Earl install the shower! He did all it took to complete job and we really look forward to enjoying the shower!

We would like to highly recommend the West Shore team that came out to install our doors on our home. Jody and Eric were two of the hardest most qualified workers we have seen in most recent days. It is very hard to find good quality workers this day and time. They did not leave till the task was completed in a thorough manner. Bathtub replaced with shower. Wrong pan was brought the first time. Wrong color the second trip. Four trips over two months for a supposed one day job at a cost of over $7,000. No cost adjustment. They are very good at apologizing and terrible at getting the work done.

We hired this company to replace 6 of our windows, And were planning on them eventually replacing all of out windows in the house.We were scheduled for a Saturday between 7a.m. and 9a.m. . Mind you we had to move inside furniture as well as outdoor furniture, remove drapes and also a window unit.I myself am disabled, we both have major back issues. Well 10a.m rolls around, then 11a.m and so on. We decided to call them, turns out the woman who scheduled us did not turn the order in. As a former business owner myself, I find this very unprofessional to say the least. A bit incompetent for working for a company who is suppose to be a top runner. Errors as this are a great way to lose customers. Being that wages were lost on this end as well as all the other inconveniences, we decided to give them one more try and were assured we would somehow be compensated. We shall see what they are willing to do for us and for wasting our time and wages.

We had a new picture window installed yesterday on the third floor of an oceanfront condo. Thank you to Curtis, Russell, Blake, John and Jodie for doing a fantastic job. These guys were great, overcoming all challenges and not leaving until a beautiful, spic and span and squeegeed window was in place. I highly recommend this company.

Thank you West Shore Team for replacing and updating my tub! I had a leak so bad it was costing me close to 300 bucks a month in water. I now have new pipes, tub and a beautiful wall to look at. The team was early and worked the whole day to get me up and running.

The design pro was on time for my appraisal but the $8,400 price was beyond my budget. Save up, maybe next year. Thanks for coming out though, nice visit very informative.

I had an old shower and jacuzzi tub taken out and replaced. They did a fantastic job. I will recommend them to family and friends. I am going to use them again to install a very old sliding glass door. The installers were Hector L. and Juan D. They went far and beyond my expectations. They drove a long way to help out another installer that could not make it so we would not have to reschedule. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with West Shore Home. I would highly recommend them and the installers. Great job guys. Keep it up.

Hector and Juan installed a new shower for us today. We were told to expect them between 8-9 & arrived promptly at eight. They were very polite, courteous, and professional. They explained what they were going to accomplish, and immediately started to work. They laid tarps throughout the house to protect the floors and started removing the old shower. They knew exactly what they needed to do to get the job accomplished in a timely manner. Their professionalism could be modeled by people in other professions and their work ethic is unquestionable. The entire team, from sales to install, did a great job. Erin Hawley was the best point of contact we could have asked for. She was extremely prompt and very helpful to ensure we were getting the right things, but not pointless additions. Paul McCracken and Erik Wypiszynski (I hope I spelled that right) did a phenomenal job on the install and kept us in the loop throughout the process. They were done in a day and the quality was remarkable. There were no cut corners or mistakes. The best part of the install was how they kept showing us their progress and telling us what they were going to do next, so we didnt feel like we were kept in the dark. We had Brytons out to to redo our tub and make it right from a past contractor who had no idea what he was doing. Brad Mannette and Brytons got it spot on when they made our ugly tub beautiful again. Brad was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable during the whole process. He came in and finished the whole project in a day and a half, he prepped the floors/room and cleaned up after the job to where I wouldnt even know he was there if not for the beautiful tub/shower. Thank you Brytons for making this whole process stress free and making our bathroom whole again!

We needed to convert a builders grade tub and surround in our guest bedroom into a walk in shower so that our parents would be able to safely come and stay with us during the winter months. We are very happy we found Brytons! We just had a bath tub to shower conversion completed at our parents home. We convinced them that it was a safety issue and was an important investment. The installer did an excellent job and was as professional as one could hope. What we did not anticipate was that the floor of the shower is a gloss finish. On dads first shower he was all soaped up when his feet came out from under him and he fell on his hip. I looked at it after the fall and was surprised at how slick it is. While it would be easy to clean it is certainly a slip hazard. Consider this before suggesting this solution to the elderly.

They replaced our old tub with a very nice shower enclosure all the work was completed in two days. Very clean and hauled away the old enclosure.Make sure to compare with other companies because the sales man will try to close on you for a higher price, knowing what you want to spend and sticking to it will save money.

Had a shower remodeled. Hector and Juan did a very nice job -- on time, didnt waste time but got right to work. Had a small problem with water pressure afterwards but it was quickly resolved and things are working fine.
