Thank you East Coast Granite for professional work and quick install ! Was very helpful with selecting correct color that will match my cabinets. (Just need to install backslash.) I did remodel myself and Konstantin was very helpful and pointed some mistakes I made while I was installing bottom cabinets. He even assist me with reinstalling one of the cabinets because it was uneven, then few days later my granite top was installed. Guys who installed my granite was very quick and professional. They also installed my black granite sink for me.

Awesome experience every step of the way. A friend recommended East Coast Granite and we were not disappointed.David helped us to pick the right granite at our price point, even talking us down from a more expensive veined piece because of the number of turns on our countertop. The individual that came to put together the template, Dan I believe, was very friendly and professional he also spent some extra time ensuring they understood where I wanted our sink to go.Lastly, the install team did a fantastic job, one of our seams did not line up just right and they didnt try to get away with it, they let me know that they wanted to take the piece back to the shop to ensure a more aligned seam. Because of this I expected they would come back on another day but they showed back up a few hours later.My only gripe is that I wish this could have been done with one seam instead of two, however I have attached a picture of the odd portion of our kitchen and I cannot knock them on the review given the layout was definitely unconventional due to the space.Lastly, we did quote a separate company and one of the key benefits for us was that East Coast prices at least some of its stock products by the square foot. The other company priced by the slab and because we needed about 55 square feet I was quoted for 2 full 60 square foot slabs. If I would have been able to get everything onto one slab I do feel the other company would have been more competitive and I actually had a very positive experience with them as well however, in this instance East Coast definitely had a clear advantage.

Price and product are great; however, pretty much everything else is terrible- communication, management, timeliness, etc. We had an issue with our initial install where there was a miscommunication between the company and the installers. Almost every portion of the process has subcontracted teams and communication/accountability between them are terrible. Upon installation (while the installation team was still there) I brought up the issue and they said to contact East Coast Granite as they couldn’t do anything about it. Upon reviewing my call log, it took 15+ calls to East Coast granite and over a month and a half to have the issue resolved. There were multiple weeks in which we were promised call backs later that day and *nothing*. All we got were excuses from the owner down. However, conveniently when the countertops were finally re-installed and final payment was due, East Coast Granite employees and the owner magically were able to use their phone to request final payment. I would recommend the company based on the product and price but the customer service was terrible.

Very pleased with service and product!! I shopped one other vendor, but the response and professionalism I received from Chelsea was top notch. I completed an online Contact Form, and she responded quickly. We picked out the product and had the installation complete within 2 weeks. The entire process start to finish was great. We had one item to address, and the team from East Coast Granite corrected it quickly. I definitely recommend giving them a call!

I absolutely love the counter tops I bought from East Coast Granite. Chelsea was wonderful to work with and spent time explaining the various materials available. Then she took us to the warehouse where we picked out our particular pieces. We found a granite that we love for our new kitchen at a great price. East Coast Granite was great to work with from starting out looking at samples, to looking at the actual slabs in their fabrication yard, to installation. Chelsea steered the process and was so helpful and the installers are top notch.

We were in the middle of remodeling a house and need get the tops done quickly. They let us come see all of the granite colors to choose from in their inventory. We did our due diligence and searched several granite providers. We saw the excellent reviews from East Coast Granite, Market Street Location, Wilmington. We picked a beautiful stone onsite (image 1). We agreed to the document that there may be variants in the stone. What we got delivered was considerably darker than expected (image 2). This is a problem when you are very detailed oriented like myself. The only option when I called was to have new granite cut and pay for it myself. This was not an option since we were on a time crunch. The island was cut incorrectly, so had to be recut. Delay by several days. Then it was left unlevel. The underlying structures were blamed by the company. At the end of the project we were very frustrated. IMPORTANT TIP: request to pick out your granite slab (this option was not given to me)!!!

David provided amazing customer service throughout the long process of remodeling my kitchen- he always treated us as though we were his most important customers, kept us informed and was great to work with. Chelsea was also great and helped us with a few things along the way. The installation team of Daniel, Joshua & Jose were professional and did a great job. My counters are beautiful and my experience with East Coast exceeded expectations.

Dont go here if your planning to order counter tops in advance of 2 weeks or more for project. Waste a afternoon looking and picking out quartz have home measurements done, only to be told WE CANT GUARANTEE after paying a deposit we will have your slabs in stock for you in 5-6 weeks while your cabinets are being built, what a joke, they must live day to day

Great Customer Service!! Our electrician did not install a wall switch for our garbage disposal. East Coast Granite sent guys over on a Friday evening and they cored a hole in our quartz top for us and we installed a button switch. They didnt have to do this for us but they did! Awesome job!!

ECG in ILM was open only two days when we walked in. Ran into a Scot with a sense of humor and a great line of product. Picked our granite on the 1st visit. Template was made and one week later the installers transformed our kitchen exactly the way we wanted it. This is a five star outfit.

I had a terrible experience. They installed the granite and it was cut completely wrong with nearly an inch gap from the wall and from connecting to the next slab. I was told that it was my fault and my wall wasn’t straight and that I would have to pay for it to be fixed. My wall is obviously straight and it was their fault for cutting it wrong however they turned it on me. When they did the install they destroyed my drywall and metal frame of the bar causing me to have to fork out several hundred dollars to have it fixed. They took the granite back that was cut incorrectly after fighting with me telling me it was my fault so I was left several more weeks without countertops. They finally came back to install the granite again and decided to cut the granite right outside next to my car and got stone all over it which scratched the car badly and is going to cost $700 to fix and now they are asking for me to pay the amount in full. I am very disappointed and do not recommend East Coast Granite.
