As a contractor and homeowner I only use The Cabinet Factory when buying cabinets, and have been using them for years. I recommend them to everyone. Friendly, knowledge staff, quality cabinets and hardware. They take their time with me and my customers and offer competitive pricing. Theyve even done custom jobs with a quick turn around.

Fantastic place. The girls are especially helpful and not pushie at all. This place has the best selection in five places that I have been too.

Buyer Beware!I typically dont write reviews but considering the costs of cabinets I had to do this review.Absolutely cannot recommend the Cabinet Factory to anyone in good conscience. They delivered multiple damaged cabinets including the boxes, doors and side panels that are far above and beyond what any touch up kit can repair. They refused to provide any refund whatsoever. They said it wasnt their policy to provide monetary refunds. Complete joke of a company.The ironic part about them is I was told upfront our cabinets are higher quality therefore they will be more expensive. I wish google would allow me to upload photos of these quality cabinets.

I work with cabinet factory regularly and they are the best! They provide many different price points and versions of cabinetry from cabinets that can be shipped in a few days to custom cabinetry. This family run business can beat the big box stores with better quality cabinets at a lower price. If you are looking for cabinets you should definitely go and see them!

Went to look at cabinets yesterday-minimal staff wearing face covers upon entering. Even after seeing us, multiple staff members did NOT put on face coverings. This business clearly does not have the health of their customers and staff as a priority. Will NOT return, even after pandemic.

DISASTERAs one of the below reviews mentioned, cabinets came damaged. Owner said it would be a few weeks to replace damaged doors and refused any monetary refund. As a owner of a company you would think you would take ownership and refund due to poor quality.In a nutshell, quick to take your money, slow to remedy poor workmanship / product.
