Ryan did our demo, he was very personable and explained the process every step of the way, he was also able to remove my tile floor when we were not sure it could be done since I am on a slab. Steve Avci was our installer, I cant say enough about this man, he worked in the rain for three days even after I told him we could postpone till the weather cooperated, he was on time everyday and explained everything he was doing, he sat down with us at the finish and explained how to take care of and clean our shower even though they leave instructions. Steve is very professional and knows what he is doing, he was very personable and we had some great conversations. I would absolutely recommend this company, from Charles Gore who helped with design to Ryan with demo and for Steve who we think was a awesome person and intaller

WOW....LOVE how my shower install turned out! From start to finish, Tammie helped me with the selection of the acrylic product (got to admit that I was a little over whelmed at the selection) but with Tammies guidance the process went smooth. Now for the install....cant say enough about JOHN. John arrived on time, explained the install to me (even asked if I had questions), put down runners so my carpet would not get dirty, he worked tirelessly until the job was completed & then cleaned up (no dust left behind!) The result was beautiful....great jobIm so impressed with the results will have EZPro do my guest bathroom install. GREAT JOB

The installers name is MIKE CASHMAN. He went over every detail on the first day to ensure all the work we wanted done was covered in our contract. He also verified our choices of style and color. He was on time each day of the 4 day project and worked diligently throughout the entire time (if he took breaks, I never saw it). We were having a bathroom remodeled with new shower/tub, toilet, vanity and flooring. Each day he would review his progress with me, so that I got to see how the not only the finished product on the final day but all the underlying work done to make sure it was quality work. He did an outstanding job, making suggestions that we had not thought of which made the finished bathroom even better than expected. On the last day, he went over everything, demonstrating the use of the new fixtures and the best ways to clean it all. Mike is very friendly and a craftsman in his work. We have another bathroom which we may remodel in the future. If we do, we will be asking for Mike to do the work.

My 21 year old tub/shower conversion to a new walk-in shower is beautiful. My installer, John, was very organized, clean and an intelligent person. He was very knowledgeable of and precise with the job he was performing and quick. I mean he worked nonstop until the remodel was complete and all in one day! I couldnt be more pleased with my decision to go with Ez-Pro Baths Express.

We hired EZ Pro to remove the garden tub and shower in the master bathroom and install a larger walk-in shower. Charles Gore was my project consultant. We had a stress free, very informative consultation. I didn’t buy that day, but I did call back a month later and decided to go with EZ baths. Paid cash on the grounds of him being able to meet my needed install date. He accommodated my wishes perfectly.The installer was Brad Manette. He’s a charming and bright young man. I’m extremely pleased with his punctuality, professionalism and the final product. He removed the old bath tub, installed new sun floors and then the walk in shower... looks fantastic!!!Charles and Brad seem to be a dynamic duo!Yes I’m recommending EZ PRO Baths Express... We contacted EZPro for a master bathroom remodel after our forty year old tile work and fixtures were giving us problems. Ez Pro did an incredible job, starting with a 5 wall to 3 wall conversion of our shower, which required so much demolition that I doubted it could be done in four days. But they powered through, and the installer Bryan Wilson dealt with everything that came up, found solutions, and left everything in tip-top shape each evening. And low and behold, on time, on schedule and on budget, what was our oldest bathroom is now the highlight of the entire house, thanks to quality materials and professional work by these guys. They really knocked it out of the park.

“I have a feeling ....EVERYTHING is gonna be alright..”. You see, I had a WALK-IN TUB installed in my house this week because I needed the water for my legs to have much needed circulation.....The installer, Bryan, came to work every morning with a plan and he made it work as far as I am concerned....Bryan worked non-stop!! He was always pleasant, polite, and quick to answer the questions I had and he showed me what he was doing before doing it to be sure I understood...Bryan never stopped to have lunch or lolligag.....I never saw the man sit down to rest and he ALWAYS left the area VERY NEAT AND CLEAN before he left for the day....you JUST DO NOT get this type of workmanship!! We are extremely happy with our master bathroom remodel. Our installer, Derek Eatmon, was very professional and friendly and took all COVID precautions seriously. I was a little bit worried about going through a week-long remodel with everyone at home and only one working bathroom, but it went seamlessly and my 3 year old was even able to nap each day while work was going on next door to her room!
