I was recommended to this older looking barber shop that looks like a home if youre just passing by. Yo, this place, for being in the middle of nowhere DE on old capital trail(near prices corner) is a great place to get a fresh cut! Everyone seemed real laid back and chill. Also nice to see most seats were filled. So my man Adam was very accommodating, he had me in a seat within 30 sec and started to fresh up me up. I definitely recommend this place, and I will most definitely be back!

Typically we would just walk in but lately we’ve been using the online booking feature that J’s has recently added. Their booking site is super easy to use and makes the whole experience very convenient.

I’m so glad we found this place! I was taking my little guys to the barber located near my home but was never satisfied with the result and I my best friend suggested that we try Js. Shop was super cute and the barbers did a great job with my two boys!

I went to Js for the first time yesterday and I must say I regret not finding this place before !I went here based on Google reviews and I am not disappointed at all ! Very friendly employees and great service ! Initially I was thinking of just haircut but Zach, who cut my hair, suggested he can trim beard too. Awesome guy ! He is expert in his job. He didnt rush and asked what I wanted . He did the service exactly the way I wanted. I saw another employee cutting a kids hair and he kept the kid engaged through out . Price is very reasonable and wait time was less than 10 minutes. While paying the bill Zach told me I can come back just for beard trimming too which is great ! I am going to suggest this place to all my friends !

If you are looking for a fast professional cut DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve gone to this barber 3 times...each time my hair cut gets worse...I’ve tried 3 diff barbers...it’s like they are all amateurs...and the wait times are horrible. I don’t normally write reviews but this one had to be done. Also I prefer to pick my barber of choice but I’m always thrusted into first available chair...very bizarre and uncomfortable.

First cut was done by Zach and turned out exZACHly like I had asked but also was trial run for the new look.Was there today(10/19/19) And got bumped up to a chair since noticed I had almost no hair and knew it couldnt be alot, then I was given an apprentice barber and he did great job. The teaching is only small part of a trade, but jumping in and cutting the hair is how you get better. So I will of course be back!!
