Ogden barbershop has the best barbers in Wilmington, NC.Ive been going here since I was 8 years old. Mr. John Lewis cut my hair for nearly 20 years before his daughter Rachel took over.Both are excellent barbers, with Rachel being a perfectionist, which is something I admire greatly. They also have three other ladies who cut hair, who are equally as talented and impressiveI feel like part of the family at the Ogden barber shop, and Ill go there as long as theyre open.You wont ever find a more welcoming place than the Ogden barber shop. Mr. John will be sure to greet you with a big hello! as soon as you walk in.Enjoy the music and be sure to say hello to the ladies who work like crazy to get us looking our best and back out into our lives.One amazing place, with some even more amazing people.

I had brought my fiancé here for his haircut that was of minimal work (A marine with a slight overgrown fade) on a Saturday and we sat for an hour and a half, there were only two people before him with two ladies cutting hair at a time. It was a good 30 minutes for one person to get a hair cut- Agonizingly slow. As well as way to overpriced, $16 for just a plain cut. CASH AND CHECK ONLY- unfortunately. He can get a cut, shave, and massage for $12 elsewhere, thought to try it out since we were in Wilmington visiting for the weekend.
