I went in Saturday for and oil change but when Service Advisor Chris Edwards saw how bad my tires looked. He spoke with his supervisor about my tires. Therefore the supervisor came out spoke with me told me not to worry about my oil change and to bring it back on Tuesday morning for a full service which was 9/7/2021. Therefore I dropped my car off that morning, Chris Edwards made sure I got to work with the help of Mr. Mike Bass (Shuttle Driver) and the service company managed not to just do my oil change, but I received everything that was needed with my car. I thank God that it was Chris Edwards who saw the issue and did everything that he could to make sure. I was safe while I was driving in my vehicle. Was very hesitant about purchasing a new vehicle as I have had bad experiences purchasing and leasing new vehicles in the past. I made the dealership aware of this and they did everything in their power to ensure this was a transparent process. Mike M. and Shane C. were very patient with me. They answered every question I had, explained everything very clearly in such a way it was very easy to understand. They also gave me a great deal. This process was a lot better than the last experience I had before they had changed owners. This dealership has turned around for the better and makes the car buying process not as painful as it usually is. Mike and the dealership has definitely earned my business in the future.

Mr. Brian Stamper was an AMAZING salesman. This was my first time buying a car and I was nervous. I talked with him over the phone for a few days and made sure I knew what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly that. He made buying this car so easy. He was very informative and patient with me. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from Stevenson-Hendrix in Wilmington, NC. I must admit, this was by far the easiest transaction I have ever had there. One call/text about one of their vehicles, and within minutes I received a response. With in a couple of hours I received a detail breakdown of cost including trade in values. I live in Raleigh, NC and never had to leave my seat here to secure the deal. The automobile is being delivered here at my residence today. Excellent service! Craig Hales helped me pick out my new civic, showed me plenty of options and let me know the differences between them, he showed me how to use all the bells and whistles to my nice new car and is very polite and friendly. Thanks to Chris Edwards and the service crew! We were in from out of town (Chicago) on vacation when the a transmission service code popped up. Despite being booked solid, they were able to get us in to do a quick diagnostic to make sure we could travel home safely. Staff were attentive and professional.

A very clean dealership with a large inventory of new and used vehicles. Overall, not impressed. I expected much more in regards to customer service coming from one of the top Honda dealers in the state.When we agreed to move forward in our purchase of a brand new 2021 vehicle, I noticed a small scratch and requested it be repaired. The staff declared that it would be fixed and ready the following morning, no problem. Upon our return the following morning, the sales manager went with us to double check the vehicle for corrections. I waited to say anything until I was asked my opinion by the salesperson... The scratched area to be repaired looked as if multiple layers of white-out had been put over it. It looked absolutely terrible and honestly I would have preferred the scratch over the tacky paint job. It bothered me that both the salesperson and technician who “fixed” the scratch would honestly have let me drive off the lot with a brand new car looking like that, had I not expressed my thoughts. The sales manager even laughed and admitted “it looks awful” when he took a look. Where is the pride in the product you’re attempting to sell? I demanded it be fixed and our sales representative said she would make it happen with the body shop down the road that afternoon. Why was it not done there in the first place? Moving on…We once again returned the following morning to pick up the car and the scratched area was immaculate. We were very happy with the result, even if it took two steps rather than being taken care of the right way, the first time around. We got the keys and said our farewells, only to realize the gas tank literally on E as we drove a short distance away. Once again, not impressed and quite appalled that this was overlooked, especially after the mishap with the scratch repair. Upon calling our sales rep back to inform her of this, she offered to fill it up, as they should. I once again drove back to the dealership and it was taken care of. The dealership did not go above and beyond to make up for any of the mishaps we experienced. Small mistakes add up and our overall experience and impression was definitely affected. If we were local, we would not have moved forward in our purchase.

I had a low tire pressure light come on my car and after refilling the tires the light kept staying on so I called Honda and they told me to head right over. I experienced wonderful customer service from Cooper. He let me know I had a nail in my tire. They patched it in less than 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me. The whole time I was kept informed of what was going on and even enjoyed a free cup of coffee. Thank you Cooper for making what could have been a stressful situation very easy!

I recently received a recall notice for my 2016 Honda HR-V and quickly made a service appointment at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda. They were able to accommodate me later in the week and took care of the recall (software update for CVT transmission) very quickly while I waited in the customer waiting area. Ive had previous experiences with the service department at Stevenson_Hendrick and each time Ive been extremely satisfied with the service. The service department is extremely clean and the check-in process for service is excellent. The staff is very positive and customer-friendly. I highly recommend Stevenson-Hendrick for servicing of your Honda!

The Hendrick is awesome. Greg Page was a great service agent.I had to have my car towed and arrived at the dealership about an hour before closing. They were conscientious of the fact that I didn’t have another car and had an appointment early the next morning. Even though it was after closing time Greg at no point made me feel bad about staying after 6:00 and my car was fixed and I was out the door.
