Great Customer Service! I was very confused about what tires to pick and Michelle helped me pick out the perfect ones for my car. In addition to the great customer service the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Michelle who helped educate me on the best tire for my vehicle and driving style. I felt bad asking her a zillion questions but she answered every single one. Shes knowledgeable, patient, and shes such a sweet girl. Highly recommende this place for great quality and service.

I cant speak highly enough of this place and their employees. I was a little overwhelmed with choosing a set of tires and Michelle stepped in and made the process as easy as possible.She gave me a few choices of tires they had available for my car and explained everything I never knew about tires. I told her what I was looking for and she recommended the Goodyear Maxlife tires and couldnt be happier. I feel like she was actually knowledgeable about what she was selling and wasnt just blowing smoke up my a$$ like I feel sometimes when Ive gone to other places.Now my car rides quiet and no more wheel shimmy. Ive recommended this place to a few people already and will continue to do so. If you need tires I would highly recommend visiting this store and ask for Michelle. I know when my other car needs tires shortly I will.

While visiting Delaware my husband and I needed an oil change and found this place. We went in and had the most amazing customer service there were able to help us right away to get right back on the road. The manager was so understanding about us having our kids and was overall the most amazing experience. As a mother of three kids taking them anywhere can be very stressful but they were so helpful and us having the kids there was no problem at all for them. I would definitely recommend this place for anything and everything.

Great experience! I admit I am not car savvy. Im a nurse by profession. The employees at Just Tires took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand without making me feel uneducated. I greatly appreciate their patience and how they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was ready quickly so I could get into work that night! Highly recommend!

Scheduled a same-day appointment for a tire replacement through Goodyear.com. Price was more than reasonable; Goodyear even offered a promo code through their website. I was able to get the tire replaced that day, despite the shop being down a tech. The replacement was completed ahead of schedule and the technician put the spare tire back for me. Overall, very satisfied with my experience here.

Mediocore franchise tire alignment shop don’t know what torsion bars are their techs seem to be UTI grads that dropped out ... seems good wrenching skills can only be found where real mechanics work this is just a tire put on place. What’s more to expect fromJust tires

Very helpful staff, great prices and fast service

Dropped my car off at 8 and they told me it was going to be ready at 11.. called them to see if it was almost ready they told me it was on the lift and by the time I get there it’ll be done. So when I get there it wasn’t even touched... didn’t get done until 4:30 pm. So they give me a free oil change coupon and I make an apt at 9.. asked for it to be done soon because I have work and they said after 2 hours that they are waiting for an available tech and won’t be done for another couple hours. Took my car and left.

Really bad customer service, Its really frustrating when you are having a good morning and this people just treat you in a way that ruins your whole day. That shouldnt happen. Just take your car somewhere else, this people aint worth it

I had to come back 4 times bc of their incompetence. Long wait times and a bit rude and the last visit I had, they told me there was nothing they could do about my tire pressure light AFTER I paid almost 600 for them to fix my tires.

Very poor, unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. The sarcasm I received so early in the day was very disappointing. I had received this type of service on one other service date prior; thought I’d give Just Tires another opportunity; they failed me again. I will never return, they definitely lost a customer. Even more upsetting, today was Veterans Day😔.

The service writer acts like he’s being inconvenienced by actually having to do his job. If it requires anything beyond all information being handed directly to him it appears he doesn’t feel he should have to do it

Set up an appointment for 1, waited till 210 vehicle still wasnt even brought in to begin work . Why bother setting up a set time to sit there and wait . Was told they have a small shop . 6 bays seems like a decent shop . Will never go back, set up my work somewhere else .

This place is great!!! I am a single mom and am always leery about going to an auto shop to get my car worked on but the men here are very respectful and kind. When I booked the appointment the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. And the tire rotation is for the life of the tires even though I didn’t buy the tires here which I thought was great. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me more than what I needed. There was another single woman in the waiting room as well and I overheard the man telling her about what is going on with her car and he was very kind, patient and genuinely wanted to help the woman. I had been here before and had no problems so I’m just glad I remembered to come back again for such great service.

Very nice place. Reasonable prices. Went to get tires for my mini van and found out they have a lot of different services. I will check them out. I just dont like that you have to drop your car off for a simple oil change.

Good service but not too sure about the employees sometimes. Went for tire rotation and told the manager to let me know when the mechanic was going to the car as the handle was broken and needed to open a certain way. Not even 5 minutes later watched the guy walk to my car and before i could get out the he almost ripped the door handle off before i finally got there to stop him. Other than that got a good deal on tires and they rotate and balance every 6k miles

Everytime I have a tire issue they have been able to fit me in same day and get me back on the road. Very nice staff.

After almost two decades I will never ever go back there. Had a nail in my tire, went to Just tires, which had always been my First Choice, to be told “ No we can’t fix it you need new tires.” My tires are less than a year old with just under 18k miles. They never looked at the damaged tire or my vehicle before making the assumption I would need new tires. Horrible experience, they have lost a customer over a $21 repair. After having bought tires there for years I will never ever step foot in that store again.

Excellent customer service. They could have gotten me to replace something I didnt need. But they were honest with me.

We had a flat tire 10 hours into a 12 hour ride home from vacation. I called Just Tires in Wilmington because it was close to our location. Rob was extremely helpful on the phone and in person. He and the staff got us back on the road.

Needed rear brakes. Rotors were wrong size and they spent extra time to get them to fit correctly. Great service

The job was done... 2 1/2 hours later.(Mount & Balance 2 tires) Do Not Go here if you are a in hurry or in a pinch.

Had a flat tire near their establishment. Even though there was a decent sized group of people there they were able to get through and service my car very quickly.

I was thinking i had a bad tire and had them check it. Did not have a bad tire. I was told i needed to rotate the rires more. I was also told i had a bad outer tie rodon the right front. I was not changed for what they did. I had my son do the work that was need. Bob the counter person was great.

Fast, courtesy and efficient even if it was just a valve stem replacement. Im going back when I need tires.

Ordered tires were delivered and installed same day. Great and honest service.

2 hours to get a tire changed. Had a blowout and just need a new tire. Literally, it was changing the tire on the rim and putting it back on the car. They did a bunch of other stuff as safety measures but I didnt need all that. Had the same thing done at a another garage on a different occasion, it took 15 minutes.

When they changed my tires they broke two of my tire pressure sensors, replaced them with aftermarket parts which broke in less than 10,000 miles, charged me for the parts they broke, and the aftermarket sensors voided the warranty on the tire pressure monitoring system, meaning I had to replace them again at full cost (several hundred dollars). I will never go here again.
