Ive been taking my vehicles to Bill for probably more than 20 years now. Recently, the engine in my wifes Santa Fe locked up. Not only did Bill correctly identify what had happened, he took it upon himself to find out that this is a known issue with certain Hyundai vehicles and went as far as to find out which dealership could get her car in the earliest. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Always honest, fair, and professional... more shops need to follow his example!!!!

Quick, reliable, professional. I have taken my cars here for routine maintenance as well as multiple times I’ve had major mechanical issues. With the major issues they are always very thorough when explaining problems and what options are available. When my engine seized up recently they invested time into contacting KIA and worked with the mechanics there to determine that it was a manufacturer issues and all my repairs were covered by KIA. I had already tried to contact KIA about a possible manufacture issue and got nowhere. I value ProTechs honesty and work in this situation as they helped me and could have easily just done the repairs and made a lot of money. I won’t take my cars anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Bill the owner, He really went above an beyond. I was able to drop my car off after hours which was perfect for me because my car wouldnt accelerate passed 35 mph with the issues it was having. The very next afternoon he called me an told me the problem and said itd be ready to be picked up that same day! Great service, efficient, will definitely return for any future problems!
