Great experience. I went there due to low tire pressure and the person at the desk was nice and helpful. He couldnt fix it for me because they go by appointments and on top of that I went there on their busiest time of the day. The person filled my tier with air and the same for the rest of tires. Great customer service and I will surely give them a visit again if I needed to.

If you are looking for a reliable and honest mechanic and well lets face it who isnt, its like finding a leprechaun with a pot of gold.. My sister has been using Euro Car Center for years and when my mechanic retired she insisted I go here and I cant thank her enough. I have a 2015 Audi A6 and they did I tune up and it honestly runs and sounds like it did when I first bought it. I thought my car was just getting old but they put the life back into it for a fraction of what the Audi dealership would have charged. The communication is great . The guys were very friendly, not pushy and they took their time explaining to me what needed to be done and the benefit. I will tell everyone I know this is the only place I would recommend for car service!

Last week I destroyed my passenger side rear view mirror [2015 Mercedes E350] as I attempted to back out of the garage. I called Don, owner of Euro Car Center in Wilmington, Mass. who inspected the damage, ordered the necessary parts and completed installation within three days. The work was extraordinary. Pricing for his labor was very fair. He is a wonderful person as well.On a scale of 1-10 he is a 15. Try him. You will feel the same.

Don and his team were fantastic from the moment I called. They were friendly, prompt and professional. Don was completely honest and upfront about his parts pricing and labor costs and even gave printouts of those costs to take back to my dealership service group if I wanted. He took the time and pointed out things (while my car was on the lift so that I could actually see and learn) that were not broken that my dealership wanted to charge me to replace. Let me start off by saying, Don and his team are amazing. I brought my recently purchased used car in as the check engine light was on and multiple cylinders were misfiring. Dons team ran diagnostics on the vehicle and found that there were many more problems than I had initially expected, but Im extremely glad I went here. Not only did Don personally show me the work that needed to be done, but he went above and beyond by explaining every detail in terms that I could understand and took my personal situation into account. In addition, I was offered a loaner car at no extra charge, and the work was done FAST. Although it was much more expensive than I had originally anticipated, it was work that had to be completed to keep the car running in its best condition. Let me tell you, there were many many repairs that had to be done; Don explained absolutely everything and pointed out why it was important. He did not try to get me to buy things I didnt need and was extremely honest and caring throughout the entire process. His team does amazing work and makes sure that you are leaving as a happy customer. Another repair came up last minute and wasnt quoted in my original estimate, but Don made sure that we could get it fixed and did so at a great price. I like that they use only the best parts and fluids for your car, they are extremely knowledgable about the cars they work on, and most importantly they treated me like family. I cannot recommend Euro Car Center enough, the whole team is amazing and while prices can tend to get expensive (depending on what type/how much work your car may need) I would trust him and his team over the Volkswagen dealership any day! Theres good reason.My Jetta might not be the supercar it thinks it is, but it was treated as such at ECC. Dons staff put in a new clutch, changed the fluids, and went through the car, replacing some secondary fasteners that were missing or worn out.Ill be taking my car here from now on. I think the work is better than the dealership.

The team at Euro Car center are very helpful and provide a great level of communication throughout time the car was with them. I had previously had a Jeep dealer look at my Wrangler that had a vibration at 30 miles an hour. After weeks of being let down by them and a complete lack of communication they said it was just something I would have to live with.I took it to Euro Car center as I had good service from them on my BMW X5. It’s hard to find a good mechanic for my family’s multiple Audis and Volkswagens but I can’t say enough good things about all the people at Eurocar Center. I brought my BMW X3 in off the highway with a cooling system issue. They diagnosed it right away and sent me home with a ride. It was ready the next day. They are knowledgeable about my very complicated vehicle, very professional and ethical.

Had Don at Euro Car Center work on my 2008 ML350. He replaced both SAM units and got it working great. A couple of months down the road I noticed that the factory installed tow harness was not functioning properly. I brought the car back to Don to fix the programming on the rear SAM unit and he was able to get it working again. Don is very personable and easy to talk with. I never felt that he was feeding me any BS as you can get with a dealership repair center. He is patient and persistent to make sure your issue is corrected and you leave happy. He truly does go out of his way to run an honest and straightforward operation.

My sons headlights were malfunctioning on his car. Don was very thoughtful and insisted we get the car into the shop right away to fix the issue so that my son wouldnt have to drive with faulty headlights. Needed a lot of work done to an older generation bmw. Saw all the positive reviews and gave them a try. Im glad I did. They were able to solve all my issues and perform some deferred maintenance. These guys KNOW German cars. I had originally come by for an oil change and a transmission flush (2007 VW Golf GTI with a 6MT). They were able to fit me in the same week, even though their official scheduling wouldn’t have had me able to see them for at least 2 weeks. During the job, they examined every inch of my car and diagnosed some existing problems for me, as well as fixed some issues I’ve had since I bought the car. They found an issue that a normal auto shop like the one I had gone to before had completely ignored, and took immediate action to acquire the parts required to fix this for me, despite their limited time.They can be a little pricy, but taking a German car to someone who knows what they’re doing is worth every penny, and I’d rather pay more to the right people than pay less to another shop where you’re bound to have more issues with the car and end up paying more in the long run anyways. Also, they run far better oil than what you would get for a comparable price from, for example, a jiffy lube or valvoline. (Motul for days) 10/10 will recommend!

Don and his team are experts, I can always rely on them with my and my daughters cars over the years, this time they identified some unusual pitting and rust on my brake rotors that was caused from lack of use this year during Covid and my car sitting outside in the elements. They assessed it gave a clear explanation, showed me damaged parts and job was done in less than a day! He did a complete service as well. Top professionals that still make you feel like family!

Contacted Don yesterday to schedule appointment for my 2017 Audi he was booking out to next week. Discussed the issue of seeing brake fluid leaking and he made room to have me drop the car off today. The leak was from the line not being properly tightened to specs. The line was tightened and then tested, leaving him to conclude that I did not need to replace. I found his honesty shocking having dealt with other garages in the past trying to rack up the bill.To go beyond the honest work during this health crisis all the employees had masks on, and my car was wiped down to ensure safety.I will be back for regular service soon I highly recommend Don and his team from my first impression.

Don is a true professional. I took him a Range Rover with a check engine problem that other shops had been unable, to figure out. He methodically checked out every possibility and eventually was able to resolve. He also provided a very concise summary of all other issues with the vehicle, in his inspection report. No need to take care of all immediately but good to know and keep an eye on. His charge was reasonable, as I know he spent a lot of time on the car. While at his shop, he would call me daily with an update. For the difficult stuff or routine, like oil change, brakes etc. Don and his Team, are highly recomended

Don and team have done work on many of my cars. Most recently, my daughter seized the engine in her 2013 Mini Cooper. I had it towed to the dealer initially, because I had an extended warranty on the car. Once they informed me that the engine was not covered, and gave me their price, I had it towed to Euro the next day. In less than a week, they had found an engine, replaced it, tuned the transmission, and did a once-over of the whole car. All around half the price the dealer quoted. If I am not compelled to go to a dealer, Euro Car Center is always my first choice. Expertise and customer service second to none.

Don is super-awesome! He will suggest the maintenance your car needs, no more, no less. My first encounter was when one of my front springs rusted out and snapped. He told me, the minimum is to replace the springs and the shocks, but suggested I should do it on the other side as well as theyre likely to go soon after. I went ahead and agreed to doing both sides, and was very happy with the service.Most recently, my wifes car had some alignment issues. She took it to Pepboys (near her work) who wanted to get a whole bunch of things replaced such as the struts. We then took the car to Don, he looked at the alignment values, took it for a test drive and said that it only needs a tire rotation. He did that, and when he was done called me in for a test drive and the car no longer pulled to one side. Problem solved.

I got an immediate quote and made a appointment. The work was done promptly, with a clear explanation and a reasonable price. I will go back with my 2008 Mercedes 350.
