I will really like to say I hope this is the right Allstate location because an employee named Jackie (cannot remember the last name) helped me and my S/O out so much!!! She was very persistent on finding us the lowest rate she can find, she even referred us to mile wide insurance. She was very helpful and did not stop until we were satisfied with the results she even took time to help us after she left the office!!! Unfortunately I would like to say that We did find cheaper insurance at another company... but we really really appreciated all her help and maybe in the future if we’re looking for insurance again we will call Allstate and ask for her specifically!!! THANK YOU MISS JACKIE FOR YOUR PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!!

Had a couple bad customer service experiences nothing bad to say about joseph but one of his employees really dosnt like her job
