I reached out to State Farm because I was no longer happy with Allstate. I spoke to Christine Fisher and she was a pleasure to work with!! I explained my situation and she helped me right away! She was professional and efficient! She always emailed me and kept in touch. I would definitely recommend State Farm. Christine is a great asset to this company!

I dont get it. They are so helpful over the phone but rather rude in person without any reason to be.I took my business elsewhere.

A great staff and prompt and friendly service. We have had Tims State Farm insurance since moving here in 2016 and are very happy with it.

Tim and his staff are always professionals. It’s clear they take their job and their client’s satisfaction seriously. Whenever my wife and I call with even the most obscure question, if they don’t have an immediate answer, they take time to stop what they’re doing, quickly look into it and promptly phone us back. We highly recommend them!

I had a complicated question and Tim Moore himself picked right up to answer me. I didn’t expect to be treated with such urgency. He was kind, courteous, and more knowledgable than all the other State Farm offices that I called in the area. He even double checked his information with State Farm and called me back. I was really impressed by this office in compared to the other offices in the area.

Although it appeared to me that my home had escaped damage from the recent hurricane, it had not. In fact, my roof had been damaged and will need to be replaced. This would not have been discovered had Amy McGirt of this office not exercised the judgment and initiative to file a formal claim for me when I wasnt convinced it was necessary. Her decisiveness coupled with the polite persistence of the inspection team which convinced me I needed an on site survey led to the damage being discovered and the claim being paid. My experience with State Farm could not have been better. I recommend them highly.

Great while I had them. The best rates I could find and I shop thoroughly. Only reason I dont have them is because I moved out of town.

Have done business with Tim for many years. I have gotten great rates for business and personal insurance. He also sold me a mutual fund which was one of my best performing assets for last year.

Disappointed that Ive been calling for a week and a half and havent been able to speak with Amy who is aleaalvery nice and professional. Instead Ive had to deal with lisa whonis less than helpful and always has a snarky comment. Suggestion would be to get ms Lisa off the phones she lacks in customer service experience and I cancelled today and have given my 6 month payments to a different company. Amy though has always been more than nice and professional.

No comment. Accident not my fault and damage showed it. Not investigated enough by State farm team. And rates went up .police did not write report correct a dog was on the shoulder of a man who hit me on the bridge .he his dog in back seat. Police didnt care.
