I began my insurance journey with Richard Crouch (a family friend and great when it came to insurance). When he retired he highly recommended Jimi and his group. I was skeptical (because I was young and naive) but have been blown away by the staff here! Destiny has been my contact through it all and has made all of my car insurance confusion very easy to understand! When purchasing my home, Courtney made it all so smooth and explained it all without making me feel dumb. Mr. Woodruff has been short staffed recently and has been answering the phones himself (sign of a great leader to be on it with his staff!). Could not be more pleased to have this team in my corner!

The Woodruff team have been by far the best insurance company I have dealt with. They make buying insurance very easy. They are very professional very responsive when contacting them about any needs my family may have. Having insured a home and multiple cars the process is very easy with the Woodruff team. I highly recommend them for your needs.

Since the party causing dent their insurance covered repair. State Farm did offer to follow up if we did not get it handled; but were very impressed with Geicos service.

Initially, this agency was very responsive when they took over for Richard Crouch, but since then their Customer Service has been very lacking. We currently have all our insurance needs with this agency but are seriously looking to make a change. My husband spoke personally to the owner, Mr. Woodruff, after his agency’s employee initially failed to call him back many months ago after we requested insurance information regarding his father’s estate properties...first no response back from the employee and then no response back from the owner, Mr. Woodruff. We let that go. Now, many months later we have had an issue arrive in our personal home that we contacted the agency immediately on the same day due to water damage (roughly 2 weeks ago) and have yet to receive a follow-up phone call! Totally unacceptable and even more so, totally disappointing!

I have all my personal insurance with Jimis office and have had excellent service! They went above and beyond to reach out to me after hurricane Florence and assist me during that stressful time. They held my hand and were amazing in getting me back into my home. Their claims people were in constant contact and went out of their way to make sure I had all the resources and support. When adding my teenage sons to my policy, they went our of their way to work with me and get them added to my policy which can be very costly however they were able to find discounts so it didnt break the bank.
