Most of us do not like to pay for our homeowners insurance, especially since it costs so much and we seldom are paid any meaningful claims regardless of the damages from multiple hurricanes, aging well pipe, etc. Yet, it can be helpful the have an agent like Gwen McQueen, who will take the time to go over the additional costs and what exactly you may get for the money spent. This agency has increased my flood insurance policy premiums twice in the 5 years I have been with them. Each time I have not been contacted. This morning I woke up to my mortgage payment doubled because my flood insurance policy TRIPLED without my knowledge or consent. This is the second time this has happened. The first time they refunded me thousands of dollars without explanation. Fortunately their office is closed today so I am unable to resolve this issue. I am so incredibly stretched financially and beyond stressed out. I will be dropping this company ASAP. If you want to keep your money, avoid this company.

Thank God we had met with Adrienne Moore of James Moore Insurance about 2 years prior.
