After spending 3 days trying to find full coverage for an inexperienced driver, I had the pleasure of talking to one of the sales agents, Joseph Mesiti. Not only did Direct Auto provide me with the lowest rate I could find, but Joseph was beyond helpful, informative, and very easy and understanding to talk to. I’m looking into buying a car in the near future and he convinced me to drop my other insurance and switch to Direct Auto! I would not say love this place. Very kind helpful personal. When I got there they were not open had approx. 15 minutes before they were. No problem finished up her business then opened for me. Several other customers showed up and were treated politely. She helped them while helping me. Thanks again.
