The premiums are very. Very competitive. Appreciated the prompt response to all my questions and concerns. They are very professional.
James is available by text, phone, email and in person anytime I need him. First agent I have had that I could call or text on weekends or holidays and he responds. I understand rates are out of his control but the office does give me options to lower my rate with coverages and discounts. Highly recommend. Also sponsors the youth in town.
James Cramton had been my agent since before he opened his own business, great at answering all of my questions always helps with anything I have ever needed beyond what any agent should be expected to do I’ve referred several people to him and they all love his services
Very easy to work with can contact out of business hours about my policy will fight as hard as he can to get the best rates that All-State has to offer fights very helpful with claims 5 years running
Very responsive anytime I call I get an answer if not I’m immediately called back within reasonable time and always have helped me get the best rates
They were very quick about helping me with my claim and communicated with me throughout the entire process to make sure I understood what was going on and that I was well informed about the whole thing. I would highly recommend this insurance, and specifically this team, to anyone who asked me about them.
Office staff is great. Claims went smooth.
Jimmy takes calls when the calls are made...not when convenient for him. In his line of work (and his customers needs) that means a lot!
The only problem I have with them is they take your discount away if they dont have the right Email They had mine back words and charged me full price. Some times there rates are better thin other insurance companies.
I had Allstate auto and homeowners insurance for over 10 years when Mr. Cramton took over my local agency. I was not notified when this happened and was surprised when I called and asked for my old agent. One day. I received a letter stating that my premium would be raised due to a new driver that was added to my policy. I immediately called the office and I was told they would look into it. I called the 800 number after 2 days without a response and was told that I added my son to the policy. I dont have a son nor was I given a name of the person added to my policy. I was then told this person would be removed.I was happy at this point, until I received my bill for my premium a month later. It had increased $60 for this extra person. Still with no name, I called the local agency again, where I left a message. The office manager called and she was kind and understood my issue. She told me the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, I had already paid my premium in order to not have a late fee. After a week, I had the person removed, but I also had a name to that person. It was a person that was 30 years older than me but somehow, it was supposedly my son. With that person being removed, my premium went up, AGAIN!So, here was my problem. The premium increased when Allstate added a person without my permission AND the premium increased when I had them removed.I called Mr. Cramtons office and was constantly denied a meeting with him. I kept getting the runaround and told Mr. Cramton was out of town and couldnt take my call. After a few weeks, Mr. Cramton finally called me back and agreed to a meeting. He started out very arrogant and offputting. He and I walked through the entire situation and he was able to find the error. He admitted there was an error and assured me that he would take care of it.When the next premium payment was due, nothing had changed. I was furious. It wasnt until I wrote a post on social media that Mr. Cramton would contact me again. He tried to pay me to take the post down. It was upsetting, to say the least.I called the 800 number for help and Allstate corporate was absolutely no help. I talked to them for 10 plus hours, Im sure surpassing the amount of time worth the overpayment of mine. I finally did what they wanted and gave up.In the end, 10 years, 0 missed payments, and endless referrals meant nothing to Mr. Cramton or Allstate. I ended up changing agents and eventually companies.Very sad.
Called my agent to cancel my policies both home and auto due to finding a lower price elsewher. These jokers took the money from my accountGood thing I checked
