Dude (Johnathan) was prompt and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair my oven quickly. He diagnosed my dishwasher too, but sadly it was too far gone to be worth the repair. He was able to recommend a couple brands to target as a replacement though. Thanks for all your help, Johnathan!

I have used Mr. Appliance twice and was very pleased with their service on each occasion. The first time, Jonathan fixed my broken dryer. He was quickly able to tell me exactly what was wrong with the unit and ordered the necessary replacement part. Once the part came in, he came right back and got the dryer running good as new. The second visit was a warranty call on my dishwasher. Maya was able to quickly diagnose the somewhat odd issue, did a temporary fix, and then was back in 2 days with a new part to do the permanent repair. Both technicians were extremely prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I plan to use Mr. Appliance for any further repair needs. Thanks again!

I had them come out and repair and appliance they had recently fixed. They came out and fixed it for no charge. I dont expect a company to have no charge for their efforts but the repair was simple and they did the work honestly and without fuss. Jonathan carefully checked out the dishwasher to find out why there was an error code. He inspected the entire dishwasher and ran a cycle and could not find a leak as the code indicated. Mr Appliance had a technician come out within 48 hours on the week before Christmas to fix my GE dryer. The tech didn’t have the replacement part in his truck, but he went above and beyond to find one from another tech in the area and fix my dryer that same day. My service technician Jordan was great. He was very professional. He explained my problem and gave helpful tips in preventing it again.

He cleaned out the dryer vent and took the dryer apart and removed lint that was making the dryer take longer and longer to dry. The dryer dries fast now, like new, and the danger of fire from the lint is gone, too. I was afraid to use my dryer anymore till he took care of this. Great service.

I had made an appointment with a repair service that I had previously used and it would be two weeks before they could get someone to come out. I went to Home Advisor and they recommended Mr. Appliance. I got an appointment for less than a week out. I was notified of the tech’s arrival when he was on his way. He was very professional, explained what he was doing as he went along and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and scheduled an appointment to return. When he returned, he installed the ice maker. It works perfectly. I will continue to us Mr. Appliance for future repairs. .

I spend almost $1000 for Repeir s . Every time they said, fixed, not fixed, when I called them they came and find something else and because different issue they still charge me $110 service call . ( because I refuse the get Repeir)It’s really not honest what they did to me. Instead of paying them, I wish I went and bought a new appliances . Never use them again.

Had them come clean out my dryer vent and was not impressed. Inspection report for closing on home indicated that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned out after 15 years of build-up from previous owner. The young service guy was very courteous, but only got a small pile of build-up out of the dryer vent. I didnt feel like it was a thorough job and a small pile of was collected. The service was very expensive with Mr. Appliance of Wilmington ($175 for dryer vent clean out). I will definitely not recommend this company or ever use them again. Felt completely ripped off and charge was outrageous.

They were recommended by Home Depot. They came on time and did a great job removing our old stovetop and installing the new one.

Brand was polite, informative and professional.

First time they came out he put glue on the agitator and said let it cure for 24 hours. I waited 48. I ran a rinse cycle to be sure it was ok. Agitator came off again. I call them back he comes out a 2nd time and does the repair and I have to pay for the part and MORE LABOR. After my 3rd wash I notice the cap is lifting up. Jonathan broke the cap that covers the screw of the agitator and said nothing. When I took the cap off you can see where one leg of it completely off and the other leg is bending. Pretty sure if I call he will use that BS excuse about having to pay for more labor and also a new cap.Edit: After posting review I was called the next day to see what the issue was. I explained what happened and she said they would cover the piece and return to install it. Jonathan came and apologized and was in and out in less than 5 minutes

I had them out twice to fix an oven. $280 later it still doesnt work. I called 3 times to discuss this. The manager has been too busy and cant return a call. Apparently they have no intention of addressing the problem. So I have been left no choice but go to social media. It would have been much better to talk to me.

They have excellent customer service. I also like that the technician arrival time is narrowed down from a 4 Hour arrival time to a 2 Hour arrival time the night before the service date. I was kept informed regarding the arrival of parts that had to be ordered for the necessary repairs. Definitely recommend Mr Appliance. Ernan was our Technician.

I called to speak with owner (previous owner by name mind you) and was told that he just stepped out and if a msg could be taken. I said yes and gave msg, call back number, and email address fully expecting a call back or something. 24 hrs later nothing, so I called back and asked to speak to the owner again and was then told that the previous owner I was trying to get ahold of was no longer the owner. Total waste of time. Just tell me the first time I called...

Everyone at Mr. Appliance who was involved in my service call was professional, prompt, helpful, and attentive. When the appointment was made, I was given the date and a 5-hour window when the repairman would arrive. The day before the appointment they updated me with a 2-hour window. The day of the appointment, I got a text letting me know that the repairman would be at the house “shortly”. Then the repairman himself called me to let me know that he would arrive in 10 minutes, and he was on time! Ernan was polite and considerate, and best of all, identified where the leak from the washer was coming from and fixed it.LG repair was at the house 2 times prior to this and couldn’t fix it, and left it up to me to order new parts.LG should take some notes about Customer Service from Mr. Appliance!

Called to repair Sub Zero freezer drawer. Had NO idea what he was doing, loosened every screw he could see, scuffed the painted panel---at that time asked him to leave!!!Would definitely not recommend for higher end products.

Brad is awesome. i had waited a week without washer/dryer when he arrived . Very knowledgeable. i didnt test efore he keft and qhen i tried dryer, it woukdnt work. when we called the office, they were going to make me wait another week. We told them situation and they scheduled two daysater but Vrad heard and came right over. He had reset settings which i never checked, also should me how to make it work without additional work! Very honest and knowledgeable!

They replaced the glass top on my stove. (A ridiculously expensive thing to replace, so try not to break yours!) Their quote was lower than the competition. The technician arrived on time. He cleaned up when he was finished. And the stove looked good as new when he was done. Would certainly use their services again.

They diagnosed the trouble on the first visit but had to wait for parts from the manufacturer to fix. It didnt take them long and they fixed things back to apple pie order.

I had Mr. Appliance come out to my home and fix my freezer. The technician had never worked on my model and within minutes without looking at a manual figured it out. A part was stripped and the technical support told him something wrong. He figured out a way to get it without having to break the part. I was impressed with his work and my freezer is working great. Tech arrived as scheduled. Knowledgeable and diagnosed problem. Unfortunately tech had placed the glass cooktop on the floor and a family member did not see it, stepped on it and the $200 repair turned into a $2000 replacement. Tech located a new unit and arranged for a follow up to complete the job. Techs should be instructed to place vulnerable parts in an area or place that deems them safe.

I had a warranty on a Bosch dishwasher that needed a small repair due to the last repairman. Anyway, Mr. Appliance sent a picture of the repairman and he showed up promptly, fixed my dishwasher quickly and completely and then answered every question I had about the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator! Brad was very knowledgeable, friendly efficient. Love Mr. Appliance.

I had a freezer and refrigerator that needed repairing, so I rolled the dice gambling on an appliance repair company that I knew nothing about, Mr. Appliance. I contacted Mr. Appliance, via online messaging, describing my two repair issues and requesting to be contacted to schedule a time for the repair. I was contacted by the office within approximately 24 hours of my online request being submitted to schedule the visit. This was my second and apprehensive attempt at finding a repair person/business, after already paying one repair person/business to come out and do nothing more than scratch their head. The tech sent by Mr. Appliance, CHRIS P., was very polite, professional and to my pleasant surprise actually knew how to troubleshoot an appliance to isolate the faulty item and effect the repair. (instead of being lazy and just replacing parts until the problem was found.). Knowing how to properly troubleshoot and isolate a fault, is the foundation upon which a repair technician builds his repair knowledge and abilities. (I say this because I was once a Nuclear Mechanic and have learned this to be true. ). In the end CHRIS P. had repaired both my freezer, that wouldn’t operate at all, and my refrigerator that operated but had a nuisance issue needing fixing. To sum it up, I don’t think you can go wrong with requesting CHRIS P. at Mr. Appliance, as your repair technician of choice.There was one thing that I think could have improved the overall experience and make the repair visit flow more smoothly. I believe that when a customer calls in to request a repair and describes the issue they are having, that information should be forwarded to the tech as soon as they are assigned the job. My repair could have been smoother if the tech new what the job was ahead of time because some defrosting needed to be done that ALMOST prevented the repair being done today. Information from the customer my prevent issues such as this and also allow a tech time to research and think about their upcoming appointments.
