We are a very happy Cool customer. My first service call back in 2017 was solved over the phone. I ask the kind lady on the phone to mail my shop, three service-by stickers to be stuck on refrigeration panels. She did. This past Memorial Day Weekend -2019- equipment issues. We called in for help!! Met their Cool repair specialist the first hour of the first work week. Very intelligent and well informed on 15 year old Manitoc ICE and Beverage Air machines. He knew what to do and reviewed and fixed the problems correctly. Thank you sir!! GA

This review is an absolute joke.I’ve been employed with cools for 9 years.I’m interracial and so our my children so if this company is racist why would I be working here?The only color that matters to this company is money green.Please let me know what your company is so I can give the real reason to why you didn’t receive service.You should know all the facts before you start labeling people who you don’t know personally.
