The food an the service was wonderful.

I had Ted come out to repair my Whirlpool dryer today---called this morning and he was available (very fortunate) to come that afternoon. Courteous and professional ---Made you feel like he has always known you...Very friendly---fast and cost effective...Would highly recommend Mr. Ted to anyone looking to have their dryer repaired..You wont be disappointed...

I couldnt wait to write this review for Ted. He was so helpful with fixing my dryer. I just sent him photos of what went wrong and the serial number/model of my dryer and he ordered the part and fixed in Monday morning. Another place I called wanted to charge $90 just for someone to come out and take a look and that $90 wouldnt even be taken off of the repair costs. I would 100% recommend Ted to anyone needing quick, reliable, and afforadle repairs. Coudnt have been any happier with my service!

My washing machine stopped draining so I called a bunch of places only to find many of the numbers from the google search were disconnected. Island Appliance answered and told me two weeks for a service call & didn’t seem to care that I had a full load of wet laundry. Then I called Ted’s Appliance Repair. The owner Ted answered, asked a few diagnostic questions about the machine and said he’d be over in 20 minutes.He arrived and immediately got into the machine and found the water pump had burned out. He had a replacement on his truck and in about 45 minutes had my machine up and running. His fee was reasonable and we talked like we knew each other for years. A kind, honest retiree who’s happy to help. I highly recommend Ted’s Appliance Repair. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else!
