Very clean and friendly space. A smaller gym but rarely busy and it has everything you could need. AC is good too.

So quiet, Im able to workout without alot traffic of people coming in and out. plus its open 24hrs, a rare experience here in Williamsburg VA

Sandi and Will are awesome - they dont rush you through the membership and personal training processes, respectively, and youre treated like a member of the family.

Simple, got what you need gym open 24/7 so I can be the night owl I am on the weekends. Bit understaffed so it took me about 3 days just to get signed up and they only had 1 employee for awhile. Otherwise no issues to report.

Good facility. 24/7 access with a broad range of equipment.

This is the cleanest gym Ive ever been to. All the employees are extremely helpful and it seems like they love what they do.

The worst management ever. They charge your card for maintenance fees that not even due yet. And they don’t cover the overdraft fees it causes. They are very unprofessional and ran by children in high school.

If I could rate this gym 0 I would and I will spend the entirety of the remaining years of my life badmouthing this place. I called to cancel my membership, a team member said i needed to call back in 1 hour because a manager will be in then. I call back in 1 hour, they say sure just let me put you on hold real quick. 20 min later I hangup. I call back the next day, no manager onsite so they say they cant do anything about my membership. A few days later I physically have to stop by in order for anyone in this company to give me the time of day. The girl that helped me was super helpful and nice, definitely not an owner or manager of this property, she had me fill out a sheet of paper and said I was good to cancel and that was the end of it. Wrong, Ive now been charged twice more since turning in this paperwork. Not to mention anytime fitness is the type of company that charges through the entirety of the Covid 19 pandemic, even when forcefully closed they still charge us. Youll be hearing from my lawyer. No one ever use this gym, scam, crooks, worst gym Ive been to ever. Trash

Unfortunately you cant give half stars on here.IF you are looking for an extremely over priced, poorly managed, below mediocre gym than THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Most of the free weights are cracked and well past their lifetime, equipment is way out of date and management simply does not care to replace or listen to any suggestions. For the amount of money and the grimy way they force you into a year contract they have no excuse. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. You dont love your members as the sign says out front. You love their money. Its in your best interest to go elsewhere yall!!!

I really like the place. I dont go as often as I should but its always open (24/7) clean quality equipment. Friendly staff who are happy to help out. All in all its a gym. A good gym. I recommend

This place doesnt even deserve a half of a star. Canceled my personal training and membership at the beginning of March. My trainer there at the time was completely screwed over. Ownership wanted to take half his clients (including me) and just give them to a new trainer. I dont see how they could do this since I have been working with the same trainer for the past 6 months or so and knows what works best for me. Makes absolutely no sense! He and I both decided it was time to go. I filled out my cancellation paperwork as soon as I could and left immediately. But thats not even the worst part! I just checked my bank account and realized that they had charged me for both personal training and monthly membership as if Im still there. If the owners by some chance read this review, you will have legal problems on your hands if I dont get my money back. Have a nice day!

If I could rate this gym 0 stars for customer service I would.When I signed up with the gym owner, I informed her I was moving soon and asked about the cancellation process. I was told if my new home was more than 30 miles away from a location, I could cancel. I moved to middle of nowhere New Mexico, with the nearest Anytime Fitness in Albuquerque. I signed my cancellation contract a month before I moved, using my college acceptance letter, in October 2017. I was then charged for the month of November. I was given the reason that because my college start date was in 2018, that it was not a valid form for cancellation. This was an official document from an educational institution with my new address on it- my college start date did not affect my address. I was then charged for the month of December. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to move up the ladder with no follow up information. Still waiting to see if I will get charger for the month of January.I was scammed by this gym and would suggest you take your business elsewhere. Sign up at your own risk.

First off the staff has it going on! Lisa and Brenden are amazing! I don’t know who “blue eyes” reviewer is but if your number one complaint is that the staff cleans too much in a gym full of folks who sweat all over the place....you may be a moron. Amazing staff, super nice, staffed hours are excellent, and they have just the right amount of equipment. *****BONUS*****super clean and have never had to wait for a machine/bench/squat rack!!!

Its the best facility in Hampton Roads Ive been to so far. Its spacious and the staff is really nice. Very clean and the equipment is update or new.

When I signed up the anytime fitness employee did not tell me it was a 1-year contract no matter what. I asked him about using my membership at different anytime fitness locations and he said you can use any anytime fitness and your membership will transfer.This was not the case! After I moved and no longer near an anytime fitness, I had to pay a HUGE SUM for not using this gym.This gym is nothing special and the employees are not helpful and deceitful. Save yourself money and stress and go elsewhere for your workout.

I had never been to Anytime until about 2 weeks ago. The gym is immaculate and has state-of-the-art equipment to meet anyones fitness needs. They have machines Ive not seen anywhere else in town.Their new trainer is revitalizing this unknown gem, bringing personal training and group exercise classes to meet your personal goals. And their membership and training prices are very reasonable, and a great buy compared to other places in Williamsburg. Perfectly located at the corner of Rt. 5 and 199. Highly recommend!

Bad staff turnover. Signed up with personal trainer in september in November he quit, still no replacemeant 2 months later. No updates from management. Feel stuck.

Its in a good location. Spacious clean gym. Was nicely cooled on a degree day. Most gyms are hot. Theres 11 different cardio machines to chose from. They have ellipticals that are NOT the norm. Theyre much better for an all over body workout. They have 12 different types of weight machines to use as well as the free weights etc. Very nice gym.While i dont need to be greeted as Im traveling and just a visiting gym member. The female staff wasnt pleasant. She cleaned around folks, as people were working out. The cleaner was OVER BEARING in smell. And the bathroom floor was SLIPPERY. NO floor mat for when you get out of the shower. So on top of SLIPPERY bathroom floor you also have a very wet floor..leaving way for a slip n fall to happen to any gym member.Other than that. Nice gym. Could use more equipment as they have the space and such, folks wont need to be waiting around to use one. Ill return. It worked for my work out needs.Update: reviewer:Jeremy B. Read my review before accusing this medical personnel of being a moron. I never stated that I had a problem with the staff cleaning the gym. Rather. The OVER abundance of chemicals they used in the vicinity of members!! Breathing in strong chemicals. VERY VERY strong chemicals. Is not healthy for anyone!! Nor is NOT having floor mats in the shower rooms. Safety hazard and unhealthy.

This place sucks! Over priced monthly payment for little to nothing! I cancelled my subscription months ago and theyre still charging me. Its a rip off to join this club! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone
