I’ve been going to Core for 9+ years and when I started had a hard time even getting down to the floor to do the warm up routine! Now - even after two knee replacements - I’m leg pressing 150 pounds, doing 25 + sit-ups at a time while moving an 8 lb ball overhead, and having no trouble getting up and down. Victor is my current trainer and he is the most knowledgeable and best motivator I’ve had. Plus he switches up the routines and moves me along so well that I’m never bored or want to give up from overdoing one exercise.
