My experience with Megan and the crew was great. They are all so pleasant and easy to get along with, from the front desk throughout. You are made to feel welcome (not speaking for my bones - smile). Great experience overall.

Alex was my therapy assistant and he was great! Always professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in his profession!

They did nothing at my appointments but told me to do my HOME exercises. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Medicare fraud to bill for a full PT session. They left me on my own to do only what I did at home......No electric stim or hands on treatment as I’ve had at other facilities (and this was before COVID.). I switched when I spoke to friends who had a similar condition with their neck and were getting much better therapy at another facility.

They seem pretty good...

Therapists were very friendly, however, be very cautious and inquisitive up front about how you will be charged. As you graduate into stability exercises there are new independent charges separate from therapeutic exercises. I dont know how this is ethical for their patients and/or insurance companies.

Been seeing Amanda for almost 3 months. Started with back and dry needling. Then broke and ankle and doing strengthening for that. She is so attentive to what I’m going through. Always listens. Always explains exactly what she is doing and why. Very happy with my progress.
