I took my Audi in for a state inspection and an oil change and they finished my car expeditiously! I was pleasantly surprised when they had also cleaned and vacuumed my car! The price was extremely reasonable. All the employees are very professional and very friendly. Always 5 star service when I come here!

For years Auto Haus has been awesome except for my last service appt. Repairs that were done seem to make my car worse. When I go over 45 mph my wheels shake horribly and my stearing is all off. When I was there at Auto Haus I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver real quick, and was told NO. I paid you guys 972.00 and Sean told me no. Unfortunately I moved out of town the following day so I was unable to go back to Auto Haus with my issues.

The guys there are always great and try to help you out however they can. I purchased my car there a few years back and have enjoyed driving my pre-owned Mercedes so much! Recently, when I found the key wouldn’t work, they were happy to replace the battery for me with no problem. Unfortunately, as it turned out, the fob went bad and I will need to replace it. I was thankful at least for their attentive service and that they were available to help me figure it out quickly.

Both Rory and Dale were great and really worked with me to get me in my C300. I was looking at 3 cars with them 2 C300s and a BMW 328. One of the C300s was on another lot. They let us take another Mercedes to get it so we could test drive the C300 on the way back to compare the 2013 and 2012. They both respected my eye for what the cars very minor issues were and agreed to fix all. It was such a good experience that we almost bought two cars from them that day. My hope is that this level of service will continue as it is hard to find these days. Good job guys Ill see ya soon.

As with any car repair center, don’t neglect to review your proposed bill carefully, that all repairs are thoroughly explained, and in some cases make sure you have documented the condition of your car under the hood, and the exterior as well, prior to entrusting it for repair. I had to stop in on a Friday for urgent repair on a road trip through Virginia up to the northeast. They were were able to squeeze me in on extremely short notice and take a look at my Mini Cooper. They found the problem and even had a tech volunteer to come in on Saturday morning to do the repair when the parts arrived. Ultimately the parts they ordered did not arrive, but they were able to fix my frozen caliper well enough for me to finish my trip. On top of it all, they didn’t charge me anything, even though they definitely spent at least an hour on my car. I am so touched and grateful! If I lived in the area I would be a loyal customer.

I recently had our three German cars serviced at Autohaus Williamsburg. I was very pleased with the quality of work, the customer service, and the text and apps to keep me informed. I went to Auto Haus to get an estimate on repairing the scratches on my vehicle. (I had scraped a guardrail.) I had been told by other repair shops that in order for a touch up to look good, Id have to have my car repainted. Patrick took one look at my car and brought out a small vial of paint. He proceeded to meticulously apply paint to the scratches, and the result was amazing! I had to convince him to take a little money for his time and talent. I drove out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use Auto Haus if I need another repair no matter how small or large. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

We have purchased two cars with Auto Haus of Williamsburg in the past year. One is a rare 65 Corvette convertible that was exactly as described. Because we received such great service and the sales team was so honest we called about a Mercedes SL that we saw online. I’ve been bringing in my E320 for service to Auto Haus for many years - always with good results. Chase and Preston are great to work with and I always trust their recommendations. Hans Hohlrieder and his staff are very supportive of the Williamsburg Community Foundation, an organization which I’m involved in, and another reason I gladly patronize their operations.

I took my SL in to get the key cylinder looked at as it was very hard for the car to start. I was going to be changed the $100 fee for inspecting the car but wasnt as a bucket of water from the leaking roof was left on my car and the windows were open. This allowed water to spill all over the drivers side. He was courteous enough to waive the fee which is completely respectable I just cant believe such a fine establishment left the car in that situation to begin with. The people are lovely. The mechanics are amazing. However, laziness isnt acceptable.

In December, I purchased a Mercedes E400 from Auto Haus of Williamsburg. Although the dealership was approximately three hours from my home, I was specifically looking for this vehicle and found them through a Google search. Having never purchased a vehicle out of state, I must say the entire process from start to finish truly was effortless and handled so eloquently by their team. I was able to complete the qualification easily online and was given all of the specifics right over the phone. Their noteworthy customer service without a doubt began with my arrival to see the car. Every person I came in contact with was so friendly and inviting. The car was in excellent condition visually and when I test drove it. I was so excited. Exceptional customer service. Having left with temporary tags my transaction wasn’t completely over with them. They consistently kept me in the loop with what needed to happen until I received my state issued permanent tags. I am so pleased and confident with my purchase from Auto Haus of Williamsburg. Not customer-friendly I had air conditioning replaced a 5 months ago it went out they came up with excuse saying it was water damage and it could not be replace it was supposed to have it a 12 month warranty water damage voided warranty they wanted to replace the AC unit again which is another $1,300 if you have Deep Pockets go there I recommend not to have any car service there. More interested in making commission than satisfying the customer😣

Broke down while on vacation for 3 days. Belt and pulley broke. They were overbooked but we’re willing and able to get us in and have it fixed the same day. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership and will tell everyone I know about their blatant lack of honesty. To promise a customer that you would allow them a pre-purchase inspection and that you would call them when the car was ready and then sell the car to another party without so much as a phone call is underhanded and shows that your dealership has no integrity. On the 30th of July I showed up at the Auto Hausto land a deal on a car I was interested in, a 2009Mercedes Benz E350. My Vehicle Consultant wasTravis Carter. We tested drove the car, he gave good sound explanations to any inquires I had to my satisfaction. I arrived back on the 5th August to pickup my vehicle. I drove it for three days an found out that the brakes were squeaking, spoke with Travis he had me bring car back in on scheduled appointment on Monday, where they provided me a loaner while they took car of the problem. I just want to say that the entire staff ( car consultants side and car service side) were highly professional and courteous but most of attentive to my needs as a customer. I would recommend anyone who want to experiencewhat I had, Auto Haus is your place...I would have given 6 stars if I could.

I have been using Auto Haus for many years, starting with their facility in Yorktown, and now at their new location in Williamsburg. While I have never purchased a vehicle from them, based on my protracted interaction with their Service department as well as everyone else on their staff, I would not hesitate to do so.As for the Service Department: I have used their services with many cars I have owned in the past, from Audi to Porsche and now, among others, a modern classic Italian exotic. Every time they delivered exactly what they promised: there doesnt seem to be anything that relates to the operation of an automobile that they cant resolve. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and punctual. Ah, and Simon (the Austrian technician extraordinaire) is absolutely a gem at diagnosing and fixing anything. In a word, he is a genius in his field who can make easy out of enormously complicated.I truly cant commend Auto Haus highly enough: and my opinion as a customer is based over many years and countless interactions with them.

Bought my 4th car since 2007 at Auto Haus, this time a BMW from the Williamsburg store. A 10/10 Experience. The price as fair & they were transparent with costs.When getting an estimate for some body & paint work they gave me the option of choosing different kinds of parts. (Factory, mon factory and non factory industry standard) They even called the sellers while I was there to confirm the price.Since I was getting a new bumper they had it painted ahead of time so they could just pop it on. Getting the bumper put on only took less than 2 hours, the original time estimate.I was so happy to see my car looking as good as it did at the dealer. They even washed it for me!!! If you need to get body work done this is the place.

Was in an accident while vacationing in Williamsburg and had to drive back to NY the next day. Went to see Patrick at Auto Haus to see if my car could be made safe for the more than 12 hour trip. Not only did Patrick secure all the bits that were loose on my vehicle but he did not charge me! He stated he did not want to add to my troubles. He brought me to tears. I was on a vacation roadtrip returning from Virginia Beach back to Connecticut. A long the way something knocked the plastic belly pan and the protective transmission shield loose and was dragging. When we were just trying to get home, the last thing we needed was car issues. Auto Haus of Williamsburg, Va was the closest import shop and even though they were booked they understood our situation and that we were just trying to get home. They squeezed us in, fixed the dragging under carriage covers, and had us back on the road home in no time. Plus they cleaned the car.. wow. Thank you Auto Haus!! You really saved us! High quality service, highly recommended for all the nearby areas.

I purchased a 1972 MG Midget off of them sight unseen and out of state. They sent me over 20 pictures of it on a lift to show me the underside of the car to prove how solid it was. They also disclosed any other problems that were not seen in any photos so I knew what I was purchasing. They were very honest and professional with no dealership games. Ive been very pleased with Autohaus. Most of my experience is with the Williamsburg staff, but I found the same helpfulness and low key approach in Yorktown. My six month search, sorting through many possibilities with the help of Brian and Kevin, and being patient for the best fit vehicle to appear ended a few days ago. This vehicle purchase was the easiest weve ever made. Thank you, Kevin and Brian.

Ive had my cars serviced at the Yorktown location for over 15 years, but just bought a car from the Williamsburg location. Brian Tate (sales manager) and Kevin Dodd (business manager) were phenomenal to work with. It was nice dealing with a business that believes in treating people fairly and with respect. I cant recommend them highly enough!

I dropped by one Saturday afternoon just to take a look at what was on display, and salesman Rafaello Cruz allowed me to test drive a used Audi that caught my eye on a long highway drive, explaining the cars features to me along the way, as well as just chatting. I never felt at all pressured to buy the car--which is precisely one of the reasons I ended up buying the car. After purchase, I had several dealings with the Service department, where service was also prompt and friendly. Auto Haus Williamsburg offered, overall, the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. And I love my Audi!

Ive purchased 8 cars in my life, the first from Auto Haus Williamsburg.This was a fantastic, no hassle experience. I worked mostly with Kevin Dodd the manager and the receptionist (sorry I cant remember your name). My experience throughout the entire process was phenomenal. As an out-of-town buyer, I was expecting to encounter issues, but the communication was constant and Auto Haus did everything they said they would. The facility is in great condition as well. Ill be back!
