Good food. Good service. They have some space and usually reasonably fast in service.

If I could, I’d give this place no stars. I came here to get my oil filter and oil changed which cost $45. They never changed my oil filter, they just put in oil. The person I just went to to get my oil changed, he took out my filter and it was completely black and my car was smoking due to me not having my oil filter changed. I left here thinking my car was okay and I had a new oil filter. The person I just went to charged $20 my car drives completely better and no more smoking.

I have most of my repairs done here. In fact, I have had major engine repairs done here. All good. I have my state inspections done here. The repairs are done well and efficiently. The cost is reasonable. I also buy almost all my gas here. The price is always as low as any place in town. You can buy candy. It has an ATM. The staff is friendly. Whats not to like? Highly recommended.

They provide top quality service and are very honest with their pricing and work. We had some trouble with our starter and they were able to fix it within an hour. We loved their customer service; they are super nice and took us right in to get the part fixed. Would definitely recommend.

I called with a few questions regarding getting my car inspected. The clerk answered my questions to my satisfaction, but used a derisive tone of voice. We had just finished our conversation when he added, Look, I dont have time to talk about this. I have a line of customers here. Im very busy. The total length of the call was 2 minutes and 4 seconds. I will still take my car there to get inspected with the hopes of having a better experience with the automotive department. Ill post an update.Update: a friend recommended Goodyear on Monticello, so I took my car there instead. I was very pleased with the professional customer service and repairs made to my car. Jamestown Road Service Center - you lost $1100 in revenue for not taking a couple of minutes to answer my questions. Hope it was worth it :))

Our car broke down and we were stranded. It was at the end of the day and the service center was extremely busy, but they assisted us immediately. They were so friendly and helpful. The service was unbelievable!!!! They drove us home and then delivered the car! I couldnt believe it. They were wonderful - the service and repairs - perfect! We cannot say enough. Thank you!

Took my car her for a annual check up AMD to have a leak fixed. Joshua and Brandon took care of me. They were very professional and informative. They went above and beyond to help me out. Would definitely recommend this place for all mechanical needs.

My husband went to go get me an oil change for my car since Im driving to CT tomorrow with our son. He was the first person in line. My car was taken off the line more than once to check on other customers and wash their cars before finishing his oil change. This process took two hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wishes to feel like they are important and should be treated fairly. Im highly upset with this company.

I came in for a car inspection the second week of the month. Manager Haider met me at the door and spoke with me while waiting for my car to be inspected. Haider made me feel like an old friend and was sympathetic to my time schedule that day. Owner Ali was very open and honest about the business and labor. Ali answered all questions and was very fair. The brothers took care of me. Brandon worked on my car and finished the work very quickly and I felt I could trust them.A side note while I was there- a woman locked herself out of her running truck with her child inside. She came in panicked and asked the owner if they had a slim Jim to get into her vehicle. The employees quickly assisted her, got the vehicle unlocked, and without asking for a penny had helped her in five minutes.

I just took my car for repairs the technician was professional and accommodating the customer service was excellent all including the owner very helpful to me

Took the car in to have an oil change. In addition to the $24.99 advertised rate, I was charged $5 for hazardous material disposal (supposedly everyone pays this) and $10 for shop supplies (i.e., topping my fluids off). The disposal cost seems unfairly high and I did not ask for my fluids to be topped off. Left feeling sour about the exchange. I will not return.

Terrible, overcharged and broke my front window which of course the denied. Never again. What a rip.

I just overheated my truck and the service technician found a hose leaking and fixed it in no time. Very pleased thank you

I wish I could give it a zero.try to get you on your inspection as they did not pass mine as they said I have an air bag let light on which I didnt.poor service and not friendly.the gentleman that sold it a few years ago ran it very well and was honest.the people that own it now are not trustworthy and seem to want to take your money on repairs not needed.wiyld love if they sold it to someone else.the place always was busy with the previous owners and would be very accommodating as I watched them pump gas for there elderly customers .sad they left but would not spend a dime with this new owners

Charged a lady $500 for a $300 job. Alternator on a Camry. Sad but true.

Nothing to write home about. They ordered the wrong part for my car, and then had me wait over an hour for the repair, even though I had made an appointment the day before. I had to leave before it was done. I lost the $200 deposit I had made on the part.
