Took time off work for nothing. Didnt show up, Didnt return calls or texts.

Got a quote for stump grinding and agreed on a price. Said it would be about 2 to 3 weeks. Its now 6 weeks. Wont answer phone and voicemail is full. Job got done by Apex Tree. Call them.

This has to be the worst customer service ever. Never showed 3 times to do the work and also never called. Price was reasonable but what good is that if he doesnt want to do the work !!!

Did half of what he quoted. Charged extra $100 without notice. Left woodchips in yard. Never took logs that he said he would. Said he would return but never did. Third tree guy, theyre all alike.

Mailbox is always full. And never call people back.
