Very rude and didnt like how they act like they dont understand my request. I said no to expensive foot spa,package.tgey do it anyways. The ladies working on the feet cut my husbands toe nails in quick and my toe nails didnt get trimmed.. terrible nail job..He took forever..I wont visit this place again..

They did a great job! theyre a little rough with your nails but they understand exactly what you want and theyre nice!

They did amazing and really took their time with my nails considering I was the last customer, it was like 25 minutes after their closing time and the process still wasnt rushed... Even when I started getting a bit picky about my designs and gems being exactly the way I asked they still were very kind and patient..... Def worth it to me.. Well spent 90 dollars ✔💯👍🙂💅

This has to be the worst facility I’ve ever been to . Someone did my fill in less than 15 minutes . I asked him to fix my nails they were shaped terribly he attempted and no avail. I had to get another associate to fix my nails . I got my feet done they weren’t properly cleans or groomed it was beyond me . The staff weren’t friendly at all . I was so frustrated I paid and left $80 down the drain smh never again .

Ive been here a few times over the past 3 months and each time there is ALWAYS something wrong with the polish (I always get gel on my acrylic nails and toes). This past Sunday I got a fill with gel polish and a pedicure, same gel polish. I left with 3 fingers cut and bleeding, and polish on 5 of my nails completely chipped off by Wednesday. I try and give the benefit of the doubt so I continued to try and continue my business with them but this was my last straw. I spend $110 every 2 weeks, Ill be taking my business elsewhere and I will not recommend this salon to anyone!

Ok so I’ve been here before and everyone was nice and I can’t complain about my nails however some of the staff is very rude. One of the staff members even yelled at a customer! And most of the nail polish is expired. Would not recommend unfortunately

100% do not recommend this place.Went in to get a full set and the nail ladies are very rude and rush your nails and don’t even take their time.the lady i had was doing 3 other girls nails while she was supposed to be doing mine.They are also very rough on your nails and scream at costomers.

Decent job done on my nails, except for the fact one came off and its been 4 days. payed 50 for gel because it would last longer as the nail tech kept saying. she was also slightly rude, kept looking off WHILE drilling my nails, and was getting agitated when i didnt understand what she was saying when she wanted me to put my nail up to the light to dry it. dont care about language barrier, come into this country and speak your language proudly, but dont get upset at me when i dont understand you.

This place was amazing! I went in with horrible nails that I had previously got done. All broken and they were super nice and helpful and my nails turned out so amazing!!! I love them so much and will be returning!!!

This used to be such a great place but since they reopened after covid struck havoc, there work isnt worth my time anymore. I went 2 times within a month and my nails were just snapping off within a few days.

I got a set of gel nails put on and by the next day all of my nails were covered in tiny air bubbles that look like black spots. For $50 I would expect the quality to be a lot better.

Went here for the first time.. showed a picture of an easy nail shape, didn’t get that.. literally 4 days later got my pinky nail ripped off & now a week later, my thumb nail is coming off as well. The guy put way too much glue on, my nails weren’t grinded or filed down correctly all the way either. Anyways I will definitely NOT be going back

Got mine and my daughters nails did today mine look like i did them myself the nails are uneven i have a ton of acrylic under my nails the sides of pretty much all my nails dont have polish on them then my daughter messed her nail up and was chastised about thats what she gets for not doing gel i paid $50 for her a set that looks good from a distance and when you get close its all un even not to mention he couldnt even get ahold of the other ppl who worked there kept putting ppl in chairs n saying they could get it done when he was the only one there doing anything so he rushed everything and ruined our nails i had a full set within 10 minutes they was done n painted and i was under the dryer and you can tell it was a rushed job never again will i go there

Honestly this is the only nail salon I go to and they do a pretty good job sometimes it’s hard to understand them but that doesn’t bother me the nails last me about 1 month Bc my nails don’t grow out fast and other than that’s it’s good but the only thing is the coffin nails are a little too wide at the end but they are very nice to me maybe it’s bc imma kid but I’m ok with that but I recommend 😌

Went for the 1st time. They were able to take me immediately. I asked for a basic pedicure. The technician was nice but her work was sloppy, inconsistent & half done. She kept trying to push other & additional services but I only wanted a basic pedicure. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. When I checked out, I showed the discount coupon form their website & they would NOT honor it. The pedicure was so poorly done & not worth the money. Very disappointed & would not recommend or return.

Went for a simple gel manicure. Solid color, nothing fancy. When finished, I noticed that the surface of my nails looked bubbly and smudged. After being home for a few hours, the edges of one of my nails lifted and a large chunk of polish came up. The layer of polish underneath hadnt been cured fully. Booking an immediate gel removal and new manicure at a different salon.

Ive been here a handful of times and have never had a bad experience. They gave me exactly what I asked for and made subtle changes to the parts that they couldnt replicate exactly based off the pics I brought in. I really have found that you *CAN* get your nails done cheaply, and extremely efficiently! You have to give this place a try!

I stopped coming here for a while because life can get really busy! They made me feel very welcome! They did such a good job with my acrylics. They have tons of gel color selections and designs. Results were PERFECT! Youll leave happy!

It was my daughters birthday and we called around to several of the spas in the area to get her nails done. No one could fit her in. When I called Wonder Nails, a very nice lady picked up the phone and gladly took us right in despite being in a high traffic area like the mall. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend.

The best nail salon i have been too. I tried almost all of them in the valley and this is my favorite. The work they do is amazing, they actually care about your nails and make them perfect. The staff is amazing and rememeber your name. I will never go anywhere else. Absolutely love them!

This is the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been too! They advertise full set $25. And I have gotten my nails done hundreds of times in the past and wanted to try someplace new! (Mistake!) they don’t even cut and file your nails, won’t touch your cuticles unless you want to pay extra $$ then they are so rude about everything! They proceeded to tell me that every nail salon charges extra to file and cut cuticles?????? Okay I’ve imagined every other nail appointment then. Paid $ 5 to remove the acrylic base and left. Never again! Sorry but getting my nails down is supposed to be relaxing and that was so stressful.!Rant over.

They do really pretty nails but they don’t take no for an answer. I wanted just plain regular nail polish they asked if I wanted gel I said no because it was 50$ and they put it on my nails anyways and they made three of my fingers bleed. I will definitely stick to my regular nail salon and not go here again.

Awful experience! If you only want the basic pedicure they treat you terrible. I was there yesterday, I only needed a basic pedicure, the tech did not even touch my cuticles. When I said something to her about it she began pushing my cuticles back with her finger nail!!!! They upped their prices. Gel is an additional $10 now, and I got a French so they charged $15. I will never ever return.

This guy took me in a week ago and he kept yelling at me and not caring one bit of what I had to say not only that but had his female coworkers gang up on me to yell. I came into the mall yesturday with my bf and forgot I was sitting in front of the salon I hated and when the guy noticed me he laughed and was yelling things in Chinese to the female coworkers and they kept looking at me. Went in today for a fill and was unsatisfied... The guy was hurting me and instead of apologizing he just told me to Stop moving. Secondly, I was looking for the mood polish and he gave me one of the rings with the examples on it but he couldn’t find the other ones so He tried to make me pick from that one... I Didn’t like them so why would I pick one? so I told him I didn’t want anything... 10 minutes later he tell me if I don’t pick a color it’s going to be $5 extra dollars for taking the old gel polish off which didn’t make any sense at all because he would of had to take that off anyway!!!I left today with just a fill in, no polish (not even clear), no design, no hand massage, no lotion and I had to pay $30. Would not recommend. This wasn’t my first time there, this isn’t the first time I didn’t pick a color but some how today I ended up paying extra... The prices are inconsistent and they make them up as they go.

I came in for manicure pedi, the lady owner was rude, sat me down in a chair her son who was probably 7 was turning on water for me while on the phone, than sat there for 30 min waiting, the girl that did my nails was nice but didn’t do a neat job! They charged me $15 to take off my jell, for manicure she just took off the jell and put MY nail polish on, without even telling me to go wash my hand, or cleaning my cuticles. Very unprofessional!

I do show up the last hour or hour n a half but still, that’s my favorite part lol my hands be sore from work so after a nice set I would like my hands rubbed and not handed a bottle of lotion to put on myself... I’ve been going to this salon for almost two years now I get my eyebrows, my gel full set, and fill I will never go to another salon I absolutely LOVE this place they are always so welcoming and kind. I definitely reccomend this place to anyone who wants BEAUTIFUL nails or eyebrows because not only are the workers sooo nice but they do fantastic work I always get exactly what I ask for when it comes to either a crazy nail design or a classy design! Well I’ll stop rambling now lol I love this place give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed!!

I had to sit and wait almost an hour and a half JUST for them to do something completely different that i asked for lmao. mind you, the guy yelled at me for not thoroughly explaining to the woman what i wanted. he also was arguing with a customer that was upset because she had been sitting in the waiting area for over an hour and she EVEN FELL ASLEEP. when new people would come in they would lie and tell them like 10 or 15 minutes when it was literally over an hour wait lmfao. i looked at the prices and i wanted a full set sns (dip powder) and it was like $25 or $35, my total was $55 in the end and im almost positive i didn’t ask for gel, nor did they ask me if i wanted gel. 2 stars because they are really nice nails and the lady who did them was super sweet but just didn’t listen to a word i said, ill give them that.. not what i wanted though and the guy there is genuinely not welcoming.

Love this place.. David and Natalie are the best.. they can do anything you ask of them.. after going to alor if different salons throughout the poconos and wilkes barre area over the years..they are the most consistent and the only spot I have been for the past 4 years..

I wish I could give them a zero star rating. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in all my years. I went there today to get my nails done and my nail was being damaged because the girl proceeded to use the instrument to literally dig them off instead of soaking even though it was hard to get off. I pointed out to her that it was painful she ignored me the first time then when I said it to her again she said ok with a shrug. Then wanted to charge me to take off only a few .Would never recommend them to anyone. Worst place ever!

Ive been going to this nail salon for a year. Today I went to get my nails filled. A lady Ive never seen did my nails, I always get pinks and whites, she took off my nails and had to start from scratch, dont know the reasoning behind that, but it wasnt pleasant..she didnt even do a good job, and when I go to pay, she says $50, when a fill is $35 and a new set is $40..I said $50, a new set is $40, but why did she start from scratch, then she said $45..I paid and will no longer be a customer there, they over charged me. Only wanted a fill

The most awful experience Ive ever had the nails are bulky and look rushed my pedicure water was freezing and they kept using a dremel after I said it was hurting me I do not recommend and will never go back again! 85$ for God awful nails.
