She somehow deleted the previous review I wrote. She was very rude & arrogant. She has a bad attitude & not meant to be a business woman. She stood me up and didn’t offer me a refund or even a genuine apology. She used gorilla glue on my nails so watch her if you go to her. Her work is nice but not worth putting up with the ignorance & unprofessionalism in my opinion.

Mel was extremely professional, carefully adhered to precautionary measures while working thru COVID, the shop is a dream come true. The decor is beautiful & her work is beyond amazing! I’ve never had my nails last as long as they have! Service was on 8/8 and today 9/16 my nails are STILL on with ZERO lifting & the compliments don’t stop! I wish I was closer than the 2hr drive so I can see her more regularly! By FAR my FAVORITE nail tech! ❤️

Mel is the most creative, patient, and professional person I’ve ever come across. Her service and quality are unmatched! I look forward to my nail appointments every month. I don’t even know where to begin! Been getting my nails done since I’m 15 and never have I ever been as satisfied as I am when I leave mels! She brings nails u see in high end cities to this small dull area and her prices are very fair ! They are done to last and each time I even more shocked to see how the gems last !!!
