Very friendly technician, very knowledgeable of products. Very clean and modern. Massage chairs in good working order. Many color and style selections available. By appointment but did also see walk ins accepted. Enjoyed the experience.

They were fast and efficient. Made sure we were happy and so friendly . The reason I won’t do a 5 star is because of cleanliness. The guy used the same power pedicure tool as the lady before me . Yuck !! I didn’t notice until my husband pointed it out . Also saw no sterilization going on for any tools . Other then that they were awesome !!

Went here for the first time today. Can’t complain about it. Mark was very professional and explained products to me. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. The lady was quiet, but extremely efficient in my pedicure. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

Kim is the best! She always manages to get me in and finished quickly if I’m on a time crunch. Her skill is impeccable, and the quality of the nails is unbelievable! I won’t go anywhere else ever again! I can’t wait for them to be open so I can finally have my beautiful nails done by Kim!

Had my nails done in January around the 4th as did my friend I have so far broke 3 nails by just hitting one off of a table lightly. The others my dog pulled on the lease and it broke. Not very well done.

My friend and i went to get our nails done here and the guy did a terrible job on both. He left globs of nail polish on the side of our fingers. Acrylic powder left under my nails, and uneven polish coating on every finger. When I called to ask for a refund the man was very rude and told me i wouldn’t get any money back including the tip both my friend and I left him. I do not recommend anyone go here. This is not the same owners as K nails in Wyoming, which is a very good salon

Always happy with everything done there.. my mom and I went to Kim in Dallas then found her again and we were very excited that we did.. wont go anywhere else!! We send everyone there. Shes the best😃👍

I went to this place for the first time on 1/16/19. I was very impressed with how clean and neat everything was. The staff is extra friendly and helpful. They made sure I didn’t leave unless I was absolutely satisfied with my gel full set nails. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service including exceptional customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

I never write reviews, but I just feel like everyone should know about K nails, they are one of the best nails salons I have ever been to ! Their service and quality is excellent every single time, and their staff is friendly and professional! They have two locations and I have been to both and they are great . I never had a bad experience or had to wait super long . The owners definitely care about their customers and staff . Both Salons are very clean as well . I have been going to their newest location and the guy does a amazing job with my nails, they come out perfect every time ! I will be a returning customer !

Have been getting my manicures here for a couple of months now, always pleased. Clean salon, everyone is friendly. Went yesterday, Luna was my manicurist, she gave me the prettiest nails yet. I will be asking for her on all my next visits.

My sister and I went there to get acrylics and they ended up giving us gels charging us extra for stuff we didn’t want, they’re super nice and funny but aren’t that great over all my nails are bumpy and Uneven and definitely not what I asked for . When I asked for a refund they denied me of that and acted like they didn’t know who I was when I was just in there 4 mins prior 👇🏻 See what I mean, instead of saying “I’m sorry you felt that way I hope your next visit is better” they pretend they never met u .

I was at this place it was nice people there. I got my nails done there I did not like how they did them. I got my eyebrows done I told the lady it bruning she said sorry I come home. My boyfriend said what happend to your eyebrow on top she brunt me now I have a big blunt mark on top my eyebrow I will never go back there .
