The company representative was knowledgeable and very helpful. The product is helping my body to heal from aches and pain from not being completely aligned. I am very happy with the service and the supports.
I feel like maybe my arches are too far forward on my feet. Not comfortable and causing some numbness. Maybe I was not given the correct inserts for my feet.
My mom had been having feet pain for months after her knee surgery. Went into Good Feet and the gentleman was so nice and knowledgeable. Even with me translating to my mom he was patient and took his time. My mom is feeling great again and not to mention with the life time warranty it’s definitely a plus! Definitely worth the money and time.
My husband and I were headed to another store and in the process saw your store so I asked him if we could stop back by on our way home. Out of curiosity we did stop. As I questioned about your products the store manager showed me some options and told me the benefits of what the issues could do for me. I have had foot problems all my life and being diabetic I have additional foot problems. When I tried the shoes on and he explained to me about the pressure points and what these inserts and shoes can do I was amazed. As I walked around the store the Comfort I felt was very very wonderful. My husband insisted we buy the shoes so we did. As I have continued to walk on them first of all the feeling of support I get is wonderful as I am an older person. But how they support the pressure points on my feet is really rare to me. I did not know about the pressure points and the comfort that those shoes have given me is unbelievable. I am so thankful I found your store and found your shoes. I truly did not know what I had been missing. Thank you for a wonderful product.
The salesmen were very polite, explained everything well & answered all questions. After our purchase We came back and they worked with us very well. My wife has seen results in her back already & is feeling better.
The arch supports have helped alot. Its just a very slow process.
When I do a lot of walking and I can forget about the shoes I am wearing. Now that is a great shoe. Great fit. No pain for my wide feet.
Tad was absolutely pleasant when it came to visiting with him about what my son and I needed! He got us fixed up correctly and on our way to walking pain-free once again! Thank you Tad!!!!
I am so appreciated of all the time that was spent with me to help me get just the right support. I can now w ear my loafers and flats without my legs and feet hurting.
These guys saved my job!If you’re struggling go see the guys at the Good Feet store. They will get you back to life!
I would highly recommend The Good Feet Store. Tad was excellent to work with and answered all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully. I am very pleased with the products and customer service.
My wife had been in severe foot and leg pain as well as her back for years. As a supervisor in the healthcare industry she is on her feet all the time. We couldnt take it anymore because she was in so much pain. We had tried everything to help. Then we tried the good feet store she had told them her pain was a 9 only because she could still walk. From the moment the first arch support was in her shoe she was able to get relief and her mobility had increased by 75 to 80 percent instantly in under 5 minutes her whole life has changed. She has had swelling in the legs for years and now its half gone in 2 weeks. It been a miracle for us . The good feet store doesnt know it but my son has lower left lumbar scoliosis sometimes his pain is real bad well during one of his spells of pain I had him try her mid arch support I got to see 2 miracles in 3 days he was able to walk with no pain even started bouncing around in under 3 minutes. He is next on getting some arch supports from them. Now to be honest it is costly but I dont care who you are if your in pain from feet, legs or back its worth getting them and you and your family deserve it. But dont take my word for it go get your free fitting walk around the store for 10 minutes youll see its not a just a dream even though it will feel like it. I would like to thank the people of our good feet store in a most real gracious way THANK YOU.
Horrible customer service, was great til told salesman would have to think about it after told us it was going to be over $1500, For three pairs of inserts at $500 a piece, Then when he didn’t get answer he wanted he ripped the inserts out of our shoes didn’t bother to put the original ones back in just ran over to next customer, He did not say anything besides yeah right I bet u don’t come back well young man thanks to you you are correct, Sorry but I would rather cut my feet off with a swiss army pocket knifes saw then go back here, Very very rude young man
I cant say enough about the customer service provided by Good Feet of Wichita. A lot of companies say they are there to help, but after the sale things quickly turn bad. I really felt like the employees here go out of their way to help people feel better, and provide quality support before and after the sale.I want to specifically give kudos to the store manager Tad who worked with us to find a solution to my childs foot issues. On top of that he was extremely patient with my five year old who is prone to fits and outbursts.Dont hesitate to give Good Feet a chance if you need relief from heel and foot pain. This is a great company with amazing employees.
They treated my mother very poorly. The product did not help even though she spent close to $2000. No follow up from the employees or management. Only contact was after she left a negative review and they ONLY called to ask her to change her rating. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS.
The good feet store Is a hidden treasure I am on my feet a lot I am entering into my sixties The doctors could not figure out what was wrong with my knee But the good feet store did Thank you Mr. Good feet
Had a great experience feet never felt this good.
I always hear stories of how the Good Feet Store has changed someones life and im3here to say. I now believe it. These shoes give me more ankle support than my $400 braces from my podiatrist.
I went to good feet because my back......I was paying doctor to a just my back for years finally went to good feet after using their products only a short time my back problems were a thing of the past... I recently spent some time in the hospital only to have my shoes stolen with my good feet in them .... I came back to the good feet store in east Wichita were the manager of the store TAD took care of my needs.. very satisfied thanks Tad!!!will return and shop again....................
I never leave reviews, good or bad for businesses but im making an exception for this place. Everything was great until I informed the salesman that I couldnt afford the $1500+ price sticker for these shoes and insoles. At that point the salesperson started to assume he knew my finances better than me and started shaming me into making the sale. Horrible Salesmanship. I hope the owner sends this gentleman back to training and makes sure he understands that their are some lines you just dont cross with potential customers.I found almost identical inserts on Amazon that guarantee the same benefits and relief or your money back and these were $30.00.
Tad was awesome at his sales pitch. He told me all about how the different arch supports worked, how they would help. Then he measured my foot and let me walk in a pair. Just around the store and they made my feet feel so good. Just 30 seconds to a minute. Thank you for a job well done
The service when I came into the store was great. I have not received any relief from them tho. They were $541 and that is just too much money to spend on them not working. I would like to get a refund. I was supposed to get a call about them from the store but didn’t even get that. I will gladly return them for my refund. Thank you.Frank Berger
I dont feel that I can honestly recommend a place that wont return your phone calls after you spent a small fortune ($1800+) with them. Not even a follow up call. They might have a good product, but I think I could have done much better, especially given the lack of interest in anything besides taking my money.
My feet hurt so bad, it felt like I was walking on knives, I wanted to cry every day.. now I feel so much better, its like night and day. I love my Good Feet.
Wasn’t quoted a price even after asking before trying product on. When something cost more than a months bills it should be made clear well before anything else is done. Plus I was charged for 3 insoles after my favorite pair of shoes was ruined by employee so he could put their product in my shoes. Claiming that they have to remove it for the product to fit properly. I but I only received one pair of insoles. Then I was charged for a pair of small wedge and I absolutely have no idea what that is because I don’t have it. They also pressure you into trying to use your insurance or apply for credit care (which uses your credit and goes on it) but they don’t tell you that either. They are worse than a used car salesmen.
The new shoes and arch supports seem to be working for me.
The store experience was ok, but after using the good feet supports for over 10 days, my feet, arch’s, hips & knees hurt worst than ever. The manager Tad told me to wear the relaxers. Tried that, nothing changes. Then said to come back in to be refitted. Should of been right the first time for the money they charge. The no return policy is BS & I’m returning & not paying for this gimmick, even if I have to get the Better Business involved. Now you know the rest of the story!
No problems, took good care of me. Did tell me he would give me Velcro but didn’t.
Overall mostly pleased with me experience. The original products I was shown were outrageously expensive and the sales person was a little pushy to get me to spend more money than I had budgeted. I ended up purchasing a similar but less expensive product that the sales person said would not perform as well...still trying to push the other products. I am pleased with what I purchased and my feet are far more comfortable than they have been for years.
I have a lot of foot pain and had heard some stuff about the place so I decided to go in and see what it was all about. Turns out I had no idea what I was getting into. So long story short they got my foot imprint and found some shoes and inserts that would help. The whole experience took about an hour and a half and the guy was good at listening to what I had to say and finding me the right stuff. Then after all we found the perfect fit he told me what it was going to cost me. Now I knew this wasnt going to be cheap but I was blown away after I was told what it was going to be: over $1,400. Now Im a 24 year old woman with not a lot of money, and when I told him I couldnt afford that he suddenly went from nice helpful guy to sleazy high pressure salesman and tried to guilt me into buying it. Even at one point he told me to call up my dad and convince him to put it on his credit card because dads will do anything for their daughters if they convince them enough. That ticked me off. Suggesting that I play the part of the manipulative, mooching daddys girl just to fill some guys sales quota was quite insulting. After he used some more sales manipulation tactics, I knew there was no getting out of this easily so I got the inserts out of my shoes as fast as I could (which was a little difficult as he had already stuck them into the existing soles of my boots) and walked out of the store before he could say much more. I felt guilty for being so rude, but what could I do besides spend my last few paychecks on something that I could have gotten much cheaper from an actual podiatrist (who, by the way, has at least 8 years of medical training unlike these bozos). 10/10 would not recommend.
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the inserts. However, I feel that I could have saved some money had I been offered different package choices. I do love the inserts in that I haven’t had any heel or back pain since purchasing them!
I am OK with it. Still getting accustomed to the use c and changes. I do feel it is way over-priced.
The staff are always helpful and informative. I always feel like they are doing all that they can to help me feel better, I would recommend this store and this product to anyone.
Replacing insoles after a year was super quick and convenent. Professional service as always.
I have tried everything, I mean everything. Tape, braces, shoes, inserts, and nothing worked. I am no longer limping and my feet dont hurt. I went in there skeptical, I am a true believer now!
I have really enjoyed my insoles that I got from the good feet store. I’ve only been using them for a week and all my arch feet pain has went away thank goodness. Really expensive but absolutely worth it
My experience in the store with the staff was a positive one. The consultant was very knowledgeable, and all my questions were answered. The inserts have helped my back pain, which is greatly appreciated. A lower price point would have been a great help.
Great, friendly service. I was having a bad day and it hurt to walk. I have plantar fasciitis and it can be excruciating to walk at times. After getting my inserts I was able to walk with some pain but not bad. By the end of the weekend I had little to no pain. I would NOT go without them. Where else can you get a lifetime warranty and check ups at little to no cost?! I have worked for an orthopedist in our office when his nurse is gone and I have assisted him in taking molds and fitting orthotics for people. They are a one time thing and will have to be replaced. They are super expensive compared to the Good Feet store!! I love them!!
Great service 😀😀😀felt at ease
Very helpful staff! Im still new to the inserts but so far so good!!After 6 months, I couldnt be happier!! These work for me! My second visit was as rewarding as my first. Great people to work with!!
I love my inserts, have had themsince 2014,life changer. Tad Albright was fantastic at getting me in and out with no problems, love this store !!!!!
So I have read many of the reviews on here about pushy salespeople and the high price. My experience was very different the price yes is high but there were many different options some as high as 1400 dollars and some around 99 dollars but as for the sales representative I had once I made my comfort zone budget known he did his best in showing and trying the different options to best fit my needs and my budget so thank you very much TODD HODDY
I have better posture and strength is back in my legs. My legs dont feel like twigs any more.My feet arent walking on rocks anymore. The lifetime warranty has my back!
Arch supports are great! I’m walking better than I have in 25 years. Price was a little steep, but with a lifetime guarantee, it’s good.
Tad was awesome he truly went out of his way to help us out! I would recommend everyone to go!
Staff were polite and knowledgeable. Have used the arch supports for over a year, wish I had done so earlier. Not only can I walk pain free, but I can run again!
Store employees miss telling you, that supports are non-returnable. My wife went to Good feet store because of radio adds advertising them. My wife has Plantar fasciitis, which affects the heel. she was told she needed arch supports, wedges, and cushions for Both Feet . when you hear the radio add they never mention you will need may need 3 items for each foot, but beside the point, she purchased these 9/27/2019 - and her foot pain got so bad after using them she had to quit wearing them because it felt like she was walking on the Sides of her feet. She told me she would have to return the arches for a refund, but the cushions and wedges she could not return because she was made aware of that at the store. When i looked at her Receipt in small print at the bottom, it said all sales final. Well to me that means no refund. it appears they would exchange, but why would she want other ones that would make her heel hurt worse. I strongly suggest that you make sure all customers are aware there is No Refund on anything. And i would also suggest you revise your Radio add to make people aware of this, or People like me will start calling the Radio station to complain since they are not making sure people know there is no refund
I am pleased with my service with John at the good feet store. He has been very helpful in resolving my feet issues. It is a process but getting better each day.
I will be clear and brief. It was four years ago and my feet had gotten to where I could not take a step without pain. I had seen the commercials and was here to see. They measured my feet and set me up with inserts. From that moment on I have had Zero pain every since !Sincerely,Carline D. Long Jr.
The employees at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. Todd helped me and did a great job and answered all my questions. My feet already feel worlds better.
Oh My Goodness!!!!!! Love Love Love these guys!!! I am on my feet all day everyday up and down stairs I work in Quality in aircraft so Im up and down all day long 8 to 12 hours a day everyday and my feet would hurt everyday bringing me to tears some days they would hurt so bad, no matter what shoes I wore. When I finally made an appointment with Good Feet and walked with the insoles in my shoes I cried because my feet did NOT hurt for the first time in a really long time! I am so grateful for these guys I cant find words to describe. I recommend Good Feet to anyone that is having feet issues they are so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Good Feet for giving me comfort and smiling again!
A+ service! The guys even stayed an hour past closing to make sure we got exactly what we needed. It’s been a few weeks and my supports are pretty awesome! I definitely recommend the Good Feet Store in Wichita!
I’ve never given anywhere a 1-star review before. Congrats.Great inserts. Kiddo felt great in them. At $1500, she’d better. That said, anyone with health insurance can go to a podiatrist and pay your copay. Why am I telling you this?So you’ll avoid the pushy sales tactics and attempted shaming if you don’t buy RIGHT. THEN. When you offend my wife and kid, I’ll tell EVERYONE that everything you read here about the almost insulting sales tactics are true.Feel free to Google ‘Good Feet Store complaints.’ You’ll note the investigations that started in 2017? You’re working with a commissioned salesman, not a Doctor of Medicine.So... yeah, no.Save your reply here, Good Feet people. It won’t be read. If you must reply...yeah, don’t.
My husband and I went in to the Good Feet Store to discuss what could be done to help our 7 year old. We were impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. They asked about my husbands back pain which was chronic as we didnt bring our son with us. Being talked into trying out their inserts, his pain was immediately gone! He said he felt better than he had in years! Needless to say we purchased my husbands set and came back the next week and bought our sons. They are both doing so much better and you just cant beat the lifetime guarantee!
My husband and I both got the mid range inserts about 5 years ago at about $400.00 per pair. At the time we purchased them, we were told lifetime warranty. No additional fee if we had any issues. Well, That was a lie! We have both had to go back and have them replaced several times. First time was about 2 years after original purchase. Went back because hubbys feet were hurting again. They had flattened out so they replaced them and told him it was a $25 warranty fee. I went and had mine checked and yep, sure enough hit with a $25 warranty fee. Hubbys were never right after having them replaced. After 3 times of going back because they were not right (at $25/per replacement) they tried to charge him a $100 correction fee saying his feet had changed. A manager finally admitted they had given him the wrong inserts a long time before. Also, I had made a comment I knew mine were not right as I was having hip pain. The employee said well, that is a different issue.....That is a lie! Foot pain and bad arches can cause pain to manifest in your knee, hips, back. It is even in their infomercial that runs while in the store! In 4 days with some new custom orthotics that were A LOT cheaper(based on their whole system) hubby has complete relief!!!!!!!! Will NEVER recommend this product to anyone. Go get digitally measured and 3 D printed. Much better. Really customized to your feet.
UPDATE!11/15/2019I wanted to update my review to let everyone know of the care and service I received today from manager Tadd. He is a very kind man and listened to each of my concerns regarding the experience I have had thus far with their products. He worked with me for over an hour trying different options that will hopefully provide pain relief and more closely resemble the support in my podiatrist insoles. What meant the most was that he told me regardless of the success of the products on my specific issues, he promised to take care of the situation to my complete satisfaction. I appreciate this immensely. As I work through the process of trying the current insoles I received today in my adjustment, the jury is obviously still out on whether they will work for my specific needs. But I feel relieved knowing that Tadd has committed to helping me until the end. I will update again, after a few more days of trying this current set of insoles.11/13/2019I Sadly my experience thus far has been NOT GOOD. Aside from my kind salesman, Jonathan, the process and products have not worked for me.I paid an astronomical amount of money for pain and heartache.I went in looking for an insole equivalent in support to the bulky insole my podiatrist gave me for a heel spur and planter fasciitis, but one that would fit in more than just a pair of tennis shoes. I was told I would be able to wear these insoles with ANY shoes, even flip flops (they have an example of this in the store), that I would be taken care of for life, free adjustments, replacements (less shipping) etc. However, I was not told that there would be EXTREME pain as my foot supposedly adjusts to the new insoles. I was not told until after my second visit, that these are not accommodating insoles they are structure changing insoles.I did not want to change the structure of my foot, my podiatrist had already worked for weeks to get me back on my feet and out of a walking boot, then ankle brace. I came in out of frustration that the podiatrist thought it was ok that the insoles he gave me would only fit in my tennis shoes and seemed to have no other options available. I did not expect to leave there over $1000.00 poorer and within hours be in severe pain, within two days, need to have my hip put back into place and my knee adjusted, by day 3 my foot swollen and my ankle completely inflamed and then have to go back for them to tell me I need a different set of insoles and need to give it time, and they would continue to offer me free adjustments with different insoles until we get it right. The adjustments arent free, because after examining my receipt i realized i paid $99.00 for lifetime adjustments and very tiny on the receipt it says all adjustment insole replacements are refurbished!!!! REALLY???? I paid that much money to end up with a preowned set of insoles that are still currently killing me?!?! Im supposed to go back in AGAIN later this week for another adjustment. Im not sure I can take much more of this and would just like my money back so I can start over trying to once again get back on my feet with out pain! I have no doubts their insoles work for some people, as they keep telling me they have millions of success stories, but they just dont happen to work for me and instead of just giving me a refund, they keep wanting to put me through more pain and adjustment. By the end of this, Im going to need to send them a bill for all of my chiropractic visits and podiatry treatments, just to get me back to where I was when I made the mistake of walking into their store a week ago :(
I was feeling old...my feet hurt when every I walked..This went on for eight months...The longer I put it off the worst it got.... So one day I stop at the Good feet store..not expecting anything..So they went over their products and explain how worked....So I thought I would it...WELL I feel like a new person..I can walk with ease...Thank you Good Feet...
I have had foot pain and bunions for over ten years. I assumed I was just going to have to get grannie shoes. I decided to try the Good Feet store first. I was amazed at the immediate results. I no longer have foot pain, bunion pain or lower back pain. I can use the inserts in all my shoes and can stand for hours without pain!! Sasha was very personable and helpful. He also followed up with me to make sure everything was fitting well and my feet were not hurting. I now have HAPPY FEET!!!
I stand on my feet 8 hours a day at work. I was having very bad heel pain. I went to the Good Feet store and Dawn helped me. She was very helpful. I was started on the 3-Step Program. After a couple of weeks, I needed to have my inserts adjusted. Dawn gave me a difference set of inserts. With the inserts, I no longer have any heel pain. I wear my inserts with every pair of shoes I have. They are wonderful. I wont go a day without them. They are well worth the cost.
Love my inserts but probably wont buy from you again, very deceptive I feel!!
I brought my nephew into the store last week. We had been recommended by a friend who has gotten inserts and told us how much it helped him. My nephew suffers from a birth defect that affects his joints. He was born with two club feet. He is 19 and has a lot of miles to put on his body. He suffers from chronic pain in his legs/hips/feet well just his whole body. Anyway I was very impressed with the way we were approached and welcomed into the store. Todd Hoddy was our consultant. He did not shy away from my nephew in fact it was the opposite he was able to engage with him and help him communicate what he was feeling. He spent a huge amount of time with him and found the inserts that would work. He was warm and caring and very knowledgeable about the product. He was very straight forward and that worked well with me and my family. I was shocked at the price I am not gonna lie, but after discussing it, with no pressure at all from Todd or any store representative we agreed if this would help that it was an investment for a quality of life. They had several payment options and that was nice. The next day we had some questions and I called back and spoke with Todd at length about Daniel and clarified some instructions. Again he spent time with me on the phone and seems to be vested in our situation. My only regret from that day was not trying them out for myself. I am on the feet all day and have large amount of hip pain. Maybe next time.My only negative is not realizing how long we would be there. If I had had other obligations it would have been a problem. It was not because they were slow it was because that is how the process goes. I would recommend Todd and the store for anyone.
Scripted sales which is fine I mean it is a sales job. Pressure is high to buy the $1300 package. Ended up paying $900 for step 1&2 plus the pad. Did it so the Wife would get off my back about me complaining of sore feet and knees. New shoes at 10% of the cost would have worked. Its been 3 days and step one kills my feet and 2 is worse. Ya they make it seem like my knees dont hurt by making the bottom of my feet hurt so bad. And their All Sales are Final policy kinda hammers home of buyers remourse. Try new Asics first. Now for the scripted, bot produced reply from their computer system saying Sorry for your negative experience
I was treated very well and took care of quickly..so far new insoles are working fine!
Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The took the time to diagnose my problem again and fit me with the correct arch support. Thank you.
I have had back pain my whole life due to scoliosis and didnt want to do surgery so I gave good feet a shot and I love my supports! The manager Kory was very helpful and knowledgeable. I havent felt back pain since I started wearing the inserts! I would highly recommend good feet to anyone dealing with pain.
Help a whole bunch my feet feel good thanks to the good feet store
It was good
Everyone was very helpful. Felt like I understand everything about the system and look forward to go back.
These people are sales people, not foot experts. I explained my issue, they were keen on selling me 900.00 worth of product with easy financing. I opted for the 70.00 option first, no relief, I could barely walk. I then found out from a cross country coach that a simple calf stretch would relieve all my pain. Try physical therapy first people!
Dont understand how a set of plastic inserts can cost nearly $1,500. If the company was really interested in helping people, they wouldnt make them choose painless walking over feeding a family. Even their cheap shoes cost double what competitors charge. Go in and see for yourself but be prepared for sticker shock and typical sales pitches. At first youll feel like the service is tailored to the individual but in the end youll realize its a sales gimmick. Just wear your worst smelling gym shoes so the joke is on them instead of you. I gave two stars because the place was clean and staff was somewhat friendly.
I was very impressed with the service I received. My feet are doing much better also.
Not impressed. I went in and was greeted by an aggressive salesman that smelled like cigarettes. The whole time I was there he keep reminding me he was the manager and said he was from LA, like I couldnt read the LA tattoo on his hand... after spending forever the shoe inserts felt like rocks in my shoes and cost over $1500. A hard pass on the whole experience.
Individual & informative assistance by store tech. Prices are high but worth it....save up some Christmas money and treat yourself!
Really was a waste of money spent over a thousand dollars and all I needed was a good $40 dollar pair of insoles. Their $60 insoles are cheap which you can buy at Walmart for 8 to 10 dollars. Inserts are a joke. Shoes 100% markup. Way way over priced. Snake oil scam all the way. Surprised that they are allowed to do what they do without being sued.
After being hired as a sales consultant (better name would be high-pressure salesman/shyster) they had me use the supports. Now after 3 months of wearing them, I have knee problems that I never had before. Thanks for causing a problem I never had, Good Feet. :)
Jesse was very professional and very knowledgeable. I need to come back and get up readjusted but did help with some of foot pain.
CAUTION: Dont buy the shoes there. At first I was very happy with my experience at Good Feet. The orthopedic inserts did help with my foot pain a great deal. The rep insisted I needed to also purchase their Brooks Shoes, with the inserts for the good of my feet. I had never before spent over $150 for a pair of shoes, but decided to go ahead. However, the Brooks shoes started falling apart within four months (and I dont have a real active lifestyle- Im not a runner). Because they cost so much I was expecting better quality and longer life. I have known of Wal-Mart shoes that lasted longer than four months! I took the shoes, with receipt and original box, back to Good Feet; but the personnel adamantly refused to consider replacing my shoes. I was furious. These people dont have basic customer service skills. As a working professional, if they had replaced the failing shoes, they would have won me as a customer for life. Most likely I would have come back yearly for upgrades and new products. As it is, I will never set foot back in their store because of their attitude; and will warn all my associates away from them as well.I have since, on my own, appealed directly to Brooks Shoes (the manufacturer) for replacement product. But Good Feet should have made good on this, or quit selling inferior product. (and this same shoe is only $90 on the Brooks website, instead of $159.95)Lesson learned: Buy their inserts, but dont by the shoes they try to tack on to your purchase.
Feet feel great and love the supports. Dont have toe pain anymore. I will tell everyone about the relief.
I walked into this store in unbelievable pain. I walked out feeling likeId been scammed. BUT ITS SOME SORT OF MIRACLE. Ive been following the directions with my inserts (how long to wear them each day), and my foot pain has decreased to an almost unnoticeable amount. I was skeptical, but Id spendthe money again because this really did help me.
Was a great time. Wendy was very knowledgeable, and helpful. She also laughed at my husbands terrible jokes. It was a great experience.
I like the products and they are helping my feet. Is seems some of their procing is ridiculously high.
I have had my Good Feet Arch Supports since May 2016. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet would hurt ALL the time and I also had back pain. With the Good Feet Arch Supports the pain in my feet is almost non-existent and I no longer have back pain. I cant say enough good things about my Good Feet Arch Supports. They have allowed me to walk for longer periods of time and stand for longer periods of time when need be.
Be careful. No guarantees except once they have your money you cant get it back if it doesnt product results. Its a borderline scam to me.
$1500 for inserts? Good god!! I have been using superfeet inserts bought them online for $40, have had them for 5 years and has help me so much with my feet and back pain.
Jessie was very patient and explained clearly how to use the arch supports for my plantar fasciitis. He did a good job.
So far so good. Took alot of pressure off my bad knee.
Excellent staff excellent service 👍
Glade I went in I needed something done about my feet and the good feet store Helped me little bit on the pricey side but worth the money
After spending $1500. on what I thought would be a good investment I still can not wear the inserts. I have had them adjusted 3 times and they hurt more now than the original ones . As I was paying for them is when the sales lady told me that they are non refundable.....
When I went to Wichita, my feet were hurting so bad! I was having issues with the ball of both my feet. I decided to go to the Goodfeet store and Wendy was a great help. I could tell the difference when I left the store. I am having a bit of a problem with the 3rd insole but she is sending me another one. The second one is working for me at the present time. They are steep in price but my feet are worth it!
Very personable employee, wendy, helped me. she was very informative.my feet felt instantly more stable &relieved. today is the 1st day of having good feet again. thank you so much, wendy
Takes some getting use to, but defiantly see an improvement.
I visited the Good Feet Store over the July 4th weekend. My left foot was hurting from plantar fasciitis and the new insoles in the 3-step system have been helping me recover from my injury. I appreciate all the help and knowledge from Wendy and Zach!
Zach was an extremely patient and explanatory salesman.Im walking better already.
1 year ago I bought a pair of insoles I used to have trouble standing all day for work etc. Since I have had the insoles I have no trouble standing all day has relieved my back, foot, and knee pain. The insoles have given me my life back
Im glad that so many have found comfort and love Good Feet. I will tell you that this whole experience has been more like a snake oil salesman situation for me personally. Keep in mind, it does not matter what you say your problem is when you go in. You can have feet pain, back pain, hip pain, headaches. They take notes, but the bottom line is, you get the same diagnosis no matter what you tell them - warning sign #1. The process is to use 3 different supports - be ready. These are made of plastic and you are told that level 3 will break and they will replace it - for your lifetime - for $24.95 (probable the cost of them actually making the product). The cost for these plastic orthopedics - $319, $289, and $289 but wait, theres more. For the cushion inserts $69 (the same as what comes in your tennis shoes), another $69 for ? They dont break this all down, until you see the invoice. $7 for velcro tabs. Small dots of velcro to keep your insert in place. They will also try to sell you on their shoes - that you can buy online from Brooks or Amazon and pay a lot less. Bottom line, be careful. If this helps you - perfect. But I would go to a DR and find out what the problem is and get a solution vs paying over $1000 for plastic inserts. If you do go to a good feet store - be mentally prepared - be sharp - read your bill before signing. Even though you would most likely pay anything to help your pain, think clearly as this is a big investment, with a no return policy. Buyer beware as the salesman all have their sales pitches down to a science. Be prepared for the sales pitch. I sincerely hope this review saves some of you some time and money and stops stores like this one from taking advantage of people.
The employee who helped me really took the time to listen to my experience and found the perfect match for my feet pain.
Cory from California took the time to explain everything I needed to know and when I took my first step my left ankle popped back into place and half of my foot pain went away. I had to make adjustments and Cory and the staff at the store did everything they could to help keep my feet pain minimal.
Dont ever buy from the store first of all the product is cheap its marked up 650%Zach the store manager is presumptuous and rudeTheir disgusting prices that they charge are 200/pr for cheap entry level up to $ 1100 which is what they will push on youThey will also ask and push u to use financing to pay for the most expensive thing they have!!!Trust me!!! I knowHe is aggressive and he is also a liarThe district manager, Scot Kemmer is just the sameI would highly recommend not ever walking into the store one time during a job interview they even told me that the only reason they charge so much is because they dont have any competition not because the product is actually worth the price they are chargingThere are many other options that a person can take that would be highly beneficialFirst of all if you ask your doctor to write your prescription slip for some arch supports and link it to diabetes or early onset diabetes or orthopedic foot pain you can go into competitors stores in the Wichita area such as unique feet and other medical supply stores and actually have your health insurance companies be billed by these suppliers of arch support insertsThe good feet company also is not so goodThey use a scripted sell speech they use scripted customer objections for the sales people they are not sincere they are not honest they are not there to help you truly for your well-beingThey have memorized a pre-established script to sell you the product and they want to sell you not what the customer wants to buyI know this for sure because of my previous contact with 2 employees. So it is my goal it is my ambition to slow these guys down because they are liars and their product is cheap and they are not there to serve youTrust me in what I say because I have been selling medical supplies for other businesses for over 15 yearsAnd if you have any questions I will be honest just Facebook me and message me and Ill tell you
Jairo was very pesonable and helpful. It has only been a week and the supports are helpful already. Thank you.Bob
