Incompetent help. 5 weeks since they were suppose to order shoe inserts. first time they told me they ordered what i had before and were ready for pickup. i came in they were not the same, wrong size and model. Same person said they would order the correct ones. 3 weeks later i called to find out if my shoe inserts came in. again the same person told me they had the same ones as before which were wrong. couldn’t explain why they didn’t order the correct ones. Couldn’t provide a date as to when they would get the correct ones in. she then suggested i call their corporate office. one excuse after another for something that should be very simple. have got these from mid star in years past with no trouble.
