What kind of Sorcery is this! I went into this store complaining of knee pain, got fitted for my insoles and walked out pain free. I simply cannot say enough good things about these guys! If you have any kind of foot or leg/back pain you NEED to go here.First of all, they are freakin affordable. Their prices on the orthotics range from $80-$400 or so for their basic to their premium line. If you do a bit of shopping around by calling places like the Good Feet Store, Foot Solutions Wichita, etc at different places of their competition that I called they will tell you their orthotics are over $1,000. Yikes! I think one of them even said close to $1,500. I dont know what those other guys are smoking, lol?!Back to Ideal Feet - I went with their premium line of the $400 orthotic so that is what I will comment on. What you will receive the same day you walk in (instant relief!) is like a trainer sole that targets supporting 4 specific areas of your foot. This is what you wear for a couple months while your feet adapt to having orthotics and then after a couple months you will know if you need an even higher curve and even more support, at which time you go in and get refitted for free to a higher height level sole. This is positively brilliant strategy and makes things so much easier on your feet to slowly adapt. (You can tell they really care about getting you to feeling 100% and arent out to make a quick buck!) You can put these in tennis shoes, boots, and even open toed sandals or heels.My experience with them the past several months has been phenomenal. I am on my feet often for 10-12 hrs a day, and went in with foot pain of about a 6 or 7 out of 10. My average pain level has since dropped to about a 2 with some days being none at all (and I do feel confident it will disappear completely in several more months)They also come with a lifetime warranty. They are really well made and extremely durable, but they said they have customers who after 15 years have needed to come back to swap them out for a new pair. I think there was a $50 charge for the warranty claim, which is very reasonable.They also have a super thin sole line made for athletes which support high impact like for running marathons etc.Ive been blown away by how knowledgeable they are - the lady has some kind of medical degree in foot stuff and they take plenty of time to explain everything in great detail how it all works and answer any questions you may have. The absolute best product with a lifetime warranty guarantee, coupled with the best customer service, coupled with an unbeatable price. Need I say more?! You NEED to go here! Your feet will be forever grateful!

I am amazed at the instant relief and personal care I received at Ideal Feet. I recently went to Ideal Feet. The workers there were quite knowledgeable and very kind to speak with. I have plantar fasciitis, a bone spur, and a bunion all on one foot. One employee had plantar fasciitis in her foot and the other employee talked about having a bunion. They both understood the pain I go through which made me feel like they were truly willing to help. I was given a balance test and I couldnt believe the outcome when I used their insoles. I was sold on their product! Its only been a few days but I havent had much pain at all! I HIGHLY recommend Ideal Feet if you have similar problems. Definitely a 5 star store!
