They are very fast, little to no wait time.Their speed does not cause a lack of attentive care. The doctor is very understanding and does a great job of making sure you not only get the right treatment but that you fully understand the treatment/brace/etc. that you are receiving.

Last year I scheduled an appointment for August, my appointment was never finalized in their calendar. All was good, I was able to get in the next month (Sept 2020). After my appointment I was not contacted to pick up my product nor was I sent an invoice. Fast forward to March 2021, I have finally received my FIRST invoice for a $200 product I still have not been told is available to receive, nor picked up said product but am being given 30 days to pay or be sent to their Collections Agency. How can I be expected to pay for a product not received AND sent to collections for a bill that was never issued!? This is quite disturbing and disappointing.

Having been to multiple other places and walking with canes, I came here and the first set of sockets they made me, I dropped the canes that days and have not used them since. I firmly believe they’re the best in the business.

The front office was clean and tidy, but the patient room was disgustingly dirty. There was a bucket of dirty water with something floating in it, some dirty looking scissors and a dirty tourniquet on the extremely dirty looking exam table. The floor was equally dirty looking. The sink was dirty and strewn with equipment. I felt like I was in a back alley clinic getting some illegal procedure. Completely unacceptable, even if we weren’t in the middle of Covid19 restrictions. And on that subject, not one person in the facility was wearing a mask. I might have continued the appointment if the technician hadn’t become testy with me when I was trying to communicate the problems I experienced with a similar type of brace made by them10 years before. I ended up leaving part way through the appointment and washed my hands twice when I got home.

Would never recommend this locally based company. I have had a much better experience with Hanger Orthotics which in my opinion is much more professional and eager to get things right.

Ive gone to Peeples for over 5 years, and they are amazing. Theyve worked wonders for me, and even though I live out of town and dont have regular appts, when Im in town and just stop in for a refit or repair of my brace, they call me by name when I walk unannounced in their door. Very friendly, very professional, always have time to help. Ive referred several friends, because I know Peeples will take care of them like they have me.

After decades of pain in my heels and ankles from standing at work, I decided to give orthotics a try. Custom insoles were made for my flat feet that not only support my arch, but my ankles and metatarsals as well!!! And now I go through my day without pain!!. I cant imagine life without my insoles, Im going to get a second pair!!!!

Saw Dave today and was very impressed at his efforts to please and also his knowledge of orthotics. So far I would recommend him to anyone needing help with aching feet.

Absolutely horrible! Did not get the product I was lead to believe I was getting, I returned said product, attempted on several occasions to contact owner and never was communicated with! After 5 months of hearing nothing they sent me the bill... i sent them a certified letter stating i was not happy and would not be paying the bill and i returned the product! I will NEVER do business with them again and I will NEVER refer anyone to them!!!

I sent a request for some information on a Sunday afternoon, I did not expect to hear from them until the next day as they was closed. Mr Peeples called me within a couple of hours! If thats not service or caring I dont know what is!
