They were very nice, clean and they squeezed me in 45 min before closing...And they treated me no less than Special. They have a beautiful Nail Salon, comfortable Real Massage Chairs. They are very good at what they do! The lady that did my nails was so lovely,, I asked her name..she told me Mun...I said I can remember that.. Like Mon-ey ...they laughed and said, that will be her new nick name so just ask for Money if you read this :)She offered to apply an Acrylic nail to my BIG Toe, for it was injured badly and this is what I look like today, a week after I visited the Salon. I will not visit any other Salon for they are the one to Trust for Healthy nails

This place is lovely. I have not been since February of 2020, but they deserve a good review. When I went for the last time my nail tech was a man, not sure of his name but he is so nice. I got super long acrylic nails and the shaped them and painted them super well. My cousin who was 3 at the time got her nails done by a lady who works there. She was gentle with her and even took her to the restroom when my nails were wet. They are caring and professional.

My nails cracked and busted within 2 days. I was moving 800 miles a way that week and didnt have time to come in for repairs so they offered me a credit and said my daughter could use it since she was in the area. Now they refuse. Make the drive to Derby and let Kim fix you up. This place doesnt know what theyre doing! In 5 years at Sunshine Ive never once had nails crack like that!

Friendly! Good prices! Very clean! Not crowded at all, so my mother and I were able to get in right away. The staff was all very kind and did an excellent job! This was my first time coming in, but I will definitely be returning!

I have never been to a business that has treated their clientele worse. When I walked in, I asked for the nail technician to simply remove my gel with a tip. She immediately sat me down and began to help me. She wrapped my fingers in acetone to let them soak so she could remove them. She went to work on another customer and that was okay since they had to soak for a bit. It wasnt until my wait turned into 20 min, then 30 min, then 40 min did I begin to get upset. I was not helped until 40 minutes later and when she did help me, she began aggressively handling my hands. I assume she was being rough with my hands because she could tell I was getting upset at the fact that I was waiting so long. Even though I was angry, I never said anything and sat in my chair patiently waiting for the whole 40 min. After ripping the foil from my fingers and it not coming off immediately, she put the foil on AGAIN for them to soak! I sat in there for ONE HOUR just to have my gel with a tip removed. In the end, I was left with huge chunks of the gel still on my nail, the tip still on my nail, and my fingers were raw from the acetone. After all of that, I was STILL charged $5 for service that was terrible. On top of it, other customers were walking in and still being helped before me even though I sat patiently waiting for an hour. Even the manager noticed me sitting there and did nothing about my treatment. I ended up going to another salon who fixed their mess for free because they felt bad for how bad I was mistreated. They should be ashamed of themselves and for the treatment they gave me as a client! If I could give them a negative rating I definitely would! Please take a minute to review the images attached to see what Advanced Nails left me with.Update to response from owner: Just because I was a walk-in and was accepted as a walk-in does not mean the quality of work and complete removal of the gel with tip should be any different. The pictures I posted reflect that. I will not be commenting anymore on this matter.

I began using the services of the owner when she worked in a shop at Maize road and 21st Street north. When she opened her own shop at Greenwich Road north, I followedher there. I live on West MacArthur--about as far South and west as you can get and still be Wichita. I have a problem with horrible callouses on my feet. She worked at least an hour on them to give me my feet back. I will be forever grateful to her. I ask the lady who wrote a scathing review to tell her the problem and give her another chance.

I got off work late and showed up at closing time. Tracy the owner stayed almost an hour late to do my pedicure. It is a very clean salon. Excellent customer service and excellent work!

They are always so friendly and can work around my schedule to get me in last minute! The pedicures are relaxing, and they all do a great job.

Initially I was super excited to try this salon, I’ve heard good things about it, however my experience was absolutely terrible. I didn’t like how the acrylic was applied because it seemed to be uneven (thin towards my finger and bubbly towards the tip) and the nails weren’t filed well. When I brought it up the technician was super defensive and said I shouldve told them I didn’t want the acrylic to be applied thick (although I was trying to explain that wasn’t the problem). They wouldn’t hear me out however. The technician only applied one coat of the polish I picked and you could tell it was uneven and see opaque in some spots, but I was to afraid to say anything because they seemed upset when I brought up the first issue.I ended up calling them later that day asking if I could return and have them fixed because I was still super unhappy with how they turned out- the technician replied with “whatever”When I came in she refused to listen when I was trying to explain why I didn’t like them. She continued to blame me and tell me I wasted time by not telling her initially that I didn’t want the acrylic thick. I decided to leave immediately because I didn’t see the problem being solved and I felt like I had been mistreated. I’m very disappointed with the salon and will not return.
