I love this place! Me and my friend have gone twice now and we loved our nails both times. The ladies are super nice, the atmosphere is great, and the prices are amazing. I also really like the color selection. These nails usually last me a month too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes a good set of acrylics!

I get my nails done regularly. Both acrylic and dip, depending on my desired look. I tried this salon and I had a terrible experience. They dont know how to evenly shape the nail. The base of the nail was uneven and messy looking. The worst part is the nails, all of them, started getting crack lines less then a week after I got them done. Less then two weeks after I got my nails done, my thumb nail broke off while I was sleeping and I was woken up to a bleeding and painful thumb. This was a natural nail in dipping powder. Im including a picture of my broken nail. I will not be returning here ever for my finger nails. Very dissatisfied. I did not smash my thumb or have any accident. It was purely 100% poor quality dipping powder and application.******UPDATE******I was contacted by the owner and apologized to for my experience. She invited me back to the salon in the spirit of ‘making the situation right’. I accepted her invitation and returned for a pedicure. Upon arrival at the salon, she said my compensation was a 10% discount on the pedicure. That’s less then $5 compensation for a $60+ nail dip experience gone wrong at their salon and the $50+ I had to pay to correct Deluxe Nails mistake at my regular salon.It was a great pedicure, but I don’t feel a 10% discount was adequate compensation for the pain I experienced, the time the broken nail took rearranging my plans that day, plus what I had to pay to fix their mistake.Now that this situation is concluded, I feel a bit like I wasn’t invited back to the salon for them to make the situation right, so much as it was to get me in the door to spend again. I was and remain cautious to have my finger nails done here.

My nails look great and the staff was really nice. My first time going there and I’ll be back for sure! The lady even accidentally overcharged me $2 because I got a different top coat and she came outside to my car to try and give me $2 back. Super sweet!

The women here are super sweet and amazing. Emily, who did my nails, made sure the skin around my nails looked nice and clean and cleaned the nails from a visit to another nail salon in the past that hadnt worked very well. She did an amazing job on my nails and helped me find a design that would work with the color I have. Not too expensive either, which is great for me as a mostly broke college student.

I am visiting from GA. They were very clean and welcoming. I wasnt sure what color dip to get and they were great with suggestions. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My nails look great and I love it. If Im very back in town for work, Ill be back. I would highly recommend this nail salon!

Deluxe nails is by far the best nail salon in Wichita. Ive been going there for more than a year and they never fail to deliver with beautiful styles and wonderful customer service! Kelley, the owner is always adding new products and styles that are sure to impress. The entire staff is wonderful! My regular nail tech Lisa, is always willing to try something new for me and the results are beyond my expectations! I love that they take their time with you. They truly make it a spa experience. If you are looking to really treat yourself to something special and have the best nails in the office this is the place!

I love that the environment here is calm and relaxing. Prices are nice. The wait is never long and when you make an appointment when someone you dont have to wait like some other places. Annie does such a good job. She is so fast and makes my nails beautiful!

I’ve been going to Lisa for my pedicures. I had a bad experience at another spa where they took too much nail off my big toe. It hurt for multiple weeks. She fixed it up and it immediately felt better. The service is great and they are all very nice! Highly recommend.

Kim did my nails today and I am extremely happy with them!! I moved to Wichita over 2 years ago and have always drove an hour to where I use to live but decided to try here finally. And I’m glad I did!! They got me right in and she was very nice and the place is very clean!!I’m partially deaf so I couldn’t communicate well with the masks on to read their lips but not their fault!! ☺️😉 I will definitely be coming back!!! I decided to give this establishment a go on a whim and I was not disappointed. Julie did such an amazing job. I was a little worried at first because they werent sure if they could do what I wanted, since they didnt have the dip powder. But they fandangled a bit and got them perfect. Julie worked cleanly and throughly and made sure even the finest details were taken care of. I am without a doubt going to be coming back again and again.

My daughter and I have been coming here together for a while now. They have ONE lady here that always does a really great job, but shes very busy. Every other time we come something is wrong. Ex. My daughters shellac keeps turning brown or it peels within a few days, or one or two nails fall off within a week. This LAST time the nails they put on my daughter were peeling one week later. I had to pay them to take them off. Then they ripped them off her nails even after I told them not to, and they had said they would soak them off. Super angry. Wont come back.

My nails look terrible and are visibly dirty underneath with skin surrounding them looking un-manicured as well. My feet were cut using their exfoliator and I dont have sensitive skin - she was just unskilled. She also didnt understand me when i spoke, which wasnt helpful for giving direction. She had a nice smile and seemed sweet, but i paid a lot of money to go to a place that I thought would be excellent (& have clean air - it didnt). I shouldve used a Groupon to try a new place rather than trust organic as a label, but someone had said it didnt smell Iike a nail salon in a review. I had to get up and move due to the smell being so strong and toxic. I probably should have said something but I didnt want to possibly get the technician in trouble. What a waste of a drive and money. Oh well, live and learn.

My sister and I started going to Kellys shop (the owner) after numerous searches for the perfect salon. We tried just about everything on the west side of town and none had met the rigid standards of what we require in a Nail salon. Kelly and her staff; superseded our expectations above and beyond any thing weve had before. From the first time we walked in to today, we are treated like family, our nails and toes are beautifully done, the atmosphere in the shop is always comforting and like being at home. Kelly and the young ladies that work for her strive for excellence and they achieve above and beyond that with their beautiful works of art.. I am a hard pleaser, but these women go above and beyond to always put a smile on my face and designs on my nails that people are jealous of every where we go.. I recommend this to any and all that want to feel like the most beautiful woman in the world when they leave and like family while theyre there.. And if Im there while youre there, believe me, youre sure to get a laugh.. ;) Thank you Kelly for all youve done thus far and am looking forward to the many years ahead, its the only thing in this life that gives me great pleasure about being a woman and being beautiful!!

Ive never been to a better salon! The ladies at Deluxe Nails and Organic Spa are the friendliest women in business. I have NEVER experienced anything than a relaxing treatment at Deluxe Nails. The pedicures are out of this world awesome! I have worn acrylic nails for many years and I have never had my nails ripped off at Deluxe Nail. I have had them either soaked off or gently lifted off. I know that the farthest thing from these ladies minds would be to hurt someone or ruin their nails. These gals take pride in their work and, if Ive ever had a nail come off, I simply call or drop in and they will fix it. FREE. All you have to do is communicate the problem or concern. Keep in mind: Whenever you have acrylics, you have to know that the nails are not going to stay on forever! You have to make an appointment to get them filled. And, keep in mind that the more you do with your hands, the better the chance the nail will come off. This includes typing and picking at your nails! Swimming in the pool will loosen ANY type of polish and nail glue. To imply that the product or application from this salon is not QUALITY is ridiculous. And, if you are rough with your hands and nails, wouldnt you expect to be charged for a new bunch of nails? Of course....because this is a business!! I give Deluxe Nails and Organic Spa TEN stars for the relaxing atmosphere, friendly and hard working women, and fabulous beauty treatments provided. I will go back again and again!

I have been getting my nails done for years and Deluxe Nails and Organic Spa is by far the best salon I have been to. They are all so friendly and Kelly does an excellent job! I would recommend anyone who wants their nails to look great to try them out!

Two of us went in for pedicures and a manicure an hour before closing without appointments. They took us with a smile and gave us the works. We never felt rushed and we were sent off with smiles 15 minutes past closing. Two weeks later my toes still look great.

Not only did they do fantastically well on my nails, but when one of them broke off they not only did an amazing job fixing it but they didnt even charge me for it! I really love going to see the kind ladies there!

Worst place to go to. It was difficult to communicate with the employees, they painted my nails the wrong color and I had my nails done on a Friday and one of my nails broke within less than 24 hours. Overpriced for a terrible job done. Never, EVER going back, I will not recommend this place.

When here to get a manicure and pedicure and the staff was very friendly and fun I will for sure be coming back here from now on.
