Worked very hard to give me what I wanted. Everyone was very sweet and engaging. Could tell they enjoyed what they did.

Use to go in here a lot and get excellent acrylic nails and now they are horrible. Was in a week ago for a full set and my nails were HORRIBLE.. every single nail was shaped different, they were very thick and my nails looked like they had already been growing out for about a week. Went back in to have them fixed and they came out just as bad. This may be the place to go if all you want is a pedicure but as for acrylic nails definitely save your money and go some place else.

Super sweet, fast service and great laughs with the gals. We chatted for over an hour and they still did 12/10. definitely coming back. ps: they got back massaging chairs !

Made pedicure appointments and went in for a little girl time pampering with my niece. My niece is a regular but, I am not. Long story short I requested a classic pedicure only to be short changed by not even getting the foot massage that comes with the service I was charged for. Heck I didn’t even get the lotion that’s standard. To top it off Every color polish I chose for my feet they were out of after selecting 3 I was completely over it. I would not recommend this facility this visit was horrible and I will not be returning. I feel like you guys owe me for wasting my time. Save yourself the frustration. Side note they were not busy at all.

This is the place where you get treated with respect. Itss not just another nail salon, its being pampered by a staff who understands females. You can enjoy a manicure or pedicure with any color of the rainbow. Heres also is a staff that doesnt talk to you behind your back and roll their eyes if you request something special and the job is well done you will be very pleased.

These guys are awesome!! I previously went to sky nails and they really messed up my nails. They caked the product on and some of the nails popped off and one of my nails broke and it did something to my natural nail and I couldnt get it off it hurt so bad. The pain was keeping me up at night and I refused to give anymore money to those scam artists so I called this place and they took real good care of me! I told them that one of my nails was hurting and they was gentle and worked carefully to make sure that my nail didnt hurt. They also explained to me the differences between the nails! They went above and beyond! They were so patient! 2 hours later and we were good to go! I just wish I had spare money to give them a better tip!! I will definitely come back once my cracked nail heals!

We only came here because my usual place was booked. We both picked the diamond pedicure package with hot rocka and chose different scents. To start, they were put of BOTH scents we chose. During the cuticle trimming she made my friend bleed and even though my friend kept saying that hurts, she continued to be rough.Next, they gave us a hot paraffin wax instead of hot rocks because they said state doesnt allow them to do hot rocks anymore. We both told them we chose the diamond pedicure specifically for the hot rocks and should have been told up front that the hot rocks arent an option.Furthermore, massage chair was so loud and rattling that it made it impossible to relax.Needless to say, we will not be returning.

My “GO TO” nail salon! Emily the owner is AMAZING! Everyone is always very helpful and welcoming. I feel well attended to when I go. Wide variety of all the options and you always get great service no matter who you have doing your nails.

I was out of town for a work trip and my dip nails that I had cracked. I live in Florida and the nail salon I was using did my nails on three separate occasions with dip powder and they always cracked. To see if it was just the dip powder and salon I decided to get dip done here. I was skeptical and didn’t think they would last... BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Two weeks later and my nails are still perfect! No cracks, no chips, and most of all no money wasted! I definitely wish I lived in Wichita to get them done here all the time! Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

My mother and I have been going here for a few years now. Always a pleasant experience. Sometimes they are super busy and there is a bit of a wait but the staff talks to you and makes the time enjoyable or gives you a better time to return.

All the employees are super nice. I get my feet done here and they are very thorough. They do not rush to get me out like all the other places Ive been to.

Went a few days ago and was sat down I was then moved to a new spot and told to wait a few minutes (no problem.) 2 hours later and after doing 4 people who came in after me I finally was getting my nails done. She apologized for the wait and gave me a discount for waiting. My nails look amazing 💅

Ive been coming to Emilys for years, never had a single issue. Tonight I came in, I understand it being close to close, but its not after hours, your door says close is at 7pm, your open light is still on, and your website says the same time. Emily was not here, otherwise Im sure there would have been better customer service. I will still come here, but wont if Emily isnt.

Ive been going here since they opened a little over two years ago. This place is worth every penny. I love Emily and he staff. She is great. Her product is not cheap, and lasts a very long time. Ive gone to many other places, and my nails would lift, chip, crack, break, but I havent had any issues with my nails. Id highly recommend Nails by Emily.

Great. GREAT, service, i get my nails dipped by Nichole and she always gets the shape and quality right. they hold up through chemicals and hard handy work, for months on end, and are easy to soak off at home or they will in the salon!

So long story short, I got my nails done last night and went back to Bella Chic nail salon and spa to have them correct the crooked nails and bumpy polish and she just wanted to argue. Their shellac polish is thin and has issues but they see nothing wrong with it. What do you think... shes says its the way that it is and looks natural. Rude.

I like my nails done by Yang and I had a pleasant time. The shop is new and clean and shiny very impressed. All the employees were very friendly and so were the other clients who came in. I will return with my new 1/2 price off coupon from Groupon.

Nails by Emily is the only nail salon I have had exellent service from. The nail techs are friendly and listen to what we the customer would like. The salon has very large selection of colors and several types of nail sevices. The salon is clean and relaxing. I am extremely greatful I found this salon 5 yrs ago, after countless bad experiences at other salons that had caused pain and damage to nails. Thank you Nails by Emily for exellent service.

Just wanna give a shout out to Tammy. I had a pretty bad mani job at another salon that didnt even last a week. It took her quite a while to get it all off my nails. Once it was all off she gave me one of the best dip powder manis that Ive ever had. Will definitely be going back to her in the future. Thanks Tammy!

Emily and Kimmy have been doing my nails for a while now....love them! The entire staff is friendly, the shop is clean and they all do a fantastic job!

Nice people, but really didnt spend time on what I had hoped for. Ask for a pedicure; but CLD have done what she did. Not impressed! I had also asked for tips on the big toes. She glues and filed down. I asked her if they do acrylic on top of the nail so it doesnt break, and she said no that they dont do that there. What happened to doing what the customer asked and is willing to pay for. Granted Im from Atlanta, GA and I k ow things are done differently, but I will noy return and not recomend them. At least nit for pedicures.

So I go in to get my eye brows done. I could not remember the technician name who did them last time. So she said the African well she not here today and we busy so come back tomorrow........ RUDE will never spend my money at this nail shop. No customer service!!
