Great place for having your car repaired or serviced. Larry and his staff know what they are doing and they are very trustworthy. Suzanne at the desk is very friendly and courteous. Nice place to be.

NAILS is a great shop! When my family has needed them, they have been there! Whether its an oil change or tires and alignment, after a curb shot. I HIGHLY recommend them. Yes I do realize their prices are a SMALL bit more than some other places but their QUALITY WORK and hometown feel make it all worth it! If you want it done right and with care then call NAILS! Just my opinion. Thank you NAILS!!!

Spent $900 for new ac system air blew cold a couple days took car back to get it look at he tells me he can’t look at since there 2 weeks behind on work go back a month later at 7am on a Thursday then he says there still busy come back next week. Poor customer service 900 for ac to work less than a week and now I finally got them to look at car now they want 600 to redo what I paid 900 for the first. Larry is a joke I wouldn’t trust his opinion he rips people off I will never go back this is no way to treat a paying customer

I feel really confident about Larrys opinion and always trust that he has my best interest in mind. He always tells me the issues and does not pressure me at all to fix everything all at once. I went here to have oil changed, replaced clutch, fluids flushed, and brake pads fixed. While its a little more pricy, I can trust that it was done right the first time.

I have been doing business here for several years. Ive always felt I received excellent quality work, for a fair price. Nails is less expensive than dealerships, and every bit as good. I have recommended this place to friends, & not heard one complaint.

Needed alignment and oil change on 2007 Mercedes C280 4matic. Called several places around town that specialize in tires and alignments and they would not or could not align an AWD Mercedes. Firestone said I would have to take to a dealership! So glad to find Nail’s Auto Service because they have the knowledge, experience, and confidence to do a professional job on a German car and the cost was extremely reasonable. If you are wondering about taking your vehicle to Nail’s for service, I can highly recommend them. The staff is courteous and friendly and they do great work at a fair price! I will be using Nail’s again.

Larry and his wife at Nails are just the kind of people you want to do work on your vehicle. These negative reviewers should go check what other shop are charging. Ive been to a shop in Goddard that charged me $92 to change ONE SPARK PLUG, then told me that it took them an hour and a half, but they did me a favor basically by only charging me for the hour. You wont get that at Nails.Nearly any place you go charges you a minimum of an hour shop time. If Nails charges $70/hour (Im not certain if that is it or not, just according to other reviews), thats on par or less than other places.I took my car into these guys to patch up a tire, but it was a ruined tire. They then sold me a used tire and put it on for $25, without me making any sort of promise to buy tires or anything else.These are good people that have a local business worth supporting. In fact, this is the kind of business that makes supporting local, family-owned businesses meaningful.I hope the length of my review shows just how highly I think of these great people.

I live in kc and my daughter goes to Wichota State, her check engine light came on and I had her pull codes, I was confident I knew what it was and called Larry and was able to talk in length about the repair got in the next day and car is running great now. Larry called me several times before doing anything to raise the price and even a few days later to make sure I was happy. Great experience will use Nails again.

Larry is honest and thorough, and his team does a great job with my cars. I even send my teens in with one of our cars and know he will treat them well and do the right thing with our vehicle. Suzanne is always friendly, and together they make taking care of my cars something I dont have to think twice about.

A 5⭐ star place. Larry shoots straight and does right by the customer AND the car. They repaired electrical issue with a tail light. We changed harness and bulbs w/o success. They were KIND & UNDERSTANDING even with my over worried husband. (The car is his baby!) Professional. We have had a return visit... thermostat issues - NOT related. My husband is very happy with their attention to his car. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an oil leak problem with my car and brought it over to Nails. And they tried to rip me off by saying they need at least a thousand dollar to repair it but too bad I am not dumb. They also charged me $75 just on a quick check.
