Stopped going due to service dept making a hit list of things that need fixed when my wife took van in. After second opinion and some research I saved $800 in would be repairs and labor that didnt need to be done at all and they missed others that actually did need to get done. Gouge and dishonest. Beware.

Whats the purpose of appointment for oil change ....vehicle was there for 40 minutes before they pull it back then I was there for another 90 minutes total time hour and half for oil change and didnt even get the vehicle wash just a vacuum....another person I talked to was there for over two hours for a oil change Come on Toyota
