Came it Monday to replace a dead/faulty car battery. Upon completion, I requested a troubleshoot of my air conditioner system. I was invited back first thing on my day off (Wednesday). A faulty (shorted) heater unit was identified and replaced. I received shuttle service, and repairs were completed in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the care and services received.
I bought my Camaro and 4 days later it goes in the shop. It takes more then a week to get the approval to get fixed and now waiting on parts for it to get fixed. Service is slow, but to make the sell everything is very fast. I put $3500 down and only had my car 4 days. Still parked on the lot with a flat and the batter is dead. Not a good experience at all.
I was sent there with my work truck that had a tire issue. I sat in my truck for over 30 minutes upon arrival just waiting for someone to come out on the drive just to help me. Then when the service guy came out and helped me he informed me they do not keep tires on hand. I was told They would order me a tire and give me a call when it arrived. Waited 3 day and never received a call. I went to Discount Tire instead. I was not impressed with the service area here.
Was just having options installed on my truck (a lot of them), me being crunched for time, the service tech Jeff, got more installed than i thought he had time for, and did an incredible job. My truck looks awesome now, thanks to him. Very polite and courteous.Cant wait for him to finish installing the rest.

Edit: I received a phone call today from the new manager. He told me that the entire service department was being revamped. He assured me that this would not happen again and he gave me his personal cell phone number so that I could contact him directly. I had given another review earlier today, but I cant seem to find it. Since it was basically the same review as this one, I thought I would go ahead and update here. I am hoping for a better experience the next time I am there. The manager did want to make it up to me for the poor service I received.I made an appointment for 1130 to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and my second Auto Butler application. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. At 245 I received a call the oil and tire rotation had been done and it was going back for the Auto Butler application. I went to the dealer at 515 and the car still wasnt done. Why wasnt my appointment time honored? I was told new cars that were bought over the weekend had priority for Auto Butler. They made me make an appointment and bring it back. It should not have taken 6 hours to have my car completed.
Well i really liked the fact that every thing was taken care of in a timely manner and it was a very smooth process, thanks to Guadalupe Rodriguez and Haz for the help

I called and told the dealership exactly what I wanted. My salesman brought me the vehicle at work to view and test drive it over a period of a couple days. Then all the paperwork was done over the phone and then the dealership hand delivered the paperwork for final signing.Couldnt ask for an easier process.Additionally, when they came out to deliver the vehicle, the service manager came out also to tell me all the amenities for service that comes with the vehicle. Definitely will buy a car from Herb Easley again.
They did not put something back together correctly, but then fixed the issue the next day.

Typical buying experience, takes WAAAYYYY too long. Should be at price and in and out of F&I process in less than 90 minutes, not 3+ hours. It doesnt take that long to adjust numbers etc., other than that it is what it is.

Took 2 weeks for a repair, that was only supposed to take a week. Got my vehicle back after promised return date. No loaner vehicles available either.

The service was fast and the staff I encountered were professional and pleasant. The only thing I didnt like was the car wash. Both front door windows still had the remains of insect guts, the car was still wet and the road film had not been washed off, and the dust morphed into mud under the rear wiper, front grill, and along the bottom panels on both sides. The interior looked as if a vacuum with brush was quickly used. It is always the same in my 40+ years of car buying. The sale, financing, and getting into the new car is easy, but the service departments never have same attitude and service.
We traded in our 2013 Tahoe for a 2021 Traverse. Lupe helped us out a ton. We really appreciate him and what hes done. Steve was a huge help too. Definitely would recommend you guys

Service was exemplary. Condition of the inside of my vehicle was very dirty and unorganized. Floorboards were dirty and the contents of my glove compartment were left on the passenger floorboard.
The service was extremely pathetic there was no updates given to me about what was going on with my vehicle I had to call continuously and ask them for updates and nobody ever called me back they started so I was in my vehicle and didn’t even ask me or give me any type of insight on how long it’s gonna take for the procedure that needs to be taken in order for me to get my extended warranty to pay for everything and when they gave me my vehicle back it was not even put back together properly it was running hot it was leaking oil and it smell like gasoline and I had to take it to another shop the very next morningAnd wound up having to pay to get a sale annoyed face and my hair cover gaskets it was just an overall horrible experience and I think something needs to definitely be done about this

Took a long time to get my car fixed but they fixed it and cleaned it really good!
Vehicle was in the shop 3 time and the last time they fix the problem that we told them what was going on the first time but they said they could not recreate the code so they fixed something same the second time and I then this last time they fixed the problem they were supposed to fix the first time if the check engine light comes back on we will go to a different mechanic. Since nothing they fixed was covered under the warranty we have on the vehicle.

I was a bit concerned when I was told that the front and back axles needed to be aligned. I bought the car in February 2020 and have driven that much. It has been setting in the garage for most of the time, so when I was told of the alignment problem, I was shocked. I assume it happened before I purchased the vehicle. I am certain that this issue has been corrected and I anticipate no problems in the future.
Worst service department ever. Trying to find out about my car, but all I got was attitude from my service handler when I asked simple questions. Tried calling the Service manager Wayne atleast 10 times to find out whats going on, and still havent heard back from him. I took my car in for a check engine light, even though my car was still running fine, but since they touched it, now it actually feels like it should be in the shop. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. No telling how long Im going to be waiting for this service nightmare to be over.
Not one single staff member was wearing a mask. Girl at the front coughing! We were going to stay and look at the Chevy Blazers as we want to trade up but decided to leave. Incredibly irresponsible and a total lack of concern for public safety.
We have had to take my wifes car in to have warranty work done. Both times there was no communication or status on when her would be done. Service department says one thing but does another. We will find another Chevy dealer next time, whether it be warranty or service.
I spent $400 on getting something done to my truck and was not told that I could use my reward points and I was not even told I had rewards points so I could have got $100 off of what I was having done and I called back and they said theres nothing they can do

Everything was great at the service center oil change,tire rotation, except I ask for my car to be detailed because they said it comes with one time car detail. disappointed didnt receive that.

We went for an oil change and a problem with the rear light. We never received our oil change and were asked to bring it back again. Had the truck for the weekend as well. Very inconvenient.
Chelsea did a great job. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She was able to get me into a beautiful 2019 Blazer RS with all the latest features for a great price. I would definitely come back and ask to work with her on any other vehicles I buy.

Took car in for service had a appointment said would take two hours tried to call to check on car no one could tell me any thing two days later were told that they just started on my car and they would have to order parts got car next day wont be back

Took it in for basic tune up (new plugs, wires and fuel flush and tech noticed my rear tire was wearing VERY uneven. Turns out that I had a bent rear support bar. Glad he caught that!

I had a 7:30 AM appointment to get the oil changed. I was there about 7:15 and no one was around. I noticed a vehicle pull up and stop. Figuring it was an employee coming to work. In fact it was, but he didnt get out and come right in. It wasnt until about 7:33 before he came in. He asked what he could do for me, I informed him I had a 7:30 appointment and no one around and I had to be out by 8:30. He stated in a rather condescending tone, who said it wouldnt? To me this service manager had an attitude! On another note. This is the third time Ive visited the service department at this dealership. And every time I get into the truck, floor mats looks like the technician had went through a dusty field! I stopped another service manager to show him the dirty mats, and let him know this is the third time this has happened. He doesnt apologize or say anything but goes and gets a young lady to come and cleanup the mess. Ive been to other dealerships and have seen plastic seat covers and paper floor mats used on everything that goes in for maintenance. My question is do they do the same thing for a high-end vehicle like a Tahoe or Corvette? Very dissatisfied with this service department at Herb Easley Chevrolet. BTW, now I know why Ive heard other customers call this place Herb Seasley Chevrolet!
The service department should lose their General Motors certification. They have had my truck for a combined total of two months and still dont know what is wrong. From now on I will be using a service department from another dealership.

Very poor service!! I was overcharged for an oil change!! I was charged almost $80 for labor for an OIL Change!!Vehicle tire have warranty. We took it back 3 times, since the tire kept going flat, all they kept doing was putting a plug in tire, 3rd visit and they said Rim was cracked which it was not prior to us taking, the girl at Service desk, would not call the warranty Dept to get Rim fixed. Had to miss a whole day of work to take vehicle elsewhere to get fixed!!Still no explanation as to why I was overcharged for an oil change!! Only guy that tried making it right was Jose D. He apologized for the rude service.Would rather take vehicle to Mikes Lube Shop as Ive taken our other vehicles for an oil change!!Discount Tire is getting RIm and Tire fixed, since all they had to do was call to verify Rim did have warranty!!
No need to explain I’ve already talk to the service managers and if I ever get this repair made it will be the last time this dealership Sees me or my money

I took my car to Herb Easley to have only an oil change and tires rotated, instead the engine and cabin filters were taken out of the car and shown to me so I could have them changed through you as well as an alignment info sheet which showed the car needed one. The prices for those filters were extremely high, as was the alignment, and being a disabled veteran with limited income I couldnt afford to have those issues resolved at the time.A week later I found 2 clips on the passenger side floor and they were the stop clips to the glove compartment. I took the car to a mechanic here in Lawton and he found that the cabin filter had been put in upside down and the glove compartment missing the stop clips. He also found the engine filter top was missing a screw but founded on the water channel.My point is whoever you had working on my car needs to pay better attention to what he/she is doing. And to some folks is annoying when you try to squeeze extra money from them, especially when one isnt as financially able as others. I wont be taking my car back to you for anything, not even warranty work. Very disappointed.

Needed some minor warranty work done so I took the car in one morning and they happily took care of the issue the same day. They even lent me a loaner vehicle for the day.
No option to leave zero stars. Worst dealership I have dealt with in a long time. Service department overinflates thier importance and size when maybe there are 10 cars in the shop and cannot provide answers to simple questions nor can they provide timely updates on vehicle status. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Glad vehicle is under warranty and do not have to pay.
Brought my VW in for maintenance for the right rear door and to check an airbag light. Scheduled though their online process and dropped the car off on Saturday at the appointment time. When I bought the car in I was told that it wouldn’t be looked at until Monday because the VW mechanic had just quit the day before. So it wasn’t until late Wednesday evening that I got a call saying my car was ready which seemed a bit too long for an airbag light and a door problem. When I picked up the vehicle I was given the invoice which showed that the airbag light wasn’t fixed bacause in order to diagnose it they’d have to take apart the dashboard and that would be $120 which wasn’t something that I was told beforehand so I didn’t authorize any maintenance right then for that problem.More importantly however, was that they didn’t find anything wrong with my drivers door to which I replied of course they wouldn’t have because it was the right rear door that was broken!! I got a half hearted apology from the service representative and an offer to leave the car with them. I declined immediately.Then, THEY LOST MY CAR!! Turns out they wrote down the wrong ticket number on my invoice and had to go search the parking lot for it. Waited for 45 min from the time I got there to get my car back.Also, my check engine light is now on even though it wasn’t when I brought it in but guess what, it is now.TL;DR: Brought my car in for seemingly simple maintenance. No work actually performed on it after 5 days and now the check engine light is on.

I was not happy they dirty my car in the inside they left mud in my diver sidethey did not give me no recount on what they did to my vehicle.nothing no paper given or no one to tell what was done.so i dont know if my oil was changed and fluids was filled and my tires rotated.BUT I DO KNOW I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO HERBEASLEY.
