Not as bad as all the reviews say. I had my car taken to him and he rebuilt the trans and fixed the engine too. Runs like brand new. I would use them again if I ever need transmission work in my lifetime

I will Go Back Again,got my Transmission flushed on my 2006 Mustang convertible V6, found out the car dealership I bought it from, bypass the third gear instead of re- change the transmission, like they were supposed to. Something like that I could be wrong. And even told me my right tire was bald. He sit theyre explained everything to me. I really appreciate it and the customer service

I moved to the Wichita Falls area in the summer of 2016. Not familiar with the area I asked around my work section for recommendations for reliable mechanic work for my two aging vehicles (both well over 100K miles).I was immediately told by a coworker whos lived here for 30 years, to take my van and small pickup to Quality Transmission on Fairway and speak with Kiran.Over the years these are some of the jobs Qualitys completed for me:- Replaced front struts & rear shocks- Brakes renewed with wheel cylinders- Transmission serviced- Wheel alignment- Replaced fuel pump- Replaced air bag sensor and wiring- Replaced HVAC actuator- Tire rotations- Power steering flush- Replaced air conditioner compressorThrough all this, Quality Transmission performed excellent maintenance and Ive never had to return the vehicle due to the original maintenance job.Most recently, Quality Transmission went above/beyond by supporting me through a difficult experience with Firestones McNiel location here in Wichita Falls.I purchased the lifetime alignment service during a sale special for the vehicle last spring. I took the vehicle in for a wheel alignment early January 2020 and had to return the vehicle the very next day for continued alignment issues. They said they fixed it and I drove it off the lot that day at the end of the business day at closing time. On the drive home I noticed the alignment was still pulling to the left side and worse then before.Due to some family medical appointments and the need for 2 vehicles, I didnt take the vehicle back to Firestone until a week and a half later. I was called and told the camber/toe kits needed to be replaced, which cost about $300. After Firestone replaced both camber/toe kits, I drove the vehicle on the highway and it was still pulling left.I took the vehicle to Quality Transmission and asked them to look into the job to get a second opinion. Quality noted Firestones failure to properly align the wheels, moreover, that the camber/toe kits didnt need to be replaced to begin with.Seeing all I went through and the situation Firestones negligence caused my family, Quality aligned the wheels perfectly for us. In a rare gesture in this day and age, Quality Transmission didnt charge me for correcting Firestones botched alignment job, seeing as to how I already paid for it in frustrations, lack of transportation and oh yeah...the $400+ I lost at Firestone for the lifetime alignment deal.I cant thank Quality Transmission enough for the fair pricing, superior quality of maintenance, and the general pride they put into their work.They are a testament to this community and, overall, if asked, I will refer anyone to Quality and not look anywhere else.Cheers!

Damaged my shift solenoid box while installing my transmission. Took my car to another mechanic once they denied me service to fix the damage they caused and it turns out they took a crowbar and used it shove my shift solenoid box into place. Then they tried to say that it was a manufacturing warranty instead of the damage they caused. The manufacture denied their false claims because the invoice they sent them literally said it was damage upon install. The son “Bobby” contacted us personally via his personal email not the business email. We called today and “Bobby” no longer works there. We are contacting the better business bureau due to the negligence and fraudulent activity of this business.

Poor quality! They jacked it up by not having a knowledgable mechanic and refused to fix correctly.

Never ever ever come here! I had him look at my transmission and not only did he ruin it, he refused to fix his mistakes! Now I’m out the money to fix the transmission he broke! He’s a crook! Should have kept scrolling there are other reviews calling him a crook and now I know why!

I didnt end up using him to fix my truck. In order to fix it correctly, it was out of my price range. He advised against fixing it the cheap way, which was an option. He is very honest and truly has the customers best interest at heart. He defies convention in a field traditionally known to have sketchy business practices. I would recommend him to anyone having trouble with their vehicle.

Horrible experience!!! Messed my transmission up, ended up costing me more money to fix what they did to my car!! He will rip you off and tell you other things are wrong with your car and Does not know what he is talking about.

The owner(Kiran) is a crook because he told me one price and then changed the price after fixing my car without even telling me about the price change until after the fact. Then he told me that my car was leaking coolant/needed a new radiator and I drove it 2 hours away from his shop with no problems and it was not leaking so he was trying to get more money out of me. If your car ever quits in Wichita Falls, Tx I would not recommend this place especially if your a woman. Believe it or not, all you have to do is LISTEN to people when they talk because they always tell on themselves. Karma is real so just like he screwed me over someone will screw him over too!!

Incompetent and dangerous. I should have checked more reviews before we used them, because clearly they have ruined transmissions for a lot of people. Take your business somewhere else.

On a trip to CO, our transmission broke down just outside of Wichita Falls. We rented a car and left ours with Kiran. While we were away, he secured our car, assessed it, and advised us on what needed to be done. When we came back through Wichita Falls, Kiran went out of his way, after hours, for us to pick up our car, and gave us instructions on how to get it back to Houston. For his polite and knowledgeable service, Kiran did not charge us a thing. We highy recommend him and his shop.

Got lucky and found these guys a little over 4 years ago. They run a business the way it should be run. I think the key is that these guys are honest; theyll tell you what they think is wrong and what they think should be done, even if that means doing nothing or taking it to another shop because its beyond their expertise. Not often youll see that in a company. Theyll also own up if they made a mistake and work with the customer to come to a mutually beneficial resolution. Is the service free? No, they still charge for what they do. But knowing theyre looking to get paid for an honest days work and not milk you for every last cent makes it worth it.

Professional, kind and fair folks. I was traveling to Nashville through Texas and just made it to Wichita Falls barely hitting 45mph with no overdrive when we decided to try Kiran, Priti and Danny at Quality Transmission. Im sure glad I did! Kiran explained very thoroughly what the possibilities may be for my truck and he and Danny were able to take care of it quickly and for way less money than I imagined. Got us back on the road at highway speed and to our destination without any problems. THANK YOU!Extremely knowledgeable and just overall good people. I highly recommend this transmission shop.

I was traveling through out of town just got truck worked on from other shop and broke down again in Electra I had little money and few options will guy from here towed it to his shop billed me when I got it and found a lot of codes it was an engine side of the problem but Id use him again hes fair hes smart and he wants to help you fix it
