Friendly, fast and reasonably priced! Only place I take my Corvette to get worked on in town. They do a wide variety of services and are honest.

I was in need of an oil change and was passing by and thought id stop in. I thought why not, theyre doing so good with servicing vehicles that they have to rent out u-hauls and sell junk off the side of the road. Any way I pull in, the oil change goes according to plan, then I decide to step inside to use the restroom and thats when I was hit by an immovable force, it smelt like dirty middle school gym towels mixed with a diaper full of eaten kung pow chicken. I then prayed for the release of those entities guarding that porcelain, payed and left. All in all 10 out of 10.

Was refused service on multiple occasions when close by and in need. Excuses made such as the tire changing machine was down and that the specific tire was unavailable even though no attempt was made to check. Was referred to ‘Castillo’s’ tire shop which mind you is across town by an employee there.

Great place to get an inspection or oil change! Ive dealt with Ray and the late Bobby Todd for years. Bobby was a great man and even worked for him awhile. Ray has always given me fair prices on repairs down at the shop. Known Bailey since he was kid. Place is always clean, has quick and accurate service! Would def recommend!

Make sure when using their Uhaul trucks you take a picture of the mileage. They dont explain the fine print either.

I dont hate the place per se. I hate the owners sons who treat their aunt like crap. Ive received rude comments from them because I am friends with her.Before they found out who Im friends with I had good service.

We dropped our car off for a coil and driver side door handles to be replaced. He put black parts on a silver car without asking. He lied, saying they no longer made silver parts for such an old vehicle. I called the dealership (who he said hed called) and they said not only did they have them, but they received no calls about a silver car. I then asked who he orders parts through. When I called them (auto center on Henrietta street), they told me they didnt carry the coil in stock and it would take two days to get, yet he had my car fixed in less and a day. I asked him what his upcharge is on parts and he said 20-30% yet the parts place told me their cost and he charged me over 200%. The parts shop also suggested I ask him to produce the invoice to prove the part was new when I mentioned it was todds fast lube. Ray ( the owner of todds) became very aggressive, refusing to provide the invoice, saying he didnt have to, and yelling about his overhead and needing to pay his employees. He said his father-in-law owns the shop and is the one who automatically puts part prices in the computer, yet I cannot call him directly because he is supposedly ill. Then when we brought the door parts back to get a refund on the black parts, he said it was a matrix in the computer and his wife said hes the owner and has been for years. His story changes constantly. He would not prove it was a new part, and I fully believe a junk yard part is in my vehicle. He does not have a good reputation in town and as we have followed up on his stories they have all proven to be lies. I would highly discourage any one from getting their vehicles fixed here.
