Never do business with this place (especially the quick lane). 3 oil changes ago, after the “works” package received, rims came back gouged. I Let it go. 2 oil changes ago, they left the oil pan shroud hanging down not bolted in. No remorse after brought to their attention. Past visit, they claimed all 24 lug nut covers were warped, and could only be taken off by being broken off. I found that hard to believe all 24 were bad simultaneously. So, I told them to replace them. Come to find out, they just went down the road to discount to buy the steel lug nuts (didn’t need covers). I get back to pick up car, and one lug nut is completely loose. Then, one rim was severely dented, from where they used a cheater bar to get the lug nut cover off. No remorse or attempt to remedy the situation. Charged me full price for the “works” and then 180 for the lug nuts and “labor”. Last I checked you still have to put the nuts back on during a tire rotation. I got the original lug nut covers back (told them to save them) and maybe 8/24 were bad. Talked to service manager, to this day, nothing has been done to remedy their malpractice. Also, those lug nuts cost about $59. These guys do not have Ford afe certified technicians working here. Off the street amateurs. Suggestion: don’t go here.

One of the worst experience in my life. I was looking for a 6.2 Raptor that was NOT raced. I was promised this one had 0 modifications. It’s beat all to pieces exhaust, computer, intake it’s all been modified. Broke down the 3rd week. You would think you could trust a Ford dealership when spending 35K but guess not.

They definitely go above and beyond. This is my 4th car to purchase from them in the past 7 years (I’m one who trades in vehicles quite often). Morgan was kind enough to come get my car from down the road and get the appraisal started due to us being in a hurry that day. Alexus was handed over the sell and even when one vehicle didn’t work to my liking, they were quick to find something that I would leave loving. Alexus was working with a man and the GM and were told where I wanted my payments to be and they got them there and not a penny over. Employees at Ford House appreciate your business and will do all they can to make sure they keep it. Myself and my family have only done business here and it will be the only place in the future. Ashtin has always been a friendly face that we love to see and she has always made it a great experience when buying a car. The finance man (forgot his name, Brett or Brent) also made signing papers quick and easy. Friendly staff throughout the entire Ford House!!

I have services my vehicle at this dealership for the last 3 years and have always had the BEST service, so I decided the time was right to trade in my vehicle for an upgrade. Travis, Tobe and Jeff went out of their way to find the exact vehicle I was wanting. They had my new 2021 Explorer on the lot by that same afternoon and I was driving it home that night. The finance process was quick, simple and digital. I am very happy with my new Explorer and appreciate the hard work these guys did to make it all possible.
Made an appointment to see a certain car. Everyone was very nice. Ashley had us take a drive but that vehicle did not really please us. He then found another and it was great. We drove it and loved it. Bookwork was pretty quick and we are really proud of our Ford Escape Titanium. The best dealership we have visited.

I found a great deal on a pre-owned 2018 F-150. Being from out of town I requested a video walk around and quickly got it from salesman Ashton. He provided me with extra pictures and a complete breakdown of the truck and its features. There was no haggling! Whatever information I needed Ashton would reply Im on itBuying from out of town Ashton made me feel like I was actually there at the dealership. I felt great about making the deal and within a couple hours the deal was done! Mirror fell off on my way home.. called them.. they said “no problem they Will get me a new one, they never did .I called back.. my salesman was no longer there .the new guy said he would get with the manager,, nothing ever happened so I was disappointed that they said they would fix it, And they did not.. there were other problems with the car but, it’s a used car so I’m not going to complain about them.
The appointment I had was for 9:00 am got there on time. Car didn’t go in to get fixed till 2 hours later. The service advisor was rude to me when asking when will my car go back to get fixed. He said they were busy I said yeah I had appointment at 9 am it should have went back to get fixed reasonably quick. They did get car fixed at a decent time rate when it went in to the shop. Did not like the rudeness of the service advisor. Guess he was having a bad day.
I had a turbo hose blow out. I only had 1 hour to get there on 1/2 the power. They had the part. I walked in at 1 min. To go on a Friday and the manager was there waiting. Got the part and had a good chat about part shortages.
We purchased my 2013 Ford Escape brand new from Wichita Falls Ford. I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided me. I value the connection that I have built with Randy James my service representative. He always addresses any concerns I have with my 8 year car and diligently works to make sure it is in tip top condition when it is returned to me. Our next purchase will be a Mustang for my husband. Called for alignment advised i was going to wait for vehicle. At that time I was told oh then I should Make appointment . Appointment made. Arrived early. Was told 2 1/2 hours because I had to wait “in line” for the machine. I THOUGHT THAT WAS THE REASON YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So you can get things done on time. An appointment means YOU DONT WAIT IN LINE. Absolute b.s. worst customer service. DIDNT SEEM TO HAVE ANYONE IN CHARGE or know what the heck was going on
I recently wrote a bad review because I was highly upset about my truck messing up but I would like to let everyone know I got the problem fixed and I love my truck the dealership paid for the truck to be fixed and I was not out a penny I do appreciate there business and I would reccomend them to anyone they made it right and I know they did not sell me a lemon or a vehicle knowing it was going to mess up on me they were very concerned and kept in touch with me the whole time. We have been looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family for the past month. Traveling hours one way just to get a better deal only to end up with horrible customer service.We happened to be browsing the internet to update our spreadsheet and noticed the perfect vehicle come available over night. There was no photos, however, it was only an hour away. Worth the trip in our minds.The car was everything we wanted without the headache of being hassled or having a constant shadow while looking at the vehicle. Planned on just getting some info and pricing online and get a call from Ashton! Answered all my questions and had me in a new truck in no time. Was able to get me a couple add ons I wanted to sweeten the deal as this was an upgrade from a ranger to a F-150!! Was smooth and easy transaction! Completely transparent on if he knew or didn’t know the answer!Once I got the truck at the end of the night the detail crew didn’t do a very good job. I even asked Ashton and he was like I thought they did but am not sure.
This place was amazing!! We started out on the used lot with Brandon Graham. He was so patient with me he definitely took his time and did not rush me. Then Brandon was off the next day so then met with Ashton Jones. He was so helpful as well. He really worked hard to get us what we wanted. Then there was Ashton Wagner in the business portion. When she saw we were unhappy about the monthly payment, she worked really hard to get it where we wanted. They all worked their magic and got us into a 2020 Ford Fusion. I understand its a used vehicle but for some reason I put a little more trust in the dealership than I should have Troy Inman sold us a lemon !! I should have know when we signed all the papers as is no warranty buyers beware !!

Do not expect a return phone call or email. I had one question that needed to be answered about a pickup. I had money in hand ready to buy and nothing. I was told someone would reach out to me, nothing. I realize things arise and the truck may not have been available anymore, but let someone know. I asked to have a manager call and still nothing. I have had two experiences, neither good. The first time, we had a truck washed and waiting to sign papers, then the GM came in a blocked the deal and would not honor advertised price. No more!

The last time I brought my vehicle in to get checked out the mechanics refused to take on the project. I will be using a different place for all vehicle repairs.
I was ready to buy a vehicle, I called them up as soon as they opened requesting additional photos. I was told they would get right back to me. They never did. I contacted them again, and they said they would be with me shortly. They never contacted me. I called them up again and they told me sold it. Don’t expect them to respond to anything.
Deal was presented but they could not follow thru with their promise . bad communication, no time frame follow thru, and empty promises. i think they are right in the same class as herb Easley. if i could give less than 1 star i would very disappointing

He listened to my concerns & addressed each of them in a very understanding & noncondescending way. He was kind & patient while explaining the process of buying a car in general & what I can do to help myself get approved for the car I want. He was appreciative & understanding of my criticisms & we both agreed that training was part of the issue. I will definitely consider this dealership when Im ready to start the buying process again in the future.

As an Emergency Responder, I purchased a used truck from TheFordHouse. I called and Charles, the sales manager, answered the phone. He was down to earth & very courteous to me. He found the truck and sent me a live video of the truck and everything I was questioning on it. We made the deal, referred me to his finance guy, Danny, and the transaction became the first and easiest purchase that I ever done. Charles even had the truck delivered to my home 400 miles away. The two gentlemen that delivered the truck were very professional. Upon taking delivery of my truck, Charles called me to ask me how I liked the truck, asked me if there was anything he might have overlooked and etc. There was none. Everything Charles told me over the phone about the truck was exactly as it arrived. Charles also thanked & respected me for my profession, being a firefighter. Thank you guys at The Ford House for assisting me in purchasing this vehicle. Really great people working there but typical business structure. Financing, everything in place, all set to pick up and someone else shows up after the fact and gets it. Standard practice, no loyalty. Cant blame them but it would be nice to find once in a while.
This was quite the let down. I went in with a coupon for a $39.95 works. Oil change and tire rotation. I asked for mobil 1 and would pay the up charge. Well My bill was $105.00, whe I questioned the amount she went to talk to the manager, and they took $10 off. Big Deal. I always here people talk bad about the dealership now I now why. Not away to try to earn someones business long term. $65 up charge for the oil !!!

This parts department is a joke Went there to get touch up paint for my 2017 fusion sport and they wanted over $30 for a tiny bottle plus they wanted my to pay in advance for it and wait 4 weeks to get it U would think a big corporation like Ford would order it for me and let me pay for it when they got it Another sad part of that situation is they wouldnt even tell me the exact color I had!!!!

Justin was so helpful when showing me my new Ford Ecosport. He knew all the specs and was very open and honest. I appreciate that he was informative and not at all pushy. Ashtin, the finance manager, was very informative when it came to my financing options and walking me through the paperwork for my first car purchase. Ashtin had to stay late to complete my purchase, but she was so friendly and personable given the circumstance! Together, those two made my experience so simple. I spent about 3 hours total between test drive and paperwork. I went in on a Friday afternoon and drove my new car home that night! The windshield needed to be replaced, but I had to wait until Monday, which was fine. Justin came to pick up my car while I was working so the service department could install my new windshield and he could drop it back off when complete. I’d recommend Union Square for financing too; they gave me a great APR on my loan considering I’m quite young and so is my credit history. All in all, I’d highly recommend Wichita Falls Ford/ Used Car Superlot for your next purchase. The staff is so friendly and I really appreciate that Justin didn’t take advantage of me since I was a first-time buyer. I’ve already recommended him to my friends and family for their future needs!

He even did follow-up calls to make we didnt have an questions and they we were enjoying our new vehicle.Ashtin worked with to get all the paper work done - while out of state. This happened last December but I didnt know you could post reviews until recently. I saw a used van on Facebook Market Place that I was very interested in. Went in and talked to the salesman Ashley who was great. Anyhow I test drove that van and another one. When we got back from the test drive the sales manager who I think was named Troy met us out front. I had already told Ashley I was not gong to buy that day and I would be a cash buyer when and if I bought. Anyhow I asked them to get me their best cash price. They went in the office for a few minutes and came back with a price that was higher than it was listed for in their Market Place ad. The sales manager kept telling me how much I wanted the van and that I need to buy it today, and that was after they brought back the higher price than it was advertised for. Like I said Ashley was great but the sales manager lost him the sale and also a customer for that Ford dealership by being overly aggressive and trying to charge me more that the advertised price. Also I have had a family member buy a new truck from that dealership but that will never happen again.

I have never bought a car sight unseen before, but after talking to the salesman (Ashton), he was able to provide me with extra pictures of the vehicle and a walk around video as well. We were able to make the deal over the phone, and although I live over 3 hours from their dealership, they were able to meet me 1/2 way with the vehicle the same day. The whole experience was flawless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even though I have never been there :)

I called to get an oil change and they said if I brought it in, there was nobody ahead of me and they could get me in and out in 45 minutes. After being here an hour, my car never got taken back. Nobody seemed to know that it hadnt been taken back so now I continue to have to wait with no actual timeframe. If it was supposed to be a couple hours I would have been ok with that. But the fact it just sat there and never even got taken back while I watch people drop off their cars and get everything taken car of before my car even goes back after being told that there is nobody ahead of me in line is what makes it so terrible.
Great staff, I had a great experience with replacing a piece of molding on the panaramic sunroof that came off the new SUV I just purchased. They replaced it with no questions asked, under warranty.
This dealership gives you the feeling that this is a place of business, multiple sales people were sitting in the show room, in chairs behind small desks like kids in a classroom, first time I have seen this set up. I personally like a more private interaction with sales staff. This location also has a quick lube adjacent to the dealership.

Absolute worst customer service. Everything is great until you buy a car and are out the door, then they forget who you are. Left our CDs in the CD changer and Troy, who we bought the car from, wouldnt even get the CDs out of the CD changer for us and we live 200 miles away. The used car manager wouldnt even call me back until told him I was going on the review sites and tell about our (true) experience. The final answer was he couldnt find them. Well, duh, its only been a month that we were trying go get him or Troy to call us back. To add to the great customer service the used car manager blamed the whole thing on us and Troy did nothing wrong. Good lord, even a fly by night, pay by the week, skanky used car lot would send you something left in the car if you asked them.Response to owner: I know used car salesmen are not known for their veracity, but it takes guts to tell the the owner a lie. I posted a screen shot from my wifes phone showing her text conversation, about 50 minutes after we left the dealership, asking the salesman to please send her the CDs she inadvertently left the the changer and shed pay for it. And his response. Call the number and see who answers (if you dont already know whos number it is). So, yes you were aware that the CDs were in the vehicle and that they would be send to her. Your employee was just not being honest with you.

Should have went with someone else. Slow & I kept getting lied to in the beginning. After I traded in my car & paid my down payment, 2 weeks later Im getting a call that I need to close out my other auto loan for my new purchase. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

The worst service department I have ever been to. I had an appointment at 9:30 to get the oil changed. Dropped the car off telling them I had to pick the car up by 3. I called at 2 and they haven’t even started. They also charged me $99 to look at computer system. Tried to sell me 1000 part. Obviously only cared about the big pay and couldn’t change my oil in 5 hours. Avoid taking your car here.
This was the rudest dealership I have been too. I actually have never had a problem with any other service department. Three times they tried to get money out of my son after he dropped his car off to get the oil changed.
