I contacted my State Farm Agency, Chris P Ahles, and worked with Will Jones to transfer home coverage on our new house. Will took the house information, and said he would call me back in 10 minutes with a quote. He called back in 10 minutes and explained everything. He then contacted the bank representative and had our house coverage set for the closing. What great customer service! I give Will Jone and the Chris P Ahles agency a five star review.

Ive been working with Kaitlyn Foss in getting quotes for homeowners insurance on a home we are purchasing. We had a short 20-day closing time frame, so I need quotes and info fast. Kaitlyn was incredibly helpful. She provided a ton of information, respond to every question I had and provided numerous different quotes. We ended up getting not only the homeowners to adding 2 auto policies as well. This was because Kaitlyn was able to show how much we could actually save by combining and State Farm discounting processes. She even got us better auto rates than we are paying today. This agency was very quick to respond to an issue with my wifes car. My wife busted out her back window while transporting furniture and she alerted me to the issue. I got a hold of Nick, who has been taking care of us since day one and he was on top of everything. Went way beyond what we were expecting. The window repair person called that evening and set up an appointment to get the window fixed for the next day. The installer came out the next morning and installed the glass. We were down a car for only 12 hours. Very professional, very responsive towards our needs and knocked a grand slam for us. I would recommend to anyone!

I have been a Statefarm client since 1996. I decided to switch to State Farm because I frequently bill auto insurance for my massage therapy services and State Farm is the most responsive to medical providers and least likely to send their people to an Independent Medical Examiner in order to find an excuse to stop treatment in spite of their doctor or chiropractors prescription. Basically, they dont screw over their clients. I like that in a company. However, I had gotten the impression over the years that they were also the most expensive, so I dragged my feet about switching over myself in spite of the fact that I always recommended them 100% to my clients. When I went in, I talked to Jake, a delightful fellow who led me through the options in a straight forward, simple way, that quickly led me to the conclusion that I had most likely not had the coverage that I should... for probably quite some time. Yikes. Then, to my utter astonishment, he quoted me a price for *more* insurance that was thirty bucks cheaper per month than I was paying. I definitely felt like a moron for not switching sooner, but thats no fault of his. The transition was super easy, Im saving a lot of money and I love knowing that I can get the kind of care that I would need in the event I was in a car accident. (Would still prefer not to be.) A family member suggested that I look into consolidating some of our insurance from different vendors with State Farm, from whom we have a condo/townhome policy. After discussion with an agent, we were able to significantly decrease the cost of our auto policy while maintaining the same coverage--no small thing! And then we were able to add on an umbrella policy--and it was still cheaper than our previous auto policy by itself.
