Tyler Antonys team is excellent. Sarah has been extremely helpful setting up my account and transferring my account from Rochester to White Bear Lake. I know I can trust the team. I move quite often and its nice to able to talk to such a friendly voice over the phone to switch addresses or ask about my insurance policy or if the price changes. I know for Covid-19 relief, they had a discounted month which confused me and being able to call and ask questions and have questions answered in a timely manner allows me to worry less about my insurance. I have been with State Farm for many years, and I have always appreciated them!

My experience was excellent! I was helped by a nice gentleman named Zac who worked as my personal insurance google. Not only did he break down the coverage that I have but he also taught me what it meant so I knew exactly what I was paying for. With my old insurance I had no names to put faces to or even faces for that matter. Meeting with Zac completely changed the way I view insurance and Im confident that Mr. Antony will continue to choose great staff to help with any needs I may find.

Have not had a good experience when trying to cancel my auto and homeowners insurance when I found a better rate elsewhere. I asked for the cancellation of my policies and was told I had to send copies of my new insurance declarations to him first. Upon doing that, I was then blatantly lied to in an attempt to keep my business. I was told my new policy was risky and wouldnt protect me, when it was in fact the same exact policy I had at State farm for 1/3 of price he was charging me. I again asked him to please just cancel my policies. My policies are FINALLY cancelled nearly 2 months later, but now he cancels them with the wrong effective date. I wanted them canceled at the time my new insurance took effect on both policies. He knew the date because it was listed on the declaration that he required before canceling my policies as requested. I called the office again and spoke with Samantha. She said she will give him a reminder that he did not cancel with the correct effective date. This is after I had already emailed him a reminder of this and got no reply from him at all. It has been two more weeks now and I still have not received any contact, any refund, or any notice for the corrected cancellation date on both homeowners and auto insurance. Would not recommend this agent.
