The consultative approach made me aware of coverages I didn’t know existed or what they were for. Chris advised on an insurer he felt good about the coverages but also the service he thought we’d get if anything was ever to happen and we needed to file a claim.After an incident with my auto, I can confirm everything he said was accurate. A totally seamless and FAST effort to get a claim filed and turned around in minutes with the coverages we elected really doing what they were intended to solve for. The insurer we elected performed exactly as he thought they would and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

When I bought my house, my realtor connected me with Adam Seeley as someone who could help with insurance. Im usually a DIYer (for better, or for worse) so it was out of the box for me to just grab my realtors recommendation but I did anyway. And Im glad I did! Adam with AIA checks in with me annually to adjust various insurance related items to maximize my coverage versus my costs. Last year he pointed out that my current insurance provider was starting to offer a sewage line rider for $25 bucks a year roughly a week or two after I had heard an absolute horror story from a friend about their sewer line needing to be replaced. I think you know where this is going.Earlier this month, after having some drainage issues, we had our sewer line scoped to find the whole thing needs to be replaced. We requested replacement insurance from them, but what no one told us is that for detached buildings it capped out at 10% of the insurance of the house without a ryder. We now have a garage totaled by two trees with money for a third of what it costs to replace. An insurance agent should protect their clinets. We dont understand insurance which is why we hire them.
