Matt reached out to me and offered to take a look at my insurance situation. I was under no obligation to do business with him, he just offered to take a look. He reached out to me over the course of the next week with some offers that were better than what I currently had and when I decided to go a different route, he took me in the direction I wanted to go and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions I made.
