John R. is exemplary! He is courteous, got the job done in a minimal amount of time and cleaned up after himself.I was on the phone working when the job was completed, and he was quiet and even remembered to lock my front door when he left.Northgate Crossing is fortunate to have a man of Johns knowledge and courteousness on their maintenance team.

Where to start? The rail track. If you are living in one of the buildings near the rail track and your apartment faces the track be prepared for disturbance. The Metra runs throughout the day in the week, the sound of this train is fairly bearable and you get used to it pretty quick. However the track is also used by freight trains. Which are very loud. And very heavy. So much so that the apartments actually shake as they rumble on by. They run throughout the weekend as well as the night so if you are a light sleeper be prepared to get woken up.On top of this the freight trains like to change wagons on the track so you best get used to massives amounts of metal clanging together. While on the subject of metal clanging, there is steel factory by the rail line. The steel factory likes to keep their doors open, especially during hot weather. With this comes a constant distant banging through out the day and night. If you are really considering living at Northgate, avoid an apartment facing the tracks!Apartment living comes with the burden of living with others in close proximity and sharing communal areas. However many of the clientele behave like animals and not adult human beings. Its seems very few know how the garbage room works - despite clear instructions and signs. Whether this is a culture issue or a language issue which causes this problem I am unsure. Cardboard doesnt get broken down and placed into the bins provided. Instead it gets thrown onto the floor for someone else to deal with. If people took a moment to think they would realise breaking and folding their cardboard down would mean it actually fits in the bins! Normal garbage get thrown in with the recyclables and vice versa. The garbage bins furthest away  from the entrance is always mostly empty while the ones closest are always over flowing. Maybe people expect the garbage fairies to come in the night to reorganize. The lack of respect is intolerable and frustrating.Initially living here while under Lincoln Management was a pleasure despite the noise pollution and insufferable neighbors. The club house staff were polite, friendly and approachable. The maintenance staff were very professional and quick to respond. Everything was handled really well via an app on your phone or alternatively calling into the office. Then the management company changed - Harbor Management Group. Firstly there was not much notice of the change, we had a legal notice informing us of it, but Harbor made no efforts to send a welcome letter out to the residence introducing themselves and reassuring the residents that the change will be a positive one.The new office staff were a nightmare to deal with, not wanting to help and always using the excuse that they were new and still learning about the complex. The resident portal wasnt online for months and they made no efforts in helping out with the package concierge system. They still dont inform you if a package has arrived for you and is stored in the office and not in the concierge system. Good luck with anyone sending you a surprise package - you will never know about it.They have now fired most of the staff and have recruited new, who do seem more helpful, but the damage had already been done. When we enquired about the lease renewal we learned there was a significant increase. This coupled together with all the above lead us to not renewing our lease. It seems we are not the only ones - resident rentention is most likely a issue for Harbor as they try and turn the complex around. I wish them all the very best, but we will sadly not be around to see any progress.

We are fairly new tenants. We moved here after living in a house for 20 years. We are very happy with our choice. The only drawback is the dog barking. After complaining to management, the response was that new dogs may take time to get used to a new home. While I understand that thought, with the constant barking at all times of the day and night makes me wonder if the owner is absent most of the time.

Extremely frustrated with the basic amenities we pay for are not accounted for. new employees is not an excuse. If that is the email we are going to keep getting, then you should reduce the rent and payment for the less than luxury service and experience we are having.Dog trash isnt picked up when full for day. Reference picture.Constant problems with packages received by the office that they say they do not have and then days later after trying to work with Amazon or UPS and a visit back, they all of a sudden say they have it. This happens multiple times so much so that I no longer get packages delivered to the apartment, and only to work.Maintenance requests go unanswered for days and require constant follow up.When maintenance does come in even though this used to be a no smoking property, your apartment may end up smelling like smoke since the maintenance folks smoke.Let me save you time from responding because this will be your response. Do not bother, we will not be renewing lease and youll have another apartment to take advantage of.Bob, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. If youd be willing, the Property Manager would like to speak with you to discuss ways to improve your experience moving forward. Thank you for your input, and we hope to hear from you soon.

The Northgate crossing is a very nice quiet complex that is conveniently located right off lake cook road. It is clean, safe and well maintained society, club house. The online portal for the community is very helpful, I had an issue with the bedroom door and is fixed the same day I raised the compliant in the portal. Very responsive maintenance staff. The leasing office staff as well is very patient and accommodated all my requests, helped me move as quickly as possible. I moved here in December and eagerly waiting to spend summer time in the play areas with with my kid. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.

The new management owned by Harbor is terrible. They are by far the most rude individuals we have ever worked with from a leasing perspective. When you walk into the leasing office, there is no attempt to be courteous or kind from their staff members. They simply want to deal with you without doing any work and telling you it isnt their problem. They do not care about the tenants here. They do not even help with packages. If you are someone who gets packages often, expect them to not help you with receiving any packages. They do not take accountability for received packages and instead leave it on the tenants to figure out packages. If there are problems with the package retrieval system that is in their building, they expect you to contact the retrieval system company and try to work it out with them. They do not alert you when they have packages in the office waiting for you. If they have a package they sign for, they have told tenants that they are not responsible for the contents if the package ultimately doesnt get to you even after they have signed for it.This is a no smoking property, yet their staff and the maintenance people here smoke even after there has been a fire on the property because of someone smoking. There is no consideration by the management at all for those of us who moved in before this terrible management took over. I will add pictures of these the next time I see the situation occur. There are now holes in the fence to where the trains pass by. Coyotes are often in that area and can get through the fenced area making the property dangerous if you live on the west side and walk at night.Their website does not let us get in touch with the property owners and we are left with having to deal with the people who do not want to help us in the leasing office.Since taking over, they have provided little to no insight, confidence, or get togethers to meet the staff.Response to Managements Comment: Thank you for reaching out. However, these complaints and standard respect issues have been conveyed to the leasing office. The only reason I feel as though you are reaching out is because this is a public forum. My feelings are not alone in talking with other tenants of the buildings (at least 8 apts). If you do want to improve your service, you may want to consider holding a forum open to all tenants with the Property Manager to understand all the issues the leasing staff has and not resolved as well as take the steps mentioned in this review to resolve (the fence that makes the property look unprofessional and unsafe, smoking on the property, packages and receipt). This property has gone downhill with the new management. Pictures to prove this isnt a luxury apartment complex. When you walk in through the front door, you need to sidestep on the grass or dirt passed wet, smelly, trash cans that are blocking the doors across all the buildings. Its 10PM so highly doubt anyone is picking them up. This is literally trash.

I always have great interactions when picking up packages. The website portal makes it easy to pay rent and get service.Location is perfect - 20 minute drive to airport for those who travel, 5 minute walk to metra if you are looking to get to the city.Since my initial tour I knew it was a waste of time to look elsewhere, so an hour away I went back to get a contract. If you are nervous about selecting a new complex or moving to the area, check out Northgate first!

We have been living in this apartment community for about a year now. We are happy with the living experience here. We have had no issues with neighbors such as barking dogs or noise from other apartment units. We do live on the top floor so we dont hear footsteps above us. Over the last year there seems to be some turn over with the maintenance staff and the leasing agents. However, as of the last 6 months or so that seems to be resolved. We are quite happy with the current maintenance staff of Jim and John. They are very helpful and respond in a timely manner to any maintenance issues which there hasnt been much of. The leasing staff has also been pleasant and helpful with any of our needs. Due to the diversity of the residents there are at times some cooking odors in the hallways. This a no smoking community and the management takes it seriously which is good to know. There are a lot of rental choices in the area but this apartment community offers modern amenities with fair pricing.

After moving out of the townhouse, the management team wrote me a letter that I scratched up the refrigerator while living there and I owed the complex $840.00 for the appliance. They accidentally lost my move in sheet from the year before that clearly stated the scratches on the refrigerator. Now a collection agency is coming after me to pay for the damege that I never caused. They figured that if you have $2620.00a month for rent, you could afford an extra fridge.Otherwise it was a nice place to live for a year. Thank you...

Review №22

Ive reached my limit living here. Im a very patient and understanding person, hence, why it took me two years to write this review. Youll pay luxury prices for a not-so-luxury living experience.1) I moved into this building when it was BRAND NEW. Not a single person had lived in my unit prior. Immediately, Ive had SO many issues. I work from home, and have to take off several DAYS of work due to these issues:- The walk-in closet was broken. I could not hang my clothes because the racks were incomplete. Also, they had bluntly cut off one of the racks so it had sharp metal edges. I ended cutting myself on the sharp edge. The first week, the metal rack in the second bedroom came crashing down. Maintenance came and said its because there was no support in the middle... How are you going to lease a unit out when its not completely finished?- There was a leak in my bedroom ceiling. Called maintenance. They said it must have just been a small leak from the upstairs unit so instead of doing anything about it, they just covered up the yellow stain with paint. A week later, the leak got worse. Thats when they actually made any effort to fix it. They had to cut a giant hole in our ceiling and I had to live with that hole in my ceiling for one week. Very luxurious.- There was a severe smell of mold that started developing. I started getting hives (allergic to mold). I told them.. They said it was probably from leaving my windows open. I told them I dont open windows because (thats another issue I had-- there were so many bugs that accumulated right outside our window because we lived right above the entry landing). It took another week of me complaining for them to take it seriously. They ended up having to rip out the entire window-sill because they found that there was water leaking through because they had not sealed it properly. (See photos)- There were cracks in the flooring. Our door knobs kept falling off, doors werent opening and closing properly.... just to name a few.2) Stupidly, we renewed our lease and moved into a different unit. This new unit is just as bad. There is a SEVERE pest problem (see video). I reported this issue once. They came and just poured some chemical down my sink. They said they would contact me for pest control to come out. No one ever contacted me.... Next week, my kitchen was infested with ANTS. Hundreds of ants. They were coming in through window sill as it was not sealed. The video is only after I had cleaned up the pile of ants and had sprayed Raid myself. I keep a VERY clean apartment which infuriates me even more that this happened. The reason I pay more for a luxury community is because of this very reason. I absolutely HATE pests of any kind (cockroaches, mice, bed bugs) and chose to pay more for a new, luxury community where I could hopefully avoid this.3) I hear every single noise my upstairs neighbor makes. From her using her blender to closing her cabinets.4) Maintenance does not wear shoe covers when they enter your unit. Again, as mentioned before, I keep a very clean unit. I dont want anyone dragging in whatever is on their shoes. Despite several requests to have maintenance wear shoes covers, they never do.5) The office never answers their phones. Ive left messages, called several times over several hours in the past. Packages are always lost, etc. See other reviews. They are spot on.6) Itll take you ten years to do your laundry because the washer/dryer is so cheap. All other luxury communities Ive toured have high-end washer/dryers. You have to do such small loads of laundry at a time or they dont come out clean.I could go on for days, but it doesnt matter. Their response is always the same: Please call our office so we can discuss this.

The staff changed multiple times in the course of a year making it difficult to reach out with questions and concerns. The construction is CONSTANT in that neighborhood with other properties going up and the downtown renovation. The amenities and small unit size hardly justified what we paid. Also, increasing our rent for wanting a longer lease seems like money is all that matters rather than the renters satisfaction. We literally moved less than 2 miles away for a more affordable and sizeable unit with a garage, better neighborhood, and a caring landlord.

DONT MOVE IN HERE! Im not one for writing reviews, but Ive been pushed to my limit with living at Northgate. When I took my tour everything seemed awesome, but then I moved in and was so wrong. The property was built so poorly and cheaply. I have nicks all over my cabinets, bathroom tiles, and flooring. The walls are paper thin. I can hear every single movement of the people above me and next door to me from every step they take, to every door and closet they open and close, to every time they flush the toilet, to mumbling voices through the vents, to neighbors having sex. Some of the other tenants are so disrespectful...they smoke on the property, leave their trash all over the parking lot and front entry halls, and one even said I dont care if I am disruptive, I pay rent here. Its way over priced for the quality you are getting, especially to be so unhappy. It may look really nice at first glance, but its not worth it. The new management company doesnt care about their tenants. They have done nothing to help solve any of the issues I have brought to them. They dont reply in a timely manner. They took two months rent out in one day from my account because they were late to cash my check from the previous month. They didnt seem to care that this was a financial burden for me. They keep giving excuses for all the things that go wrong. Ive talked to other neighbors who feel the same way I do.

After 3 years at this place I can say this is very average. Good - Always clean externally and in the hallways. Good quality apartments with great appliances and bathrooms. Staff can sometimes be helpful however, they are constantly changing which is annoying as you finally get one you get on with then they leave. Location is good but currently lots of building work close-by so can imagine they will have problems with added competition soon! Bad points - disorganised staff, constant employee turnover, lack of regular resident gatherings or parties or events (even events like a ping pong tournament or pool tournaments are easy to organise and you have all the facilities for it). Customer service to current clients feels like it isnt there as they do all these promotions and extras for new clients (more recently free ipads, Beats headphones etc for new residents). I would be intrigued to see the numbers of customers that re-sign year on year.Overall its a good apartment complex, a majority of this is down to the quality of the apartment and not the management company. It feels like the management company (whoever it is this week...) leave the staff here to fend for themselves with no real corporate backing at times. A few little tweaks as mentioned above will go a long way and if I was reading this from corporate I would look on how you can improve the service to current residents in a bid to get more repeat business.

Absolutely terrible property management/customer service. I have lived here for 3 years and trust me - THE NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS TRASH - Ive talked to a few new tenants and the management company advised them not to worry about the bad reviews. Trust me, worry about the bad reviews or be prepared to deal with the consequences.

The community is supposed to be non smoking but tenants smoke in the buildings and management sends out an email reminding people not to smoke and does nothing else about the matter. Our entire apartment reeks of smoke every day.

It may look nice, but definitely not worth the money. The walls are paper thin and can always hear my neighbors especially when their kids yell and cry, packages are constantly getting lost and they have no idea where it is.Also at the end of the day they dont care for their tenants as humans and just want to drain your bank account. I have moved out of state and still paying rent because they refuse to try to rerent it unless I pay $7000 to cancel my contract. I really dont get why they wouldnt just do a walk through and get it move in ready just incase a new tenant would like it. I gave them permission to do so and many suggestions to come to some kind of compromise, but they arent interested.

Like most of the other posts from the last couple months, I have had a terrible experience since the apartment complex was purchased.1) We are no longer able to pay rent online/put in maintenance requests online. So you leave a paper check but they may not deposit it for a few weeks and you have no idea if they actually got it or not.2) The new staff very rarely answers the phone, returns calls, or responds to emails. There have been days where I start calling at 9am and try a couple times an hour but can’t get anyone to pick up until 2-3pm. Also, I have sent emails not not gotten a reply until I email again 3/4 days later.3) They are completely unwilling to help with packages, even if they have signed for it, they blame everything on the delivery people (not sure how UPS is responsible for a package that shows it was signed for by someone employed by the complex) they don’t let you know if they have a package in the office for you, apparently that’s the delivery persons job.4) There are mushrooms growing all over the place. This is a pet friendly complex but I’ve had to start taking a flashlight out when I walk my puppy at 9pm to be sure he isn’t eating any of them.5) No one enforces rules. I’ve complained about someone in my building smoking (it’s a completely no smoking complex) and nothing is done. You can see buds all around the ground.6) Besides for Casey everyone I have spoken to in the office has been rude, short, and just unwilling to help. One lady (not sure of her name because they never introduced themselves) is completely unprofessional with her attitude. There’s never a “I know this is frustrating but...” or “I wish I could help but...” a little goes a long way with customer service but when I had a package stuck in the package locker she said “you have to call them, we have nothing to do with that” I feel like you do since I don’t have a choice in using the lockers. I’d much rather my packages get delivered to my building and not have to make a special trip to pick them up. But since that is the situation I would like to be able to get help if the locker isn’t functioning. Also when I did call the company they were very surprised to be hearing from a tenant and said that it’s always the rental company that contact them.I’m typically not one for leaving reviews unless I have a really great experience that I think others should know about. This situation is the complete opposite I think everyone should know what they’re getting into before ending up locked in a contract here.To the management, I’ve seen your response to previous comments asking people contact the property manager, I would like to say that I have sent several emails that have not been responded to for over a week. I’d hope that emails are being read before you have time to look at reviews.

DO NOT LEASE HERE as long as this management company is the same. They’ve lowered their prices to attract new people but don’t fall for it.Leasing here has been the biggest regret of my life. I am stressed frequently due to the management’s incompetence and unprofessional demeanor. The property manager is so fake, you can tell. She’ll smile and use her fake customer service voice. However, try to come to any agreement with them, and they’ll deny all accountability.I feel like I’m living under a dictatorship where I have no rights because they are so unwilling to work with you.

Please note that the break lease fee of $3,570 will be due prior to move out was what I received in the email from jacqueline coup at northgate crossing management. I paid that money happily until my balance showed zero on my online account. I moved to california. Then, I called the office weeks later to make sure they received everything and didnt need anything from me and they confirmed that they received the keys did the walk through the apartment and no other fees were required of me.Four months later I received one voicemail from them saying that they sent me to collections because I didnt pay $2030.07. I called the office for explanation, Kayla from the office answered and explained that its the free month they gave me at move in that I have to pay back plus a utility fee. I was never informed. I never received an email about this, nor mail, nor a voicemail stating that I needed to pay this amount. Last email I received from this same Kayla at northgate crossing management was in January requesting copy of my rental insurance which I replied to immediately. Kayla confirmed that this was never stated in emails but that its not enough reason to waive the fee because I signed the contract. Wow. Ok how do I pay? I cant because I have to wait for collections to call me.Unfortunately Northgate crossing may reply to this comment with a statement that denies their incompetence from their point of view, but at the end of the day, I am stuck with 2030 dollars to pay and a credit score to save.Check their better business bureau to see that they do this systematically.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. We ended up renewing because we ran out of time looking for a bigger place and our little one was due 2 months after our old lease expired. And the management office would not let us leave. Anyways, we bit the bullet and renewed.I used to think the management team before was slow and incompetent. But this new one with HGliving really takes the cake! To call them incompetent and inept is an understatement. Since we’ve renewed and they’ve taken over, we’ve had to wait up to 3 months and tireless reminder phone calls to get work orders on our apt completed. They’ve misplaced/lost our packages. And everytime you call and leave a message, no one returns the call. Everrrr. But my biggest issue was a noise complaint we filed 3months ago. Try suffering from postnatal anxiety, lack of sleep and the management office does NOTHING about your rude neighbors. So much so that we had to start house hunting as a result. To add fire to fury, in the middle of our house hunt, the Assistant Manager Kayla calls us to ask if we’re renewing. When we tell her no, she hits us with a 9 day late notification bill. Per our lease. Like Now you wanna read the lease when it fills your pocket! Lmao! Anyways, my attorney is on speed dial. Because I’d rather give him billable hours than pay HG living another penny! I am soooooo happy we found a house and will be moving next month. And if you’ve taken the time to read this, heed my advice, RUN.

I came here to see if I was alone in my frustrations. Seems like that isn’t the case. If you’re thinking of renting here, please reconsider. There are plenty of luxury communities in this area that truly provide a luxury experience. Check out Amli Deerfield, for example. The biggest issue is the management. The property manager is the most crass, unprofessional person ever. She truly does not understand customer service. They will find any reason to hold you accountable for something you didn’t do or have no control over. You can’t reason with them because their answer is always the same “there’s nothing we can do.” They don’t assume responsibility for anything they’ve said or done, and if you confront them about it, their response is “we’re new” or “our staff is new”. They’ve been saying that they’re “new” for almost a year now.I’m glad my lease is up in 3 months. I will never consider living here, unless the management changes. Please bring in a property manager that actually understand how to manage a luxury community. Someone who has a basic understanding of customer service and isn’t so quick tempered. Also, don’t even bother contacting the property manager to address your concerns. NOTHING will be done and you’ll leave feeling even more frustrated. EVERYONE IS UNHAPPY. If you want happy residents, do something about management. What’s the point of them acting nice (completely fake) to you because of these bad reviews when their true colors show when they actually need to implement action. Im too old for this. How you take a place that was rated 5 stars to almost 2 stars in a matter of months is beyond me.

What happens in this community is outrageous. I have never seen worse management in my life. When Lincoln was managing the company this was a good place to live! Recently, when Harbor management took over it took a dive off the deep end. The people they hired to run this is place not only do not know what they are doing, they are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. The maintenance man literally told me to go leave the clubhouse as I was walking my dog and along the way was going to stop by a grab a package. He approached me and the dog in a threatening manner told me my dog is aggressive (which he is not) scolding me like he was my father. Told me to return to my apartment all while pointing to the door and at this point I was just mind blown at how this person was speaking to me. I told him this is VERY unprofessional, he simply did not care and even waved me bye and was very sarcastic. I didnt even get the package. Who are these people? Who hires these people? Do they even perform background checks? There were other tenants that witnessed this. This last part definitely was the straw that broke that camels back. I wish I had recorded this situation to present to someone who has the authority to correct this behavior. This was a rather humiliating situation, pet friendly community it appears not anymore.Im not sure how the property owner is ok with leaving the property in the hands of people who decrease the value of the community. It really appears the new management has no respect for the people that live here. I would really encourage anyone who is looking for a new apartment to definitely reconsider living here. Walk the grounds, before you even speak with anyone, grills are broken, packages go missing, stains in the common area of the apartments that have been there since new management took over.As you can probably see based on the review history, the reviews were generally positive until a few months. Just about all of the things that others have stated is true.Anytime you interact with the office personnel, whether youre dropping off a check, trying to get the cost of something, trying to find out where your package, calling the office went be sure to document because oftentimes what will happen is they will change their story, checks go missing, and typos occur around this place.-Office staff is incompetent, completely and utterly incompetent. Basic things cannot be handled.-No one seems to know who to pay the utilities to since the change in management.-Amenities are in poor shape and deteriorating.-Dirty common areas that havent been cleaned for weeks.-Unprofessional management - behavior I would expect from temper tantrum throwing 6 year olds.-Packages delivered to office are irretrievable for days on end.-NOT pet friendly.I really hope this can review can help save someone the migraine that this place will give you. Im already locked in unfortunately I signed without advanced knowledge that it was going to turn to garbage. However, based on the experience that Ive had today Im considering buying out the rest of the lease and leaving this place.Ive read horror stories about awful management never actually thought that those reviews are actually true till Northgate Crossing. Out of curiosity I googled Harbor Group Management Company and looked at what this company stands for based on what their reviews were - enough said. Do yourself a favor do not move here.

It was such a dream living here until the new management. We pay so much money for a “luxury” living experience which we do NOT get. Everyone is spot on with their reviews.1) packages are always lost. This NEVER happened with previous management. I believe they use a fake name to sign for packages so that they don’t have to assume responsibility. My tracking showed it we delivered to the leasing office and signed by a specific person at the office. When I went to retrieve it, one of the leasing personnel told me it was never delivered and to contact USPS. Even though it shows the exact time and signature of the person who signed for it... I said “______” (forgot the name) signed for it and they tell me “there’s nobody by that name here” and told me there’s nothing they could do... then, 3 days later, they tell me the package was in their back room the whole time but someone had put it in the wrong section. So then who signed for it?! Who’s this mysterious person at the leasing office signing for packages but they say there’s no one by that name there?2) they never answer their phone. It’s impossible to get a hold of them unless you walk to the office. Also, 9/10 they’re never there. There’s always a sign that says “be back at ___”3) They let third-party service companies I.e electricity, gas, etc access your unit without a leasing personnel or maintence supervisor accompanying them. Even though in the email it said someone would accompany them. I was home and didn’t see anyone with them yet they were going in and out of people’s units. That’s dangerous!4) everything is a mess. There’s no communication and care for what used to be a beautiful property. Garbage everywhere, cigarette butts, broken fences where coyotes come through.5) NOT pet friendly. The dog park is a joke. I refuse to take my baby to some dirty ditch near the train track. They also said dogs have to use the restroom only in specific parts of the community. Really?! So I have to force myDog to hold his pee until we walk allllll the way to these mysterious designated areas.

I came here to see if others had the same concerns, and it appears so. The new management folks are terrible. This used to be a great luxury community until they took the reigns. Look at the reviews from several months ago versus the most recent reviews... yeah, you’ve got a management issue.Nobody answers their phone, the portal never works, and nobody ever has any answers. I see someone is replying to these reviews. How about responding to residents’ emails and calls? They aren’t doing anything to fix or help the Situation. All they keep saying is “we’re still new. Be patient with us.” Being new has nothing to do with not being able to answer phone calls or being rude!I’ve also had several packages lostor no one alerts me that they are here. Tell me why this is only an issue after the new management came?We pay an exorbitant amount of money to live here. The ammenties don’t compare to other luxury communities.

Total fiasco property . Extremely expensive when it is not worth. It is not smoke free people smoke all over including marijuana inside and outside the apartments. Dog park was built a year late than promised. No maintainance on the weekends. Disgusting smell of indian curry 24/7. Staff benefit their friends with special deals to renew of 2 month, 1 month or 15 day free rent, make sure you get the same or leave. Staff is extrenelly raicist, incompetent, unpolite, rude and liers. Last surprise the utility bill made up by the management on behalf of a third company claiming the money to be paid to them, big scam that company have not been working there for mothssss. Submeters readings have been manually changed on the billing to overcharge leaving residents. Management refuse to correct the bills giving no explanation.. New manager (as they change it pretty often due their lack of capability) is mentally limited and not capable to even answer questions on a reasonable way.. every answer is a lie. Advise: dont be part of this fiasco there are tons of properties cheaper and with more decent people living and working there. Btw a lot of weird and awkward people live there . Indians rent 1 bedroom apartment and bring their whole family up to 6 people for mothssssss living like savages on the floors. In other cases 5 guys not even related living in 1 bedroom apartment, of course cheap rent without reporting all residents while is their contract is forbiden. 36 empty apartments and counting. Still they answer they are almos 100 % read ther availability they are desperste for reting.
