Well my first several years went well, and I received excellent customer service. However, when I discussed selling my second car insured with you, the car and the issue of renewing my insurance until it sold, the customer rep reviewed my insurance. It became evident that I had perhaps been paying a significant more on my insurance per month than I should for many months than I should have as I paid cash in full when I bought it the car. Apparently the insurance covered it to an amount as if I owed on it. Since this was revealed to me just a couple of months before I reviewed the insurance and sold it, apparently there was not much time she could reimburse me for.

Kris and his office team are the best. We recently switched agents because our previous agent was non-existent and never returned our calls or email. The Pacey agency is superb! Always there for us...always friendly and available! They were able to cut our home owners insurance in half with the same amount of coverage. We now have complete coverage...home, auto, life, umbrella policy too! Couldnt be happier

Kris office has always been available. No question is ever too trivial to be answered. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We have checked with insurance brokers to see if there were better deals out there for our home and auto insurance. They always came back and said that they could not find a home/auto package better than Farmers. Separately, any companies that might offer a slightly lower auto rate wasnt worth switching to b/c of the outstanding service we receive from Kris and his staff. Weve been with Farmers for sometime and have no plans to switch. Definitely 5 stars!!!

The Pacey team at Farmers Insurance are always a pleasure to work with and they were able to give me quotes and issue policies on short notice. Also, all of the polices were handled remotely without me having to take off work to visit there local office. I highly recommend this Farmers office for your insurance needs.

I have been using this farmers agency since 2005 under the Schaffer agency. Although I am not very familiar with the current ownership, I can confirm that the staff is first class and have always been there to help answer our questions and add a personal touch. Theresa has been there the entire time to help inform and guide us on insurance decisions as well as make suggestions for other coverage considerations.

I never get my new proof of Insurance unless I call every 6 months. I dont know if you know I am a professional driver, I drive trucks Monday thru Friday and Limousines on Saturdays. I have only ever had one citation and strive to keep my driving record clean for both of my jobs. Plus a no proof of Insurance citation is a $200.00 fine. Please take care of this on going problem.
