Great if you set up auto pay and like spam emails. Terrible if you let him talk you into paying upfront and miss a payment notice in all the junk he sends to your email.

Ian has been forthright and honest. When he cannot offer the kind of coverage I am looking for he simply tells me. He has been able to answer questions I have either immediately or get back to me with an answer.

I had to get Renters insurance at the last minute and totally did the online form wrong. I was in a rush and sent the documents to the wrong address. I contacted Ian and by the end of the day, he had corrected the mistake and gave me tips for filing it out the next time. I only had like 1 conversation with him and he had it all figured out.
