This is not the first time Pat and Connie Wall and their team have gone above and beyond to take care of their people. I mentioned to a staff member that I needed help resolving and old claim (which was 100% my fault) and asked if Pat or Connie Wall could call when they were in. Not only did they call, they had already started working on the issue I had casually mentioned snd had it resolved in a day. This is not the first time they have gone above and beyond to care for my family. When you call, you never get a random person. They dropped us because of what we do for a living. Were host home providers to individuals with developmental disabilities. So do they not cover parents who get paid taking care of their adult child whose developmental disabled? Do they drop everyone who raises or takes care of d.d. kids & adults? Were considered adult foster care. So are they dropping foster care parents too? You do realize that a large number of people in Colorado do these types of jobs.
